He recalled the Black Infant, the auras clinging to these two were incredibly similar to the Black Infant’s.

Adam’s expression turned solemn, he took a deep breath, desperately trying to suppress the shock in his heart, why did these two possess the aura of the Evil God? Something wasn’t right.

"Adam, you’re here, you moved fast..."

Seeing Adam, the Book Saint was pleasantly surprised by his speed, but before he could finish his sentence, two intensely terrifying auras descended from the sky vault.

Colorless and formless, yet everyone present could tangibly sense the absolute, concentrated malice.

Ebon and the white-haired old man’s bodies instantly stiffened as black mist began to seep and spread from them, those two auras slammed forcefully onto their bodies.

"Ah!"

Ebon and the white-haired old man let out shrill, agonizing screams simultaneously, the black qi on their bodies grew increasingly dense, as if countless evil thoughts were eroding their very souls, their bodies trembled uncontrollably, their eyes brimming with sheer terror and despair.

"This is the Evil God’s power!" Adam’s expression changed drastically, he felt the pure evil and terror contained within this power, it was a mighty entity he had never encountered before.

"Book Saint, what is going on?" Adam turned to Liber, his eyes filled with confusion and fury.

Liber’s expression was equally heavy, he hadn’t expected the Evil God’s power to descend at this exact moment, hadn’t these two just claimed they were fine?

"These two made some kind of deal with the Evil God, it’s difficult to explain the details right now, let’s save them first!" The painting scroll reappeared in Liber’s hands as he attempted to pull the two back inside, hoping to sever the Evil God’s aura.

Adam was incomparably shocked, he hadn’t expected these two to dabble in something so dangerous, that was the Evil God, an existence that, once you were tainted by it even slightly, was impossible to shake off.

By now, Ebon and the white-haired old man’s bodies were completely enveloped in black qi, their forms began to twist and deform, seemingly mutating into entirely different creatures.

"No... I don’t want to die..." Ebon let out a miserable shriek, his muscles were undergoing bizarre mutations, looking as if living organisms were writhing beneath his skin.

The white-haired old man suffered the exact same fate, his already emaciated frame appeared even more grotesque and terrifying, the horrific sight left everyone palpitating with fear.

Even Liber’s painting scroll lost its effectiveness, completely failing to pull the two men inside.

High above, those two terrifying auras were like invisible giant hands strangling the life out of Ebon and the elder, the black qi swirling around them intensified, acting like a dark abyss hungrily swallowing their remaining vitality.

Ebon let out another agonizing scream, his voice echoing with endless despair and regret, the black qi inside his body surged frantically, as if something horrific was trying to tear itself free from its fleshy restraints.

The white-haired old man’s condition also grew worse, his eyes became hollow and profound, as if his soul had been completely devoured, his body constantly twisted and deformed, as though undergoing inhuman torture.

Adam and Liber stood to the side, both wearing solemn expressions, because the bodies of the two men began to disintegrate, countless tentacles and black liquid constantly spilled out from within them, then they actually began to merge together, turning into a humanoid, pitch-black creature covered in small tentacles.

The aura radiating from its body continued to climb, its strength rivaled that of the Book Saint.

The pitch-black creature’s aura grew increasingly intense, like a violent gale sweeping through the entire space, its body, composed of countless tentacles and black liquid, writhed as if possessing a life of its own.

Adam and Liber’s expressions grew even more solemn, they could feel the terrifying aura emanating from this creature, this aura was more bizarre than any enemy they had encountered before, sending a chill through their hearts.

"What is this thing?" Adam couldn’t help but exclaim, it was his first time seeing such a creature.

Liber also frowned tightly, he had seen the Black Infant, so he understood that creatures related to the Evil God were all bizarre existences like this, but even he didn’t know what this terrifying thing was.

"I don’t know, but I think we need to strike quickly, or it’s going to attack!"

"Roar!"

Just as the two were speaking, the pitch-black creature let out a deafening roar filled with endless malice and frenzy, its body lunged fiercely toward Adam and Liber, its tentacles whipped out like long lashes, carrying sharp sounds of piercing air.

Adam and Liber reacted swiftly, with a shift of their figures, they dodged the attack, however, wherever the tentacles passed, space itself seemed to be torn apart, leaving behind shocking rifts.

"What formidable strength!" Adam was endlessly shocked, the strength of this creature was actually this terrifying.

"Go evacuate the villagers, leave this monster to me!" the Book Saint furrowed his brows.

"Okay!" Adam didn’t stand on ceremony, he was currently only at the Sixth Heaven of the Deity Realm, he’d better pass on dealing with this Saint Realm monster.

One should act according to their strength, he would go evacuate the villagers and bring them to safety.

Liber’s figure blurred as he met the charging creature head-on, buying time for the villagers to evacuate, the painting scroll reappeared in his hand, and rays of light shot out, transforming into various attacks that bombarded the pitch-black creature.

At the same time, he chanted under his breath.

"Mountains and rivers of the Great Wilderness, the sun and moon merge into the void, borrowing objects to exchange objects, the false and illusory become real..."

Mountains, rivers, the sun, and the moon actually appeared out of thin air in the sky, carrying terrifying might, they smashed down toward the pitch-black tentacled creature.

Facing Liber’s attacks, the creature showed no signs of weakness, its tentacles flailed wildly, colliding with the attacks and erupting with astonishing energy fluctuations.

Even though Liber’s strength was formidable, facing this creature, he couldn’t gain an absolute advantage.

The battle between the two was exceptionally fierce, every collision caused the surrounding space to shudder violently.
