Chapter 417 - 417 - Gong Yoo
Jean massaged her temples because she guessed that Soo Yin was so frustrated so she did something like that.
Soo Yin finished another bottle of wine which was half full until there was nothing left. Even though Jean had forbidden it, Soo Yin didn't care about it at all.
It was late at night, so Jean was very confused on how to get home because there would be no taxis passing by.
"You really have the heart ... I hate you ... you said I was the only one in your heart but you actually did it with other people too. Dae Hyun, you are going too far," Soo Yin rambled incoherently. It turned out that her suspicions were correct from the start if Dae Hyun was a crocodile who turned into a human.
Jean just massaged her temples while listening to Soo Yin's rambling. Still can't believe that Dae Hyun was someone like that. They must have just had a fight so there was a misunderstanding. She looked at Soo Yin with a sour face. Because Jean didn't know how to cheer up her chaotic friend.
Jean finally decided to go out, to find a taxi or something that could take them home because she didn't want to take a big risk if she stayed there. She was worried if Dae Hyun was looking for her right now.
The man with black glasses continued to observe Jean's steps back and forth several times. His face looked panicked this time.
"What's the matter, Uncle?" asked a young man beside him.
"Ji Sang, can you ask what really happened to that girl?" The bespectacled man pointed to where Jean was standing.
"Tell me are you interested in her?" Ji Sang said to his uncle who had just arrived in Korea. His name was Gong Yoo, he was the younger brother of his mother. His body was tall and sturdy, very coveted by women who see it.
"No, I'm just worried that something happened to her friend so she looks so panicked," said Gong Yoo, then took off the sunglasses that were perched on his nose.
Not long after, Jean came out of the room while supporting Soo Yin, who was already heavily drunk. She seemed troubled because Soo Yin rested her head on her shoulder.
Ji Sang followed Gong Yoo's gaze which had been on Jean. He rubbed his eyes when he looked at someone he knew even though her face was covered in messy hair.
"Soo Yin," Ji Sang muttered, wide-eyed after realizing that what he saw was indeed Soo Yin. It was unbelievable that Soo Yin had come to that place. Hyo Rin said earlier that they were watching at the cinema.
"You know her?" said Gong Yoo while frowning.
"I don't really know her but we go to the same campus," said Ji Sang.
Brukk…
Jean and Soo Yin fell to the floor at the same time because Jean was unable to support Soo Yin's weight.
"Soo Yin, wake up." Jean patted her best friend's cheek to wake her up because she had difficulty of getting her out of there.
But Soo Yin was already unconscious because she was drunk.
"Need help?" Gong Yoo couldn't bear to see Soo Yin who seemed to have lost consciousness from drinking too much. So she offered himself, intended to help.
"Sir?" Jean bit her lower lip, because she didn't really trust every man who came to the bar. They always have a hidden meaning behind it.
Without listening to Jean's answer, the man then carried Soo Yin's body.
"If you want to go home, let me take you," added Gong Yoo and then stepped outside.
Ji Sang and Jean followed in his footsteps behind. Jean was about to refuse his help but couldn't deny that she was in a lot of trouble.
Underneath her consciousness, Soo Yin could smell Gong Yoo's masculine scent. It made her curious so she slowly opened her eyes a little. She vaguely saw that the man was Dae Hyun so she tightened her grip on Gong Yoo's neck.
"Finally you came too. I thought you were still having fun with Aeri and forgot about me," Soo Yin muttered under her consciousness which was slowly disappearing because it was mixed with sleepiness.
Jean was already outside when someone called her and said she had to work overtime tonight. They were overwhelmed to serve guests because there were some waiters who did not come.
Jean was currently worried about Soo Yin, it was impossible to let her be with a stranger. After all, they had just met.
"Come with me, let me take you," said Gong Yoo to Jean, who just stayed where he was.
"Actually I can't go home because I have to work overtime," said Jean with a long sigh.
"Then let me take her. Just tell me where the address is," said Gong Yoo.
"But …." Jean was getting more and more confused now because it was impossible to tell Soo Yin's real address. After all, she still has doubts about Gong Yoo
"Don't worry, my uncle won't do anything to Soo Yin," said Ji Sang, who could read Jean's worries.
"You know her?" Jean raised her eyebrows. She observed Gong Yoo for a while. Looks like he's not a bad guy.
"We are in the same campus and have met several times," said Ji Sang.
"Can I have your number?" said Jean just in case.
Ji Sang immediately gave Gong Yoo's number and his number to convince Jean that they were good people.
"Jean, come on in!" cried a girl from the entrance of the bar.
"Sir, I beg you to take my best friend with you first. But I beg you to take good care of her," Jean asked.
"Don't worry. I will definitely take care of it," said Gong Yoo to reassure Jean.
There was no time left so Jean rushed back inside.
Gong Yoo took a deep breath. Confused of where to take Soo Yin home tonight. It was impossible to take her back to his aunt's house.
