An overwhelming wave of miasma advanced like a devouring tide, swallowing the Sorcerers’ vanguard. The invaders widened their eyes and retreated in desperation.

Seen from above, the scene looked like a colossal purple ring sealing off the central region of the forest, completely isolating that territory from the rest of the planet.

The miasma expanded like a dense, living fog, pulsing with a bloodthirsty fury. Within milliseconds, part of the miasma condensed, taking the shape of gigantic blades.

Blades more than thirty meters long tore through the area, spinning at high speed as they ripped through the ground. Panic spread among the Sorcerers, who desperately tried to scatter. However, nearly a thousand of them weren’t agile enough: they were swallowed by the nefarious storm of blades, their bodies sliced into pieces by its devastating power.

The wolves watched everything in stunned disbelief. Suddenly, they raised their eyes and spotted a small humanoid figure floating in the sky.

She had two wolf ears atop her head and long emerald-green hair that fluttered fiercely in the wind.

Everyone froze upon seeing that familiar back.

"Dandara... is that really you?" The old wolf’s voice trembled, filled with disbelieving emotion.

She slowly turned around, looking down at him from above.

Her eyes shone like two pulsating red stars, radiating overwhelming pressure. Even so, when she looked at her father, a gentle smile appeared on her lips, warming his heart.

"Father, you can retreat. I’ll take care of this."

Although she carried the terrifying presence of an evil entity from the depths, her voice sounded sweet and melodious.

The old alpha took a deep breath. After ten years, not the slightest trace of the immature pup from the past remained on Dandara’s face. She had become a formidable Mage. That brought immense comfort to his heart, but it also moved him deeply. His little girl had finally blossomed into an extraordinary force.

"All troops, retreat!" the leader ordered, guiding his army in a swift withdrawal toward the center of the territory. Everyone there knew they weren’t strong enough to interfere in this battle.

Just moments ago, they had been willing to give their own lives just to buy a few precious minutes. They wanted to offer their own blood in exchange for time, allowing the sect to arrive and save the planet.

"What the fuck is this?!"

The Sorcerers were bewildered by the sudden appearance of that mid-level Mage Master and the brutal slaughter of their troops.

One of the prominent commanders snorted disdainfully.

"She’s nothing but a half-breed brat! I’ll deal with this bitch! Advance and slaughter the rest of the beasts!"

That Sorcerer shot into the sky, charging toward Dandara at high speed.

She merely clicked her tongue and advanced toward the tall, burly man. The invader smiled disdainfully upon seeing the girl flying straight into the arms of death.

A sword stained blood-red shot toward Dandara’s chest at lightning speed. A dense, murderous aura permeated the atmosphere, making the air feel heavy and causing the spirit of everyone watching to tremble.

This was the terror instilled by the Sorcerers: the accumulation of blood and Yin from the deaths of countless massacres transformed their killing intent into an almost tangible force, capable of paralyzing the heart and spirit of any unsuspecting opponent.

Dandara, however, wore a cold smile. This might intimidate an ordinary Mage. But she, and everyone in the Ironweald sect, underwent brutal life-or-death training against these Sorcerers, allowing them to completely ignore it.

Instead of defending herself, she delivered a lightning-fast slash toward the invader’s neck with her dagger, completely ignoring the blade about to pierce her heart.

Upon witnessing that seemingly suicidal attack, the Sorcerer sneered.

After all, he had initiated his movement first and possessed a weapon with greater reach. At that speed, he was mathematically certain that he would impale the girl’s chest first and easily evade her short-range dagger.

However, his calculation was terribly mistaken.

Millimeters before the bloody blade pierced Dandara’s chest, the young woman’s free hand surged forward, enveloped in a dense and terrifying miasma, and grabbed the blade with tremendous force.

At the same instant, a malicious and corrosive energy traveled through the blade, invading the Sorcerer’s body and paralyzing his muscles.

The concentrated poison of the miasma struck him head-on, triggering an instant wave of terror.

That brief paralysis lasted for barely the blink of an eye. Under normal circumstances, it would have been irrelevant — but with Dandara’s dagger already halfway through its trajectory, it proved fatal.

By the time the invader regained control of his body, his head was already falling through the sky, severed from his neck.

A spray of blood stained the skies.

On the ground, the Sorcerers stared at the scene, frozen in absolute shock.

An intermediate Mage Master had just instantly decapitated one of their most powerful Level 9 commanders?!

