50 Assassins

“Damn it, it’s a formation,” One of the assassins shouted to warn the others.
Alas, it was too late as the formation had begun and started firing them.
Boom!
Jiang Ming covered his mouth slightly as he glanced at the assassins. Most of them were laying in the ground with no sign of life.
Jiang Ming then slowly walked over to the other three assassins that managed to survive from the formation because they were a bit far.
“W-What is this formation?” One of the three assassins asked in disbelief.
His legs were dismembered and continued to cough up blood as he wanted to understand what just happened..
They were chasing a lowly Spiritual Elementary yet they were all annihilated in an instant when they cornered him.
Jiang Ming chuckled softly as he grabbed the poison daggering from the ground. “You would know about this formation when you go to the nether world.”
Jiang Ming then threw the poison dagger at the center of his forehead, causing him to die- either by the poison or by the stab.
Jiang Ming ignored the expression of the dead man as he walked to the other two assassins.
When Jiang Ming finished off another assassin with the same method, he walked over to the last assassin who was struggling to run away.
“What kind of assassin are you?” Jiang Ming sneered as he watched the assassin crawl in between the knees. “You came here to kill me yet you are going the opposite of your target.”
“P-Please don’t kill me-” Suddenly, the assassin turned around and removed the mask to plead Jiang Ming.
Jiang Ming was slightly surprised when he realized this assassin was a female.
“Oh my, a female assassin.” Jiang Ming said sarcastically. “Do you think I would spare you just because you’re a woman?”
Jiang Ming then proceeded to make a throwing motion with the poison dagger and the female assassin quickly bowed.
Afterward, she started stripping her black clothes, revealing her beautiful and slender figure for Jiang Ming to see.
“M-My body is still pure and as long as you let me go- I will let you do whatever you want with my body.” The female assassin then pleaded.
Jiang Ming grinned as he nodded his head. “Alright then, show me your boobs.”
The female assassin’s expression brightened up as she quickly unbuttoned her clothes.
Slash!
The female assassin still held a brightened expression as her head became detached from her neck as it fell on the ground.
Blood started spraying out from the neck as it collapsed downward.
Jiang Ming watched as the beautiful female assassin died in this corner alley with a nonchalant expression.
“Sigh, I was hoping to not have any blood in my clothes yet the blood still managed to splatter onto me.” Jiang Ming shook his head as he retrieved a small cloth to wipe the blood off.
Sometime later, Jiang Ming started looting the bodies of the assassin before burning their corpses with his Moonstow Flame.
“Luo Geming, since you dared to go against me again like Chen Peizhu, then I shall be generous enough to repay this favor of yours.” Jiang Ming muttered as he leaped up and began heading back home.
As Jiang Ming arrived home, he was instantly bombarded with questions from his aunt, Yang Liqin.
“What happened to you? Why are your clothes stained with blood?” Yang Liqin was full of concern as she walked around and checked for injuries.
Jiang Ming smiled bitterly as he wanted to keep this secret from her. ‘Sigh, if only I actually have extra clothes then I wouldn’t have needed to come home with bloody clothes.’
Jiang Ming held Yang Liqin’s hand as he pulled her closer. “It’s nothing aunt- just some trash assassins sent by Luo Geming.”
“Luo Geming? You mean that person with connections to the alchemist guild?” Yang Liqin raised an eyebrow.
Jiang Ming nodded his head.
“That damn bastard, I’m going to kill him,” Yang Liqin clenched her fist in anger as she tried to leave to get revenge.
However, Jiang Ming wasn’t going to allow her to do so as he grasped her wrist.
“Why are you stopping me?”
“Because I’m going to make him have a painful and slow death.”
Jiang Ming then stripped his bloody clothes as he threw them toward Hong Ling who had just come out.
Hong Ling was in the kitchen cooking dinner for them until she heard Yang Liqin screaming about killing someone.
“Wash them for me since they were given to me by my aunt,” Jiang Ming ordered as he lifted Yang Liqin in his arms.
Afterward, he headed upstairs while carrying her, who was struggling.
“Let me go already. I’m going to kill that bastard for trying to plot against you.” Yang Liqin pouted.
Jiang Ming ignored her as he opened the door and placed her in the bed.
“Yang Liqin, listen to me.” Jiang Ming then said in a stern tone.
Yang Liqin stopped struggling as she swallowed nervously upon hearing his tone.
“Do I look like some buddha to you?”
Yang Liqin shook her head.
“Then shouldn’t it be obvious that I wouldn’t let Luo Geming off for pulling this stunt.” Jiang Ming sighed as he sat down and interlocked his hand with her.
“Revenge is a dish served best cold.” Jiang Ming smiled as he leaned closer. “I would not give Luo Geming an easy death but right now, your health is my priority.”
Yang Liqin remained silent as she knew he was right. She was still in a weakened condition due to the Blood Curse.
“If you knew my health is still weak then why are you going off to the Haze Forest?” Yang Liqin hissed as she pinched his hand.
Jiang Ming gave a fake act of being hurt as he nodded his head.
“That was irrational of me indeed.” Jiang Ming admitted his mistake.
He had mistaken that his enemies were no longer just NPC and players without a great mindset.
“I’m going to reorganize my strategy to make sure no harm will come our way.”
