A short while later, several terrifying auras descended from the sky, accompanied by arrogant laughter.

"Haha, looks like our luck isn’t bad! There’s actually a little beauty hiding here!" A gruff voice rang out, accompanied by an intense pressure surging into the valley.

Sylren’s expression changed drastically, she could sense the intruders were incredibly strong, far surpassing her cultivation, she hurriedly grabbed Cecilia’s hand, preparing to flee.

However, Cecilia gently pressed down on her hand, signaling her not to panic.

"Don’t worry, Sylren, I’ll handle these people." Cecilia’s voice was low, her eyes revealing absolute calm and confidence.

"Liana, the people who came are too powerful! We have to leave right now! Your strength is relatively low, so you can’t feel how strong they are, the leader is at the peak of the Grandmaster Realm!"

"We are no match for them."

Cecilia’s eyes turned cold, her figure vanished from the spot instantly.

The man froze, before he could react, a massive force smashed into his chest, he let out a bloodcurdling scream and was sent flying, crashing heavily onto the ground and vomiting blood.

The other lackeys backed away in horror, they never expected this seemingly delicate woman to possess such strength.

Cecilia did not give them a chance to escape, her figure flickered, cold gleams flashed, and the lackeys collapsed.

Sylren watched, dumbfounded.

"Liana, you... you’re amazing!" She exclaimed, eyes filled with disbelief.

"Aren’t you only at the Innate Realm?"

Cecilia smiled faintly. "Sylren, these guys are too weak to be worth mentioning, let’s just continue eating."

Her strength had recovered, and she needed to find a way to leave this world, she could not continue wasting time here, her Young Master was definitely searching hard for her, moreover, she had confirmed that there were no Heavenly Court hunting dogs in this world.

How could Sylren eat now? She had thought her companion was a helpless girl, but it turned out Cecilia could take out the enemy’s strongest fighter with a single hand.

Cecilia turned and looked at Sylren’s curious, awestruck eyes, she smiled faintly. "Sylren, I’m just a passerby, a traveler searching for the way home, as for my true identity, you’ll find out later, what’s important is that we are now partners fighting side by side."

Hearing this, warmth welled up in Sylren’s heart, she knew that regardless of Cecilia’s identity, she had already become her partner.
