Arthur didn’t stop in his tracks. He simply kept walking. The distance was still around a hundred meters from his location, so there was no need for him to rush over. Then he heard them talking again, and this time, the venom in the young man’s voice was unmistakable.

"You are not even level 10 yet, and I heard you only reached level 6 by using bronze currency. Yet you actually dared to propose to Ms. Hania, the heir of the Hamilton family? You really don’t want to leave this place alive, do you? Or perhaps I should destroy your already crippled parents as well?" the young man said venomously.

"Sam, what are you doing? What he does is none of your business. He only came here to ask me something. He didn’t even propose to me, so stay out of my business!" the beautiful woman shouted.

But the young man called Sam didn’t even look at her. Instead, his face became even more venomous when he heard her defending Paul. The anger in his eyes seemed to burn even hotter.

"Bastard, it’s all your fault! How dare you come between me and her? I am a Gold Foundation Knight, and I am also the heir of the Parker family. Only I am worthy of her! I am going to kill you. A piece of shit like you doesn’t deserve to live. Do you hear me?" he roared.

He was about to stomp on Paul’s chest, but Hania immediately stepped forward and stopped him. It was obvious that she was a player as well, but her strength wasn’t enough to confront Sam directly. Judging from her appearance and the energy fluctuations around her body, she was probably a mage.

"Sam, let him go. He didn’t do anything. And there has never been anything between us. I never said I liked you or anything. All of this was nothing but your delusion," Hania said urgently, her expression filled with anxiety.

But Sam simply pushed her aside.

Instantly, three lackeys stepped in front of her and blocked her path. Their expressions were cold as they stood between Hania and Paul, clearly intending to prevent her from interfering.

"Ms. Hania, please stay where you are. You wouldn’t want to get yourself hurt while trying to save a piece of trash like that fat pig, would you?" one of the lackeys said with a mocking smile.

Paul slowly pushed himself up from the ground. His body was trembling, but the humiliation and rage in his eyes were far stronger than the pain.

"Sam, you bastard, you better kill me today. If I survive, someday, I’ll become the doom of your Parker family!" Paul roared. His voice echoed across the playground, and he felt extremely humiliated as countless newly arrived players watched the entire scene.

"Hahahahaha! Did you hear that?" Sam burst into laughter, but pure fury was practically spitting from his eyes. "This fat pig says he’ll become the doom of my Parker family?"

"Paul, you idiot! Shut your mouth! Why are you provoking him even more? Run away! Do you want to die?" Hania shouted desperately. Her face had already turned pale from horror.

"He already destroyed my family. He crippled my parents. I am nothing but a beggar now, Ms. Hania." Paul gave a bitter laugh, tears slowly escaping from the corners of his eyes. "I don’t have anything left to lose anymore."

"Hahaha, you said you don’t have anything left to lose?" Sam suddenly sneered. "If I remember correctly, you still have a sister, don’t you? And she’s very beautiful. She’s married into the Morrison family."

His expression became increasingly sinister as he continued. "I wonder, if I offer the Morrison family a hundred million dollars, would they be willing to let me and my brothers have some fun with your sister for a week? I assure you, we’ll enjoy every moment of it before putting her body on display in front of the city clock tower."

"No! You wouldn’t dare. No!" Paul’s face instantly lost all color. His legs gave out beneath him, and he collapsed onto the ground with a heavy thud. At that moment, he suddenly felt as though every last bit of hope had been ripped away from him.

The world seemed to lose all its colors.

"I wouldn’t dare, you say?" Sam sneered. "Are you sure?"

Paul suddenly smiled.

It was a strange and sinister smile, completely devoid of hope.

"Oh? Is the Parker family really that powerful now?"

A deep, bone-chilling voice suddenly came from behind Paul.

Someone was standing there, wearing a dark hoodie. He was over six feet tall with a well-built physique, but his face was hidden beneath the hood.

"Hmm? Who are you? How dare you speak to me like that?" Sam asked coldly. His eyes shifted away from Paul and landed on the newcomer.

Arthur slowly stepped forward and stood beside Paul.

"Hahahahahaha... Indeed."

His voice was deep and cold.

"Who am I?"

The voice seemed to come from the depths of hell itself.

Arthur took out his phone and calmly made a call.

"What is it, Arthur?" Noah’s voice came from the other side.

"Exterminate the Parker family along with their last shred of bloodline. Not a single member should survive," Arthur ordered in an eerily calm tone.

The other side fell silent for a moment.

"Okay."

Noah’s response was equally calm.

The sudden turn of events made everyone swallow hard. They had been watching a great show until this moment, but nobody had expected the situation to suddenly escalate to the destruction of an entire giant family.

"Bastard! How dare you act so brazenly in front of me? Die!"

Sam had already completely lost his cool. He immediately launched himself toward Arthur, his body transforming into a golden blur as his terrifying speed erupted.

Arthur didn’t even react.

Sam thought Arthur simply couldn’t react because of his overwhelming speed. A nasty smile appeared on his face as he directly targeted Arthur’s heart. If an ordinary person were struck by this attack, their heart would be destroyed instantly.

But when his fist was only an inch away from touching Arthur, the young man in the hoodie finally moved.

Whoosh!

His hand moved with lightning speed and instantly grabbed Sam by the throat.

Arthur lifted him from the ground with one hand, raising him like a helpless chicken.

Sam’s expression changed drastically.

He felt as though his throat had been clamped by an iron hand. No matter how desperately he struggled, he couldn’t even make a sound.

Arthur finally removed his hoodie.

His handsome face was revealed beneath the darkness.

"Fatty, why didn’t you call me while you were going through all these troubles?" Arthur smiled at Paul, who was still sitting there in a daze.

The moment Paul realized that the newcomer who had come to his aid was Arthur, his eyes widened.

Excitement, indignation, relief, and happiness appeared on his face almost simultaneously.

He slowly stood up, his eyes already moist.

"I tried to contact you, but your fiancée received your phone and told me never to call you again. She said you didn’t want to maintain any relationship with a poor fool like me," Paul said, his voice filled with grievance.

Arthur clenched his fist.

That bitch had been controlling his life so meticulously that he hadn’t even realized how or why everything around him had been happening.

He took a slow breath and suppressed the rage rising inside his chest.

"Well, your brother is here now."

Arthur looked at Paul and smiled.

"Tell me. What do you want to do with him?"

"I want to kill him!"

Paul’s eyes turned cold as ice.

Whoosh!

A dagger suddenly appeared in Arthur’s hand.

He held it out toward Paul.

"Go ahead."

Bam!

After handing over the dagger, Arthur struck Sam’s limp body with a palm strike.

Instantly, Sam’s body was sent flying backward. The terrifying force of the strike disrupted his strength, leaving him completely powerless.

At that moment, he was nothing more than a lamb waiting to be slaughtered.

"Wait! Who are you? How dare you try to kill someone inside the university?"

A furious voice suddenly rang out from the crowd.
