Li Ziyu glanced at the construction requirements, casually selected "Build," and then paid it no mind. He was about to close the construction page and get back to researching Mechanical Technology when a building in the corner of his eye made him pause.

After he threw himself into researching Mechanical Technology, he completely forgot about it. They figured they were better off spending their time learning combat techniques from the "Ancestors" than watching Undead Architecture go up.

The Tabu Minotaurs had changed a lot. There were more smiles on their faces, and they were filled with hope for the future. Their houses were built with care and were extremely Solid, fearing neither wind nor rain. The children were taught by the Ancestors and were growing up at an incredible Speed. As for the adult Minotaurs, their bodies were much stronger than before.

With no worries about food or drink and with someone dedicated to teaching them combat skills, the Tabu Minotaurs were no longer the cowards who trembled before Demonized Creatures. Though their numbers were few, they were now confident. They were not weaker than any other Race!

After queuing up the building, Li Ziyu once again immersed himself in researching Mechanical Technology. He found joy in the work, tirelessly unlocking new technologies and becoming a happy workaholic. His previous laziness was gone. Every day, he’d wake up and immediately start thinking about what to research, only going to sleep when he was too exhausted to stay awake. It was a fulfilling and satisfying routine.

In recent days, the Undead Fortress had stopped entering its dormant state, standing tall upon the land even during the day. After all, the Alliance Army had been defeated, and there were virtually no opponents left in this Wasteland. Li Ziyu was now the most powerful force in the area. There was no need to be secretive or cautious anymore, so he simply stopped entering the dormant state altogether.

The Undead grew weaker under the sun, but with no enemies around, who cared if they were a little weaker? It wasn’t a big deal.

Just as Li Ziyu was engrossed in his research, Mumu and Tas Tuling arrived outside the main tower, requesting an audience.
