46 Glamorous Entrance
After teasing Yang Liqin a bit more, Jiang Ming placed her down while groping her butt.
“Jiang Ming, stop it,” Yang Liqin pouted as she tried to stop his hand from touching her butt.
“Don’t you dare struggle, aunt. This is your punishment for ignoring my order.” Jiang Ming said as he pulled her closer.
His hand continued to feel her smooth and round butt as they walked out of the Moon Bazaar.
As soon as they walked out, the crowd started bombarding Jiang Ming with questions.
“Jiang Ming, is it true that you scammed Chen Peizhu in obtaining the Moon Bazaar?”
“What is your relationship with the emperor to have his support in helping you get the Moon Bazaar?”
Jiang Ming smiled at their accusation as he glanced around and finally, his eyesight landed on Chen Peizhu.
Chen Peizhu had his hand on his waist and held a haughty expression, almost like he was telling Jiang Ming that this was his revenge..
Jiang Ming grinned at Chen Peizhu as he whispered to Yang Liqin, “Do you want to see some fireworks?”
“Are you really going to joke around when the crowd is in an uproar?” Yang Liqin replied in a low tone as she reminded Jiang Ming that the crowd was about to push away the workers of the Moon Bazaar.
“Why would I need to joke?” Jiang Ming laughed as he pointed his finger in a direction. “Someone else is going to control the crowd for me so I can save my energy.”
Yang Liqin followed his direction and gasped as she saw a majestic carriage approaching closer.
Even more shocking was the fact that above the sky, was a flying magical beast as it covered the brightness of the sky.
The crowd also stopped their yelling as they held a gawking expression at the flying magical beast.
“I-Isn’t that the imperial family guardian magical beast, Shentou?”
“Why is the emperor bringing along a catastrophic Shentou here? Shentou has the power of a Spiritual Master and one breath from it can kill us in an instant.”
While the crowd became anxious, Shentou suddenly flapped its wings as it slowly glided down and waited for the carriage to stop.
As the carriage stopped, multiple imperial guards walked forward and laid a red carpet out as they bowed.
The carriage door opened and instantly, everyone could see the princess, Bing Tong, stepping out in a beautiful dress that showcased her dazzling figure.
The men were whistling and cheering as they watched Bing Tong walk toward the Moon Bazaar.
Bing Tong gave a smile as she waved her hand around but her eyes soon focused on Jiang Ming.
“My daughter, couldn’t you wait a bit for me?” A voice suddenly came from the carriage and everyone quickly knelt down when they noticed it was their emperor, Zhao Tong.
“Tch, it’s not like I would go anywhere else when our destination is the same,” Bing Tong shrugged her shoulders as she continued walking toward Jiang Ming.
Zhao Tong smiled bitterly at Bing Tong’s words.
‘Ugh, my daughter is completely captivated by that stinky brat. She doesn’t even look at me anymore.’ Zhao Tong cried inwardly as he showed a solemn and powerful demeanor to the crowd.
“Everyone can stand now, we are here only as guests,” Zhao Tong then said.
Afterward, he followed Bing Tong and gave a fierce glare at Jiang Ming who was chatting happily with his daughter.
“What took you so long to arrive?” Jiang Ming smiled at Bing Tong while looking down. “Was it to prepare this glamorous entrance of yours?”
Bing Tong blushed as she noticed Jiang Ming’s leer at her cleavage, “We were supposed to arrive here sooner but father decided to bring out Shentou- our guardian beast.”
“How can you shift the blame to me, my daughter?” Zhao Tong rebuked as soon as he heard her accusing him. “It was obviously you that spent over 3 hours dressing up.”
However, Zhao Tong soon regretted his words when Bing Tong showed a fierce expression as she pinched his waist harshly.
Jiang Ming chuckled at their father and daughter interaction.
‘Sigh, if only I could have this kind of family then I would have been happier.’ Jiang Ming then said inwardly as he regretted not having better parents in his previous life.
Yang Liqin seemed to notice a change in Jiang Ming as she held his hand. Jiang Ming turned around and saw her smiling at him.
Jiang Ming gave her a nod as he threw away those sentimental feelings he just got as he interlocked her hand.
“Anyway, old man, I think you have to deal with someone.” Jiang Ming then said as he interrupted their arguing.
Zhao Tong raised an eyebrow as he pacified Bing Tong. “What do you mean by that?”
“I mean that you should clean out some filth in the Central District.” Jiang Ming continued as he explained what Chen Peizhu did before his arrival.
When Jiang Ming finished his explanation, Zhao Tong’s expression darkened as he shouted in the crowd.
“CHEN PEIZHU, GET OVER HERE!” Zhao Tong’s voice echoed the entire crowd as he exuded his Spiritual Master’s aura.
The voice was thunderous and powerful at the same time as the crowd felt the pressure emitting from Zhao Tong.
Meanwhile, Chen Peizhu shuddered at the face of this change of atmosphere when everyone started moving away from him.
The crowd was supporting Chen Peizhu’s claim but stopped when they saw the domineering figure emperor arrived.
“Y-Yes, your majesty?” Chen Peizhu stuttered as he bowed slightly.
“You have a lot of nerve to accuse me in cahoots with someone else to steal your store,” Zhao Tong continued to exude his aura, in fact- he had started locking Chen Peizhu in place with his cultivation base.
Chen Peizhu sweated profusely as he shook his head. “T-This subordinate doesn’t dare.”
“You don’t dare yet you dare to slander me publicly.” Zhao Tong sneered coldly.
He then proceeded to shout at the crowd. “Who else believes Chen Peizhu’s slanderous claim?”