Dandara didn’t even wait for the severed head to hit the ground; she transformed into a purple blur and charged toward the army of tens of thousands on the ground.

"Die!"

Her icy shout made the heavens tremble.

The moment she hit the ground, a second dagger appeared in her hand. In a blur of speed, her blades began reaping through the Sorcerers, who were still paralyzed in stunned disbelief.

No one was capable of stopping her.

They were all already within her deadly domain.

The miasma moved in perfect sync with her steps, shaping itself into purple blades that attacked alongside her. Besides the devastating damage, the sinister mist drained the enemies’ vitality and slowed the movements of everyone within its range.

The combination was terrifying. Wrapped in that sinister storm, the young woman looked like a true Goddess of Death: bloodthirsty, relentless, and brutal.

With the commander’s premature death, the Sorcerers lost every trace of organization and leadership, beginning to act chaotically.

Dandara gave them no room to breathe. Every second, with every arc traced by her daggers, at least one invader fell mutilated. Piercing screams of agony echoed endlessly through the forest.

From a distance, the wolves watched with their hearts in their throats.

The old leader had spent his entire life on battlefields and had seen countless Mages from the sect fight to defend the planet, but nothing compared to the bloody spectacle unfolding before his eyes.

Those invaders weren’t ordinary warriors, but specialized Sorcerers. Each one possessed combat power ten times greater than that of an ordinary Mage Master and, in terms of raw strength, could even surpass the sect’s average members.

Yet, against his little girl... they were nothing more than cattle in a slaughterhouse.

Dandara hunted them down mercilessly. True to their fanaticism, the Sorcerers neither retreated nor cowered; they simply charged blindly at her, as if willingly throwing themselves into a deadly abyss.

Minutes passed, and Dandara didn’t slow down; quite the opposite.

She began unleashing increasingly wide and devastating attacks, killing a dozen enemies within fractions of a second.

After an indeterminate amount of time... the massacre ceased.

The miasma covering the forest began rapidly retreating until it disappeared completely, revealing a scene littered with corpses.

Every last one of them had been eradicated from existence by a single woman.

"!"

The wolves widened their eyes upon noticing a multitude of beasts of different species emerging from various parts of the forest, cautiously making their way toward the central region.

It was as if they had been protected and guided there.

Dandara wiped the blood coating the blades of her daggers with a sharp motion. Then she turned around and calmly walked toward her father, a warm smile appearing on her face.

"Your daughter has some talent, don’t you think? I’m sorry... for staying away for so long."

Her eyes returned to their usual emerald-green color.

Despite her affectionate tone, she was completely drenched in the enemies’ blood, giving her an even more imposing and majestic aura. Seeing the overwhelming strength his daughter had attained left the old alpha deeply amazed.

Immediately, the colossal wolf’s body began glowing with a soft light.

He was capable of using metamorphosis, but due to his limited energy reserves, his humanoid form didn’t last long.

The light dissipated, revealing a middle-aged man with striking white hair. Without hesitation, he stepped forward and wrapped Dandara in a warm embrace.

"Child... you’ve grown so much," he murmured, his voice choked with held-back tears.

In her father’s arms, Dandara’s body trembled. Her eyes overflowed with emotions she had kept bottled up for ten long years. There, in front of the man who had raised her, she didn’t need to maintain the facade of an unbeatable commander; she could finally relax.

"Who are you?!"

Suddenly, while father and daughter were still embracing, twelve figures dressed in immaculate white robes emerged from among the trees.

Their auras were extremely powerful, emanating a dense pressure throughout the area. All of them were Level 9 Mage Masters.

Dandara slowly turned her head toward them, and the bloody glow began pulsing in her pupils once again.

They were the sect’s workers and supervisors stationed on the planet. They had been there throughout the entire attack, yet their clothes were clean and their bodies untouched.

Obviously, they had hidden like cowards while the native beasts were slaughtered, praying that the sect’s main army would arrive to save them.

"Sir, this is my daughter, Dandara. Please don’t act rashly. She’s a disciple of the same sect you work for," the old wolf hurriedly explained, stepping slightly in front of her.

The leader of the white-robed group maintained a look of disdain and arrogantly said, "This person’s origins are suspicious. The use of this sinister magic indicates that she may be a Sorcerer spy. We’ll take her into custody for a severe interrogation..."

"Fuck off."

Dandara’s dry voice cut through the man’s pompous speech before he could even finish.

*SLASH!*

A beam of purple light sliced through the air in the blink of an eye, brutally splitting the man in half from head to toe.
