Game Lord's Cultivation System

176 Blazing Force

“Enough of that narcissistic act already,” Yang Liqin said coldly.

“Don’t do that again, ok?” She asked gently, but it was a request that could not be rejected.

It might sound gentle from her mouth but her facial expression showed otherwise.

Jiang Ming could only sigh in defeat as he nodded his head.

“Alright, I won’t act narcissistic in front of you again.” He said solemnly. Though the catch was that he had stated only in front of her, meaning he could still act that way to others.

Yang Liqin also understood his hidden meaning but allowed him to do it. So long as she does not have to witness such an embarrassing act, then she was fine with it.

“Anyway, what do you call this technique of merging then?” She asked, returning to her original question.

“I don’t really know, aunt.” Jiang Ming shrugged his shoulders..

“Naming a technique is so tedious, and I found it pointless to do so. Like why should I yell out the name of my moves and allow my opponent to realize what I planned to do? I would rather just beat them to a pulp without revealing any of my attacks.”

“That’s reasonableā€¦” Yang Liqin laughed awkwardly.

The rule of shouting out your attack moves was like an unofficial rule by cultivators since they always think of their honor and dignity above everything.

Of course, there are those dishonorable cultivators, but even they would unconsciously call their move aloud.

Sometime later, Jiang Ming asked Yang Liqin to start identifying the notorious youths belonging to the 6 powerful clans.

Besides the 6 powerful clan members though, Yang Liqin would also use her spiritual qi to mark other people that belong to another clan. The people she marked are those who committed heinous crimes and used their status to get away with it.

She despised these types of people the most, and killing them would make things less suspicious as well. It could be considered a win-win situation for them.

“Alright, I’ve finished marking the people,” Yang Liqin said, taking a deep breath. To mark a person with spiritual qi under the presence of a testament of will is difficult, to say the least.

One mishap and it might cause the testament of will to react. The worst-case scenario would be that she’ll become a target and receive a backlash.

Meanwhile, Jiang Ming casually retrieved a pill from his inventory before pulling Yang Liqin closer. And in a smooth manner, he directly mouth-fed her the pill, causing her to blush in redness.

“Do you really have to feed me the pill that way?” Yang Liqin asked in a tsundere behavior.

“I could have just consumed the pill myself, and does not require that kind of method.”

“I know you can, but why would I do that?” Jiang Ming shrugged his shoulders. He stepped forward and began merging his Moonstow Flame and Sword Force again, prompting Yang Liqin to stop talking.

‘This Jiang Mingā€¦ always manages to find another topic to get away from my confrontation.’ Yang Liqin clicked her tongue. She was clearly displeased with his act, but can’t reprimand him either since the task he was doing aligned with their interest.

As Yang Liqin remained helpless, Jiang Ming had already finished the merging process as he focused on the first person that she had marked.

‘Hmm, if aunt wants a technique for this name, then I might as well call it blazing force.’ Jiang Ming thought, clearly a sucker at naming things.

A name is just a name after all. It’s not really that important in his eyes that he would pay much attention to it.

Hence, Jiang Ming fired his first shot, directly shattering the dantain of the cultivator who belonged to the Di Clan.

The person vomited blood and collapsed to the ground, dead. There was no screaming or any reaction from him or the other people that were sitting around him.

After all, their souls are stuck in the testament of will, and only when their souls returned to their original bodies, would they know what had occurred.

Of course, for the person that Jiang Ming had struck first, there is no longer a living body for him to reside in, effectively killing him in the cruelest manner ever.

Without a living body for a soul to reside in, his soul would slowly deplete and would not return to the samsara cycle.

“That’s one down, more to go.” Jiang Ming said casually, not caring about destroying their samsara cycle.

Time slowly passed by, and the Blazing Force continued to penetrate the dantain of each cultivator.

Blood scattered everywhere yet not a single reaction occurred, except for the slight trembling from the testament of will.

Clearly, the testament of will was displeased with Jiang Ming’s conduct and was agitated by him.

“Oy, are you mad?” Jiang Ming asked tauntingly. “If you’re mad, then just come and bite me. Oh wait, I forgot you can only drag my soul in if I was within your radius.”

Yang Liqin twitched her brows. ‘Was it really necessary to be taunting the testament of will?’

“Alright, aunt, shall we pretend to be enlightened as well?” Jiang Ming stopped his taunting after a few minutes as he asked her.

“Though we must make sure not to get too close to the radius. Otherwise, I feared that he would make things difficult for us.”

“Wasn’t it because you couldn’t stop yourself from taunting it?”

“It’s not my fault that the testament of will kept trembling like it needed to go to a toilet or something. If it really wanted to stop my action, then it should have done something already.” Jiang Ming shrugged.

Yang Liqin sighed exhaustedly as she shook her head. “Whatever, let’s just sit on top of the Kractacle to pretend. It’s not like these people recognized the testament of will or its function anyway.”

Jiang Ming nodded his head.

He grabbed her by the waist and leaped forward, landing smoothly at the top of the Kractacle’s head.
