180 Primordial Cultivator
After consuming a recovery pill, Jiang Ming’s handsome face returned to normal.
He then stared at Shaung Shu who acted innocently.
“When my cultivation surpasses you, I’ll make sure you remember this day gravely.” He warned.
Unlike his previous mistake, Jiang Ming was ready to go all out if she were to attack again.
He might not be able to defeat her currently, but he can guarantee that he can escape from here.
A wise man once said it’s not too late for a gentleman to take his revenge within ten years.
“Whatever, you’re a petty man anyway considering your actions.” Shuang Shu shrugged her shoulders, clearly unbothered by his warning.
“If it weren’t for your life force to be so pure, then I would have just outright killed you on the spot for ruining my plan.”
“What plan? A plan for you to suck on men’s dick?” Jiang Ming scoffed..
So what if the system had warned him beforehand to not offend her? It was already too late since he had offended her earlier.
Meanwhile, Shuang Shu narrowed her eyes and emitted an intense murderous aura. Though it quickly subsided as she took a deep breath.
“You’re lucky that you still have some skills…” Shuang Shu said before pausing for a moment.
“What’s your name again?” She asked.
“Jiang Ming, that’s my name.” Jiang Ming replied coolly, crossing his arms.
“Hoh, so you’re the destined one…” Shuang Shu muttered in a low tone. “No wonder why you were able to resist my own dimension’s law.”
“What did you just say?” Jiang Ming asked. Her tone was so low and given his limited ability in the dimension, he was unable to hear what she had spoken.
Shuang Shu didn’t have the intention of explaining things to him, considering the grudge she held. Yup, she was one petty woman that would always remember their debt.
“Anyway, you have ruined my planning of collecting life force and even outright killed the participant outside and inside. How are you going to compensate me?” She asked angrily.
“Compensate? You must be joking, right?” Jiang Ming almost started laughing at her ridiculous remark. He had just got beaten to a pulp by her, yet she still had the audacity to ask for compensation.
What a joke!
‘GLCS, have you already informed my aunt through the Pearl Necklace to move far away yet?’ Jiang Ming asked the system silently.
Ding!
<Yang Liqin had already retreated to a faraway distance and should be safe for now>
<As for the estimation of Shuang Shu’s cultivation base, it is most likely determined that she’s a person belonging to the Divine World>
–
‘Divine World?’ Jiang Ming was stunned to see that word. The Divine World was known as the mystical and final conquest in Cultivation Omega.
However, there had been practically zero news of the updates where players could actually ascend to the Divine World.
‘No wonder why this bitch is so strong,’ he thought.
Everything started to make sense to him regarding the main storyline progression and the appearance of Shuang Shu.
When everything is separated, it would seem like there are no connections between the events. But once everything intertwined, the picture became clear and Jiang Ming finally realized why he was required to enter the ancient ruin for the completion.
‘This Shuang Shu woman is most likely the key to the storyline, almost like those NPC’s who held the information for players to succeed in their quests.’ Jiang Ming concluded.
Taking a deep breath, his expression turned tranquil as he re-focused his attention on Shuang Shu.
“Tell me… why did a person from the Divine World end up so miserably in the Northern Continent?” Jiang Ming asked, directly going to the main topic.
Beating around the bushes was never his style, and he wanted to get it over with already.
Of course, Shuang Shu was dazed for a few seconds when he managed to identify her origin.
Though, it was just that second as she nodded her head. “Since you already know my origin, then I can save some of my breath explaining things.”
And she continued, “I’m sure you came to the ancient ruin to find a certain clue of something, right.”
“Indeed I am. I wanted to know why there was a resurgence of an abyssal demon, Skartoom appearing in the Guilong Forest. In addition, why are you purposely setting up a difficult trial this time for the ancient ruin entrance?”
“For your first question, that isn’t related to me, but more of heaven’s will itself. Do you think there are permanent seals in this world? Corrosion would happen as time passes, and not even heaven’s seal can avoid such law.” Shuang Shu chuckled menacingly.
She began twirling her finger in mid-air and some drawings started to appear.
“As for your second question, if there is a Divine World, then naturally there is a lower world or even billions of worlds that we have no clue of. The Northern Continent we’re currently in is just a small dust of an entire existence.” She said, pointing at a minuscule land.
The land was barely visible and even Jiang Ming had a hard time seeing it with his spiritual perception activated.
“Right now, most people that used to belong in the Divine World have fallen in ruins and are desperate to return back. I’m the same as well, but there’s nothing we can do except wait for the destined person set by the Primordial Cultivator.”
“The Primordial Cultivator?” Jiang Ming was alarmed as he remembered this title. It was the title belonging to the very first cultivator and was introduced as humanity’s strongest leader in Cultivation Omega.
Shuang Shu didn’t miss his shock reaction as she had expected it already.
‘The Primordial Cultivator sure is an unbelievable existence among us. He can even calculate this much.’ She thought.
Sometime later, Shuang Shu brushed her hand aside, destroying the drawing that she had just created.
She turned around and stared at Jiang Ming, “Are you willing to carry our future?”
