This also counts as an uninvited guest, coming unbidden and refusing to leave.

The undead tide advanced from the front and surrounded the gigantic lizard, yet the lizard showed no reaction, continuing to leisurely feed as if the massive undead tide meant nothing to it, not believing that these small creatures could harm it.

Seeing this, Su Changxing raised an eyebrow, surprised at how arrogant this beast was, allowing the undead tide to encircle it.

If this lizard had retreated and flown a kite with the undead tide, it would have made it difficult for him, leaving him helpless against it.

So it seems.

Arrogance is not exclusive to humans; any creature capable of thinking possesses it, like a side effect of wisdom.

Seeing that the lizard made no movement, Su Changxing did not immediately launch an attack to avoid alerting it, instead controlling more zombies to encircle the lizard, making the encirclement thick and sturdy enough.

The Amoka Lizard saw the zombies gathering around it but remained unmoved, not sensing anything amiss, actually quite satisfied with this situation, feeling such food should be delivered right to its mouth, sparing it the effort of crawling over, which would be tiresome.

It thought today would be an ordinary day like any other; unexpectedly, it turned out to be so wonderful, perhaps even the best day.

The encirclement gradually formed; zombies that were relatively calm suddenly attacked it, using their mouths and claws to tear and grip its body, trying to climb up its limbs.

This change caught the Amoka Lizard by surprise.

Why did these obedient foods suddenly become so agitated? They weren’t supposed to; it believed food should obediently await consumption, rather than struggle, or even resist.

As the undead tide launched its assault, the Amoka Lizard was provoked, its movements becoming violent, sweeping its tail and knocking over swathes of zombies, clearing a large area, but soon other zombies filled the gap.

If at this moment the lizard tried to escape, it surely could, but it was stubbornly intent on punishing these misbehaving meals.

Soon thousands of zombies were wounded or killed, some stomped into meat patties, while others were swept into the air by its tail, crashing to the ground half-paralyzed but still alive, crawling towards the lizard with their hands.

These losses seemed significant but weren’t critical to the vast undead tide, just minor injuries quickly replenished.

The Amoka Lizard’s actions grew more violent, spewing a dark purple liquid that dissolved zombies on contact, emitting white smoke continuously.

Yet it still didn’t realize the danger, only feeling that these foods were somewhat stubborn, requiring more strength to deal with.

Some inconspicuous wounds appeared on Amokasi’s limbs, while a dozen zombies climbed onto its back, attacking, biting, and clinging relentlessly.

This was a gradual process of boiling a frog.

The massive undead tide was like water getting hotter and boiling, with the Amoka Lizard being the frog in danger but unaware of the peril.

Frogs and lizards share some similarities, both appearing dazed in idle times.

Noticing the Amoka Lizard’s movements slowing, Su Changxing ordered the extraordinary zombies in the undead tide to attack, turning up the heat in the boiling water.

The Giant, wielding a broken lamppost, came to Amokasi’s feet, raised it and struck with tremendous force, breaking the already fragile lamppost and embedding its head into the lizard’s leg, piercing its flesh defenses.

This pained the lizard, causing it to cry out and smack the Giant away with its tail.

There weren’t just one such Giant in the undead tide, but three. The other two also attacked Amokasi together, using their great strength to break through the Amoka Lizard’s defenses, inflicting significant damage.

One particularly large Giant even smashed the external bone of the lizard’s foot with its hands.

Following this.

Big Horn seized the opportunity when Amoka Lizard’s attention was on these Giants, climbing up its back from the rear foot’s edge, and with a claw, tore open a large wound at the junction of head and spine, causing a massive blood flow.

His combat power ranked him among the top tier of Tier Eight extraordinary creatures, not far from advancing, only a matter of time.

Before the Amoka Lizard could react, Big Horn had ripped a big hole in its back, exposing stark white bones, with bright red blood pouring like rain.

By then, the Amoka Lizard sensed something was wrong, felt danger, and attempted to escape the undead tide. It found its body incredibly heavy, barely moved a few steps before being squeezed immobile by the tide, with twenty or thirty zombies climbing onto its back, making it look like it was about to be overwhelmed by the undead tide.
