Hogwarts: Bloodline Legend
Chapter 1243: Wandless Spellcasting 3
Chapter 1243: Chapter 400: Wandless Spellcasting 3
Of course, these weren’t the things Ian was concerned with; the most crucial piece of information was a clear geographical name that flashed through the wizard’s mind.
Like a beacon in the dark—Africa!
“Africa!” Ian almost wept with joy, the tension in his heart finally easing, “Thank heavens, I’m still in Africa! I haven’t fallen into some stranger space-time!”
Since it’s Africa, everything makes sense! Here, AK-47s circulate more widely than candy, known as “Africa’s legal currency.”
Never mind centaurs, even if he saw a group of goblins holding RPGs, it wouldn’t be completely unacceptable? After all, these African wizards clearly treat smuggling arms as a sideline for the tribes, using these Muggle weapons to trade with magical beings for precious magic materials!
Having figured out the most fundamental and important space-time coordinate issue, Ian let out a sigh of relief. Though the process was bizarre, at least he hadn’t fallen into the worst situation. Then, he detected several wizard memories, piecing together the same history as in his own memory.
This time, he was completely relieved.
“But this era seems to be the early activity period of Voldemort…” Ian wasn’t too panicked either; since it’s the normal Wizarding World, his time machine will be repaired sooner or later.
At worst, he could get a few Time Converters and go find Nicolas Flamel. He continued to hide, patiently observing the completion of the two African tribes’ trade.
The centaurs contentedly carried their new guns and bullets back deep into their camp, while those black wizards packed the traded magic materials and performed Apparition.
With a few bangs, they vanished one after another.
The forest edge returned to calm, leaving only sporadic sounds from the centaur camp and distant beast howls.
Ian glanced at the heavily guarded centaur camp, abandoning the thought of going over to gather information. Who knows if these centaurs with AKs would be friendly to outsiders?
“Looks like I’ll have to rely on myself to walk out of this jungle.”
Ian discerned the direction—based on the scattered information gleaned from Legilimency earlier, those black wizards came from eastward, where human settlements are more likely.
He cast several Protective Spells and Tracking Spells on himself, deeply inhaling the air full of wildness, and took a step forward.
At least this time, his adventure sounds much more normal—just lost in the African jungle, at most, encountering magical creatures with fierce firepower.
Concerning African Wizards.
Ian was actually a bit curious.
Just moments ago.
Ian noticed a very magical place, just like he had seen in the Hogwarts Library before, these African wizards actually perform magic without a magic wand.
“Using fingers as wands… even those weak wizards could skillfully master such wandless spellcasting techniques, perhaps I can glimpse some crystallized civilization from it.”
Ian wasn’t someone who held prejudices against other races, he firmly believed that as long as it’s a civilization that has continued to this day, there must be infinitely precious treasures within the civilization itself.
He planned to study and ponder the key to these wizards’ wandless spellcasting, perhaps even bringing it back to Hogwarts for the little wizards there to learn similar methods.
“I really am full of pedagogical virtue!”
Ian praised himself inwardly.
