Wilfred Cox’s eyes flickered. He too had discussed it with his parents, but they were tight-lipped.

He then said, “Only Forbidden Wizards can make decisions on this matter. We are not even official members yet.”

“I wonder how the weak Wind Elemental Tower got so arrogant,” Jason said.

“Many things are happening inside the Mage Union, but the outside world knows nothing about it. Still, I have faith in the Forbidden Wizards of our tower,” Wilfred Cox said in a solemn tone.

“Lord Charlotte has been supporting Vincent Carey from the beginning. She is optimistic about his gravity magic. His magic is one of the earliest Ancient Sub-Taboo Magics.”

“In one way, he is representing the Silver Tower. Once he becomes a Magic Lord or Forbidden Wizard, then the Silver Tower can really rival the Red Tower,” Susan Park said.

“There is still a long way to go for that. Hope he survives this one first,” Wilfred Cox replied.

From MC’s Perspective:

After getting ready, I flew up and exited the well before appearing outside. I landed on the ground and looked at the sky.

The dark clouds had covered the sky in broad daylight, which made the place look ominous. I calmed my heart before deciding to explore the area.

I picked a northern direction and started walking straight. While walking, I used the system probe function as well.

It didn’t take long for me to leave the well area and step into the black charred land. From the looks of it, I knew the place was not simple.

I used the system function to probe. The next second, the information appeared on the panel, which was shocking.

[Ancient Graveyard filled with evil mana.]

I closed the panel the next moment.

Boom!

Before I could think further, the land beneath my feet and around me started to break. My eyes flashed with seriousness.

The next second, an enormous monster emerged from the ground. It grew to over 60 feet.

“What’s this thing?” I asked myself.

When the whole thing appeared, its appearance became visible. It looked like a worm, but this thing had wings on its back.

The next second, I used the system function to probe.

The information appeared on the panel. Seeing that, I took a sharp breath. I was wondering what this thing was, but it turned out to be a death worm.

Roar!

The Class-10 Monster opened its mouth and let out a monstrous roar. A torrent of wind blades shot at me.

The monster was a couple of hundred meters away from me.

Yet the powerful fierce wind blades assaulted me the next second. Before I could think further, my body was flying backward like a broken kite.

Pfff!

I spewed a mouthful of blood before crashing onto the ground. Without thinking any further, I appeared inside the Gregor Mansion.

Pfff!

I spat blood again. My entire chest was burning. When I looked at my clothes, they were completely torn apart. There were cut marks on my body left by the fierce wind.

The next second, I felt something unusual.

Then I began to remove my clothes before assessing my whole body. I found the presence of dark mana inside the injuries.

A hint of seriousness appeared in my eyes. To confirm, I thought of the status panel.

The status panel appeared in front of my eyes. Seeing the drop in stats, my expression turned ugly. I had been reckless. I should have stopped myself after realizing the surrounding place was a graveyard.

Yet such a dangerous monster was hiding underground. From its size, it didn’t appear to be that big. Yet it was a Class-10 Monster.

Don’t tell me the monster is in a growing stage? After pushing down the thoughts, I dismissed the status panel.

Now I’m in serious trouble. If I don’t get the dark mana out of my body, it would cause problems. The dark mana could damage my constitution. For the first time, I felt like an idiot.

The greed had blinded my eyes. Now, I don’t know whether the normal cure can purify the dark mana.

“Sh!t,” I cursed under my breath.

There is no point in regretting right now. I should think about going back to the cave now.

Then I stood up and went to the control room to see what’s going on outside. I stood infront of the control mirror and saw the monster rampaging outside.
