Soo Yin continued to walk down the corridor with her chin raised. Pretended not to hear what they said. Even though Soo Yin actually felt nervous if they actually did a riot.

 Soo Yin tried to think positively. They couldn't possibly be that crazy just because of her.

 Soo Yin was relieved to have arrived at class. But again, everyone's eyes were on her.

 Even worse, all the female students walked away and didn't want to be near her. Even though they were usually very friendly.

 "Don't go near her. I'm afraid we'll infected by her.."

 "Don't be so loud. I'm afraid she'll hear everything."

 Jae-hwa looked at Soo Yin with very complicated feelings. Wanted to ask about the truth of what happened to her. But now didn't seem like the right time.

During break time, Soo Yin chose to sit where she was because if she went out then everyone would probably keep talking about her. Her heart was not as strong as steel. After all, Soo Yin was afraid of causing chaos on campus.

 Soo Yin only looked for activities by reading books to learn everything.

 "Hmmm." Jae-hwa shifted his chair to get closer to Soo Yin.

 "Soo Yin, may I speak to you?" Jae-hwa looked around to the already deserted room. There were only the two of them inside so it was a good time to ask everything.

 "Say it," said Soo Yin with a faint smile. Jae-hwa wasn't usually so quiet. But Soo Yin can understand if Jae-hwa had heard everything about her. Moreover, he was also still working at the hotel.

 "Soo Yin, what people say is not true, is it?" Jae-hwa asked carefully. Really hoped that it was all just gossip because Jae-hwa hadn't been able to accept it all.

 "What do you think?" Soo Yin actually asked back.

"I was hoping that wasn't true." Jae-hwa heaved a heavy sigh with a complicated gaze at Soo Yin who bowed her head.

 There were mixed feelings that Soo Yin was feeling right now.

 "What if all of that was true?" Soo Yin said quietly. She can already guess where Jae-hwa's question was going. It was impossible not to hear it because he was also in the hotel.

 "Why did you do all of that? You have to realize that what you did was a mistake," Jae-hwa said in a deep voice. His heart felt tight, unable to accept what had happened to the girl he had loved for a long time.

 "You won't understand even if I tell you everything." Soo Yin smiled bitterly as she looked at Jae-hwa. The man would definitely think the same as everyone else about her.

 "I'll try to understand if you tell me from the start." Jae-hwa grabbed Soo Yin's hand that was on the table. He held it firmly when Soo Yin was about to pull it.

"Soo Yin, I want to tell you the truth," added Jae-hwa.

 Jae-hwa intended to say everything even though it was too late. There was a deep sense of regret for having put it off for too long. If only time could repeat the past, Jae-hwa didn't want to waste the opportunity that had been in front of his eyes.

 Now it was too late but it never hurt to try. Maybe they will get married in the future.

 "Say it, but can you let go of my hand. I don't want people to think I'm a bad girl, even though I know I'm bad," said Soo Yin with a sad tone.

 Jae-hwa could feel his heart beating really fast. Now even his hand that was holding Soo Yin's finger was shaking. Not wanting to let go because Jae-hwa knew this might be his first and last chance to hold the hand of the girl he'd admired for a long time.

 Soo Yin tried to pull it tightly then hid it in her lap.

 "I don't want to get into any more trouble, Jae-hwa," Soo Yin said uncertainly.

"Soo Yin, can't you just leave him? Can't you find a man who loves you sincerely?" Finally Jae-hwa ventured to speak his heart.

 Soo Yin was silent because even if she answered, Jae-hwa won't be able to understand if her life was too complicated.

 "I've loved you for a long time. Waited for you since high school but I didn't expect that someone else is going after you before me." Jae-hwa's mind drifted to the past where they joked and laughed together.

 Soo Yin lifted her head, not expecting Jae-hwa to talk about his feelings.

 "Why are you only saying it now? You've never said it to me in the past," said Soo Yin. Actually Soo Yin also used to have the same feelings for Jae-hwa, but the man was too quiet and didn't say anything.

 "That's because I want to take care of you and don't want to spoil you. I want us to be successful together first. Only then will I say everything. Then we get married and grow old together." Jae-hwa smiled bitterly remembering that his wish was just wishful thinking. Everything will never come true even in a dream.

"You will definitely get a girl who is much more perfect than me," said Soo Yin.

 "I regret that I didn't say it earlier." Jae-hwa lowered his head, feeling a deep sadness in his heart. He couldn't sleep when he just heard the news about Soo Yin. It was like a nightmare that Jae-hwa never wanted to hear.

 "Don't regret it. Everything has happened and I can't do anything about it. Find a girl who is more worthy of your love because there are many girls who will love you sincerely out there." Soo Yin tried to be wise so Jae-hwa wouldn't hate her.

 "It won't be that easy," Jae-hwa replied as he looked into Soo Yin's eyes with a sad look. Showed how disappointed his heart was right now

 "Jae-hwa, can you grant me one wish?" asked Soo Yin.

 "Sure, say it," Jae-hwa said.
