Chapter 388 - 388 - Angry
"Just didn't see each other last night but you seem to have missed him. Do you expect him to be at work today? He's not even able to walk yet," Dae Hyun said in an even tone without further ado. Deliberately wanting to provoke Soo Yin's anger.
Dae Hyun preferred an angry Soo Yin over Soo Yin who just saw him already felt scared. If she was angry at least Soo Yin still wanted to look at him in the eyes. Unlike when she was afraid, she didn't want to see him even from a distance.
Soo Yin stood frozen in place hearing the accusations that came out of her husband's lips. Her eyes were burning with limp legs.
Was that what Dae Hyun thought of her just because of a mistake she didn't want to commit? Her eyes really felt heavy, if she didn't remember that she was outside the room she would have had tears in her eyes. Her heart ached to hear his sarcasm.
Dae Hyun just kept silent while smiling at his wife who clenched her fists tightly. Soon his little wife would be very angry with him. The man was ready to wait for his little wife's nagging. The look on her face was sullen and her lips pulled forward so much that he longed to see it.
"If you keep quiet, it means that you really admit it," said Dae Hyun casually because Soo Yin didn't respond either.
Soo Yin then grabbed Dae Hyun's hand and put the paper bag containing the food box in his hand.
Without another word, Soo Yin walked away from Dae Hyun. She walked half-sprinted towards the elevator.
"Soo Yin, wait!" said Dae Hyun. His intention to anger his wife seemed to have worked, but Dae Hyun didn't want Soo Yin to run away.
Soo Yin did look angry but this time, her angry was different from usual who immediately grumbled. Even though Dae Hyun really missed the sharp look in her eyes.
Soo Yin was already standing in front of the elevator. Her index finger immediately pressed the button. But unfortunately the elevator was not open for a long time.
"Ughh, why did it take so long!" Soo Yin cursed with the mixed feelings she was currently feeling.
She wanted to leave the hotel immediately. Wanted to drink to relieve the annoyance she was feeling right now. Let her husband be more angry with her. Soo Yin didn't care at all anymore.
Dae Hyun was now standing behind Soo Yin. He casually wrapped his arms around her waist from behind. It didn't matter if someone else might see it.
"Dae Hyun, let go! Do you want everyone to know about our relationship?" Soo Yin said as she looked back. Her hands tried to release Dae Hyun's grip on her waist. Then immediately get into the elevator.
Dae Hyun was forced to let go of his hand. Instead of leaving, he joined the elevator when the door opened. Barged in when the door was about to close.
"Why did you follow me?" Soo Yin said with a snort.
Soo Yin was furious with her husband. The man had already sneered at her, but then wasn't ashamed about following her into the elevator
"Where are you going?" Dae Hyun said casually.
"Of course get out of here. Why did I come here when you think and say bad things about me as you please." Now Soo Yin dared to say it while looking sharply at her husband who was so outrageous.
"Just find another woman who might be able to fulfill all your wishes because I won't be able to do it," Soo Yin said with emotion.
How could it be possible not to be close to other men when she also needed their help? If it was like that, surely Soo Yin would be stressed thinking about it. Even when she was in college, she had to listen to the lessons given by male lecturers. Should she close her eyes too?
Soo Yin continued to grumble in her heart.
Dae Hyun couldn't help but smile when he saw Soo Yin who was so cute as her thin, ever-moving pouty lips rose upwards. His narrow eyes stared intently at her. She was like a girl who was angry because she didn't get what she wanted.
'What's wrong with him?' ~ thought Soo Yin while rolling her eyes. It really looked very confusing to see Dae Hyun's facial expression.
"Why do you smile?" said Soo Yin while squinting her eyes because she was annoyed that Dae Hyun didn't respond to her long speech.
Dae Hyu leaned forward and whispered in Soo Yin's ear.
"You're so cute when you're angry."
Soo Yin glared even more listening to him. Either not understanding it was a compliment or just an insult thrown at her. Never imagined that someone would praise her when they were arguing.
Now the elevator doors were open, they have just arrived on the first floor. When Soo Yin was about to leave, her hand was grabbed so tightly that it made her stop in her tracks. Luckily there was no one there because the elevator was specifically used for superiors. So only certain people used it.
"What do you really want?" Soo Yin said, she struggled as hard as she could to escape but unfortunately her strength was not comparable to Dae Hyun's. Her wrists were too small and weak to escape from her husband's strong hands.
"Go back to my room," said Dae Hyun. Then pressed the button to close the door, then the elevator went back up to the top floor.
"Why would I come back? Just let me go," said Soo Yin.
"Don't you want to apologize?" Dae Hyun said with raised eyebrows.
"I don't want to listen to your very annoying words," said Soo Yin with a shout. Then pushed Dae Hyun's strong chest away from her a little.
"Don't you want to apologize to me for doing something wrong?" Dae Hyun repeated his question while smiling.
"No! I wanted to apologize, but because you were so annoying, I won't do it again," said Soo Yin while looking at her husband with fiery eyes. Seeing him smile made Soo Yin's chest heat up even more because she was like a joke.
Soo Yin was very angry and felt like exploding when she heard the sarcasm he had made earlier but was holding back as hard as she was afraid that other employees would see it.
"Then you should be punished," said Dae Hyun with a smile.
Seeing his wife angry like that, made him want to scoop her thin lips. Crushed it with passion. If he didn't remember that they were in the elevator right now, Dae Hyun will definitely do it.
"I didn't even do anything wrong but you want to punish me." Soo Yin started to chuckle in annoyance.
"Who says you don't have no faults," said Dae Hyun casually.
"What exactly my fault is? I'm only helping your brother but you're always angry. You don't think it's difficult for me. Rejecting your mother's request is not easy," said Soo Yin as she turned her face to the other side while folding her arms across her chest.
"First of all, didn't I tell you that you can't be close to any man but you still do it. Second, you entered someone else's room instead of entering your husband's room," said Dae Hyun with a long sigh.
"Do you want what happened in the wrong room like that time to happen again?" Dae Hyun continued to remember of how Soo Yin was almost harassed by Je Ha.
"For the room, I did forget. I haven't come here for a long time so I kind of forgot where your room is now. You didn't say it either," said Soo Yin who defended herself.
"Third, why did you run away last night as soon as you saw me? Am I too scary to look at?" Dae Hyun said as he turned Soo Yin's body towards him.
"Of course, last night you did look really scary," said Soo Yin.
"Your honesty deserves a proper punishment," Dae Hyun said with a snort.
Now the elevator doors opened again, now they were on the tenth floor again.
"Come on, if you don't want your punishment to be more severe because you make me more angry," said Dae Hyun.
"Ugh!" Soo Yin cursed while grumbling incoherently. But she was still following her husband's steps to his study.
If she remembered how his attitude was so sweet and caring when Dae Hyun made a video call. Soo Yin really couldn't understand his current attitude.
The past few days, Soo Yin's heart always melted when she heard his very sweet words and that made her lulled so that their conversation ended at night without them realizing.
It was so different when they met like this. Soo Yin thought that her husband had two split personalities that can change at another time. Soo Yin shuddered if that really happened. Can be like a sweet rabbit and can be a hungry tiger at different times.
