Finally, when the last ribbon of green light dissipated, the Evil God’s figure had completely ceased to exist, leaving only a purified sky and earth, even the air itself seemed fresher.

This world might have originally been a normal world too.

Adam stood in the void, holding the Yellow Emperor’s Sword, his gaze profound and resolute, he knew this was only the beginning.

He sensed several terrifyingly powerful auras at the edge of the sky, the Evil Gods’ reinforcements had arrived.

His figure flashed, and he appeared beside Drax.

"Let’s go."

Their figures vanished instantly, leaving behind only dead silence.

Several Evil Gods descended upon the place where their brethren had fallen, under the shattered sky, their figures appeared massive and gloomy, the surrounding air seemed to solidify from their arrival alone.

Each exuded a heart-palpitating aura, they looked at one another, eyes holding both shock and unconcealable dread.

"This... how is this possible?!" The most burly of them spoke with a deep voice, its tone filled with disbelief.

"A mere human was actually able to slay one of our brethren?"

"Hmph, an intelligence failure, we underestimated Adam’s strength," another Evil God, slender like a ghost in the night, spoke with a chilling voice, "Adam, this name shall henceforth be carved onto our pillar of shame."

Anger spread among them, they realized Adam’s appearance had not only broken their control over this land, but was a provocation to their majesty, for millions of years, no one had been able to deal with them.

"We must act immediately, we cannot give Adam a chance to catch his breath!" The burly Evil God clenched its fists, powerful energy surging around it, as if space itself was trembling.

"Notify all evil entities, report any information about Adam instantly, we will eradicate him and his companion with the momentum of a thunderbolt."

"Right, not only must we kill Adam, but we must find that secret weapon capable of weakening our power," the slender one added, gaze flashing with cunning.

"Only by mastering that power can we be fearless against any threat."

The others nodded, they too felt the restless aura lingering in the air and thoroughly despised it.

With the decision made, the Evil Gods sprang into action, utilizing their abilities, they vanished in an instant, leaving only rushed roars echoing in the air.

On this battle-baptized land, although Adam and Drax had fled far away, their actions had caused a massive uproar, the Evil Gods realized their past comfort no longer existed, Adam would be like an assassin in the dark, watching them like a tiger eyeing its prey, this battle would decide their fate.

Meanwhile, Adam and Drax were weaving through a dense forest at extreme speed, like two streaks of lightning tearing through the night, Adam’s expression was grave, he knew the counterattack would be even more ferocious, and they had to find a countermeasure quickly.

Drax followed close behind, heart filled with urgency, the upcoming battles would be more difficult still, he would never forget the scene of those Evil Gods towering in the sky.

Finding a hidden spot, Adam set up a formation and looked at Drax.

"Do you still remember the entrance you came through when you first arrived in this world?" The Evil Gods were now on guard, launching another surprise attack would be far more difficult.

He needed helpers, he needed to break through the barrier between this world and the extraterritorial space of the Mysterious Yellow Great World, he needed to bring the Human Saint, Book Saint, and other powerhouses over.

Drax looked at Adam, eyes full of disbelief, as if the feat of slaying an Evil God was still replaying before him, he gulped, voice trembling slightly.

"Brother Adam, you... you really did it, that was an Evil God! An existence renowned in legend to be unmatched, yet eradicated by a single swing of your sword," his tone held admiration mixed with almost unbelievable excitement.

Adam nodded gently, "Yes, we did it, but this is only a temporary victory, the Evil Gods will not let this go, we must be prepared."

Drax took a deep breath, trying to calm the waves in his heart, he had thought Adam’s strength was terrifying, but had not expected it to be this terrifying, was it truly possible to slaughter all the Evil Gods?

He recalled fragmented memories of the door connecting the two worlds, "Regarding that entrance, I have some vague impressions, it seems hidden at the peak of an extremely steep mountain, surrounded by swirling clouds and mist, but the exact location, I need time to think carefully."

A sliver of hope flashed in Adam’s eyes, "That’s enough, we must find it quickly and contact the powerhouses outside, only then can we seize the initiative."

Adam put away the Yellow Emperor’s Sword, with a movement of his figure, he transformed into a streak of flowing light, speeding toward the mountain peak in Drax’s memory.

Drax followed closely, his heart was both anxious and expectant, this journey would be fraught with the unknown, but they had no way out.

...

Inside Heaven-Sealing Pass.

Under thin moonlight, the massive Heaven-Sealing Pass was draped in a faint veil of silver, looking mysterious and unfathomable.

Bruce was within it, feeling as if situated in the middle of an ancient and solemn ritual.

...

His figure blended into the surroundings, yet appeared out of place, his breathing grew deep and rhythmic, every inhalation and exhalation seemed to communicate with the surrounding elements, absorbing faint life force.

His hands rested on his knees, palms slightly warm, that was the source of the purification power within his body, the final hope left to him by his master, Adam.

Following his will, the runes on the array formation seemed endowed with life, they flickered with dazzling light, weaving into resplendent patterns in the air, radiant as stars and fluid as flowing water, they rotated and intertwined, converging into powerful purifying energy that surged into Bruce’s body.

At this moment, Bruce’s body seemed to turn into a massive furnace.

The purification power and the Evil God’s corruption engaged in a fierce clash within him, his skin would sometimes flush red, as if burned by raging fire, and sometimes turn pitch-black, as if swallowed by darkness, his gaze was sometimes as resolute as iron, and sometimes filled with unbearable agony, it was his fierce struggle against the evil power within his heart.
