Global Shelter Game
Chapter 313 - 245: Technology Fusion
Chapter 313: Chapter 245: Technology Fusion
Ye Yun studied the new tasks, fully aware of how crucial each one was to the shelter. He immediately summoned Lin Hao, Zhou Mei, Leo, and Bena to discuss how to delegate them.
"Lin Hao, you and the research team will be responsible for the technology fusion work of Task Eleven. I’m confident you can rapidly elevate our technological capabilities," Ye Yun said to Lin Hao.
Lin Hao nodded, his eyes glinting with a passion for research and a thirst for innovation. "I’ll lead the team and give it my all to complete the technology fusion."
Ye Yun turned to Zhou Mei and Leo. "Task Twelve, cultural development, is vital for improving our residents’ quality of life. You two will be responsible for establishing cultural facilities and enriching their intellectual and cultural lives."
Zhou Mei and Leo affirmed their understanding and promised, "We’ll plan everything meticulously to ensure the new cultural facilities meet the residents’ needs and provide them with a rich cultural experience."
Finally, Ye Yun looked to Bena. "Task Thirteen, ecological balance, is the foundation of the shelter’s sustainable development. It will require your strategic planning and executive ability to ensure our environment is effectively protected."
Bena replied resolutely, "I will assemble a team, formulate a detailed ecological protection plan, and ensure our shelter can coexist in harmony with nature."
With Ye Yun’s arrangements made, the three teams began their respective tasks. Each group understood its responsibilities and was ready to contribute its strength to the shelter’s future.
Lin Hao stood before the lab’s control console, his eyes fixed on the complex data and charts displayed on the screen. The laboratory was filled with a tense yet orderly atmosphere; every team member was completely absorbed in their work. A sample under a microscope glinted faintly in the light. A recorder’s pen scratched rapidly across a data sheet. The indicator lights on the experimental equipment blinked incessantly, signaling the various chemical reactions in progress.
"Dr. Lin, we’ve completed an in-depth analysis of the mysterious creature’s energy structure," Engineer Li, an Energy Engineer, reported to Lin Hao. "What’s unique about this structure is its ability to efficiently convert and store energy."
Lin Hao turned, listening intently to Engineer Li’s report, his eyes glinting with anticipation for the coming technological breakthrough. "This is the opening we’ve been looking for, Engineer Li. An improvement in energy conversion efficiency like this will drastically improve our power systems."
"Exactly, Dr. Lin." Engineer Li nodded, a hint of excitement in his voice. "Our preliminary simulations show that if we can apply this energy structure to our power systems, we can increase our energy efficiency by at least 30%."
Lin Hao clapped Engineer Li’s shoulder, pleased. "Excellent, Engineer Li. I want you to lead your team on this technology’s integration. We need to apply it to our power systems as quickly as possible."
Engineer Li accepted the assignment and departed, his eyes shining with a passion for technology and the pursuit of innovation. His team immediately dove into their work, using advanced equipment and techniques to attempt to integrate this energy structure with the shelter’s existing power systems.
In the lab, complex instruments began to emit a low hum. Data on the screens refreshed constantly, showing the experiment’s progress. Researchers gathered around the control console, closely monitoring every change in the parameters.
"Adjust the frequency of the energy input. We need to find the optimal resonance point," Engineer Li instructed his team.
"Adjusting frequency. Current frequency is 23.5 kilohertz," an operator quickly responded.
"Raise it to 25 kilohertz. Carefully monitor the stability of the energy output," Engineer Li directed.
As the frequency rose, the reactor in the center of the lab began to glow even brighter, bathing the entire room in a strange, blue radiance.
"We’re approaching the resonance point! Everyone, watch the energy output," Engineer Li’s voice echoed through the laboratory.
Suddenly, the reactor’s energy output surged. The curve on the screen spiked, then stabilized at an unprecedented high.
"We did it! We found the optimal resonance frequency!" Engineer Li announced excitedly. His team members erupted in cheers.
Lin Hao walked over and looked at the stable output curve on the screen, nodding in satisfaction. "Good work, Engineer Li. This is a major step forward for the shelter’s energy technology."
"Thank you, Dr. Lin," Engineer Li replied. "But our work isn’t over. We need to scale this technology and ensure it can be integrated into our entire power system."
Lin Hao nodded. "I know. It will be a challenge, but I’m confident you can do it. We need to record all data from this experiment in detail to provide a basis for the engineering implementation phase."
Over the next few days, Engineer Li and his team worked around the clock, constantly optimizing and adjusting their experimental protocols. They recorded vast amounts of data, analyzed various potential engineering applications, and formulated a detailed plan for technological integration.
Under Lin Hao’s guidance, the team members began designing a new type of energy conversion device that could utilize the mysterious creature’s energy structure to achieve higher energy conversion efficiency.
"We need to consider the durability and reliability of the devices," Lin Hao stressed during a team meeting. "Our equipment must be able to operate stably in the harsh environment of the wasteland."
"We’re using a new alloy to enhance the structural integrity of the devices," said Dr. Zhang, the materials engineer. "This alloy has outstanding heat and corrosion resistance, which will guarantee the long-term operational stability of the equipment."
