Heavenly Dungeon: My Subordinates Are All Woman Monsters
Chapter 95: The Mad Wolves Group (part 1)
Chapter 95: Chapter 95: The Mad Wolves Group (part 1)
Ragnar was referring to Suldun, the Level 35 adventurer who had fought his way through the first floor before confronting Veyra. Unlike the adventurers who had come from Hetin Town, Suldun had possessed enough strength and experience to overcome several dangerous encounters. His arrival had provided Ragnar with a glimpse of the kind of opponents his dungeon might attract in the future.
However, there was something Ragnar still didn’t know.
Just how strong was Suldun compared with the adventurers in where he come from?
The man had been capable enough to defeat the Gravefang Beasts and the Gravehorn Reaper, but Ragnar had no information about the standards of the adventurers in the surrounding settlements.
For all he knew, Suldun might have been considered an exceptional talent in where he come from, someone who stood above the majority of his peers. On the other hand, he might have been nothing more than an average Level 35 adventurer who happened to possess sufficient experience and equipment to survive the first floor.
Without knowing the strength of the people living beyond Hetin Town, Ragnar had no reliable way to judge how his dungeon would fare against adventurers from other places.
Ragnar continued thinking about the dungeon’s future for a while longer, but eventually, he decided to put the matter aside. There was no point in exhausting himself over questions he couldn’t answer yet.
He had no way of knowing how strong the adventurers from other cities were, nor could he predict when another powerful group would arrive at his dungeon. Worrying about those uncertainties wouldn’t make him any stronger, and he had already spent enough time training with Kaelira for one day.
"For now, I’ll just take it easy. There’s no need to rush everything."
With that thought, Ragnar closed his eyes and leaned comfortably against the edge of the bathing pool. The warm water surrounded his enormous body, and the quiet atmosphere allowed him to forget about the dungeon’s development for a little while.
As a former middle-aged man who had once spent his days playing Dungeon Maker in a rundown apartment, he knew better than most how exhausting it could be to obsess over a game. Although his circumstances had changed dramatically, he still believed that there was little benefit in worrying about things beyond his control.

In Lufast City, Kyle had become something of a celebrity.
Ever since he had participated in the battle against the dungeon outbreak and helped defeat its boss, his name had spread throughout the city.
The incident had threatened countless lives, and the adventurers who had fought to stop the monsters from pouring into the surrounding settlements had been hailed as heroes. Kyle, who had played a significant role in the battle, naturally received a considerable share of the attention.
His rise in popularity had also brought practical benefits. His accomplishments earned him recognition from the Adventurers Guild and attracted the attention of influential figures within the city. Opportunities that had once been difficult for him to obtain were now within reach, and his improved reputation made it easier to gather capable people for his team.
Kyle had gained more than just a reputation from that experience. He also built an adventurers group called, The Mad Wolves Group.
His Berserker class had played a major role in his growth, allowing him to develop his combat abilities at a faster pace through repeated battles. Combined with the experience he had accumulated during the dungeon outbreak, it had pushed him all the way to Level 30.
His strength had increased significantly, and the skills available to him had become more effective, giving him greater confidence in his ability to survive dangerous encounters.
At present, Kyle stood inside a spacious room reserved for his adventurers team, examining the nine people gathered before him.
Including Kyle himself, their group consisted of ten members. Every one of them had reached approximately Level 25, making them a reasonably capable team by the standards of ordinary adventurers.
Their individual strengths varied, of course, but they had enough experience working together to coordinate their movements and cover one another’s weaknesses during combat.
Some carried swords and shields, while others wielded spears, bows, or magical weapons. A few possessed basic offensive spells, allowing them to attack enemies from a distance, while the others focused on close combat and defense.
They weren’t an elite force capable of conquering every dungeon they encountered, but they had the numbers, equipment, and experience needed to handle many of the threats found around Lufast City.
And now, they had received a mission directly from the city lord.
Kyle stood at the head of the room with his arms crossed over his chest, his expression serious as he looked over his companions. The relaxed atmosphere that had filled the room earlier gradually disappeared when everyone noticed the change in his demeanor.
"All right, everyone. I assume you’ve already heard why we’ve been summoned here," Kyle began. "The city lord has officially assigned our team to investigate the dungeon located near Hetin Town. Our mission is to explore it, determine its current threat level, and report anything unusual that we discover."
One of the adventurers standing near the back frowned slightly.
"Hetin Town? Isn’t that the place where several adventurers disappeared while exploring a dungeon recently? I’ve heard rumors that the dungeon is much more dangerous than it appears. Some people even claim that a powerful monster is guarding its deeper floors."
Kyle listened without interrupting. Their concerns were reasonable, and he had no intention of dismissing the warnings simply because their team was stronger than the average group of adventurers from a small town.
In fact, the name of that dungeon was already familiar to him.
He had visited it before, and he had lost people there.
A faint smile appeared on Kyle’s face, though there was no real amusement behind it. He slowly uncrossed his arms and looked toward the others.
"You’re right to be cautious. We shouldn’t underestimate the dungeon, especially when we don’t know what has changed since the last reports. However, the city lord wouldn’t have assigned this mission to us if he believed we were incapable of handling it. We’re not going there blindly, either. We’ll investigate the first floor carefully, record the monsters and traps we encounter, and avoid taking unnecessary risks until we have a better understanding of the situation."
