134 Still a Bit Disappointed
After flinging Alchemist Ren to the other side, Jiang Ming breathed out a sigh of relief.
If the pill that was drenched in Alchemist Ren’s saliva was to land on his hand, then Jiang Ming would want to murder someone.
How disgusting was that?
Though it’s a different story if the saliva was from his women. He would directly suck the saliva from their mouth instead.
Such is the true meaning of gender equality.
Accept reality!
“Anyway, Chau Heung should impart her massaging skills to Hong Ling. Although Hong Ling’s massaging skill is good, it didn’t bring me to a heavenly paradise.” Jiang Ming said calmly.
Hong Ling twitched her mouth slightly when she heard his words. ‘Is my massaging skill inferior to Chau Heung?’.
To not lose out, Hong Ling tried to exert more strength to massage Jiang Ming. Alas, no matter how hard she tried, she just couldn’t grasp the technique that Chau Heung was using.
Meanwhile, Chau Heung was clever enough to not give a response to Jiang Ming. The massaging skill was the only thing she was good at, so it would be all for naught if someone else knew the skill as well.
Just when the atmosphere was slowly getting tense, Chau Zhimen stood up and roared aloud.
“Woooo, I actually did it.” Chau Zhimen shouted excitedly as he waved his hand. The pill that was inside the cauldron shot up and straight to his palm.
Jiang Ming remained silent as he took a quick sniff.
‘A 99% purity 2nd-rank pill huh? Nothing less to someone who caught my eyesight.’ He thought.
Although it might sound unrealistic for a person who had never successfully refined a pill before to obtain such a result. Everything could be explained if they were to consider the technique Chau Zhimen obtained from Jiang Ming.
‘A celestial soul rank technique. Even just learning the basics is enough to become unparalleled in this world.’ Jiang Ming laughed inwardly. He raised his hand up to stop the two women from continuing massaging him.
“Chau Heung, you should rush to your little brother and praise him. He’s now a valuable alchemist that everyone would want to covet.” He chuckled softly.
It took a few seconds for Chau Heung to comprehend his words. She was simply too shocked and surprised by her little brother’s skill.
At the same time, she was extremely proud and happy for Chau Zhimen. He would no longer be viewed as a nuisance in the eyes of others but as a valuable highly respected alchemist.
She smiled happily and hurriedly ran toward Chau Zhimen, cheering him in the meantime.
“Good job my little brother, you finally did it.” She hugged him lovingly.
“Haha, elder sister, what did I tell you. Now that I’m an alchemist, I’ll just want to see who else would dare to bully you.” Chau Zhimen cheered merrily. They had suffered long enough and were overwhelmed by the joy of their current status.
Jiang Ming allowed them to celebrate happily for now since there was no rush.
“Hong Ling, do you also want to be an alchemist?” He tilted his head and asked her.
Hong Ling decisively shook her head without any hesitation. “Why would I want to be an alchemist? I would rather be the Young Master’s maid and take care of his well-being.”
“Oh, you mean that morning incident where you pleasure yourself?”
“Y-Young Master, please stop teasing me like that.” Hong Ling’s face turned bright red as she pleaded in a coy manner. “I-I didn’t mean it like that when I said about being your maid.”
“Haha, what are you embarrassed about? It’s normal for people to have that kind of reaction once in a while.” Jiang Ming teased, pulling her close to his chest.
“If you are really that thirsty, then I don’t mind quenching it for you when I’m free.”
Hong Ling’s ears were completely red as she clutched her hand tightly on his clothes. “Young Master better keep his promises then~”
Sometime later, Jiang Ming coughed slightly to gather everyone’s attention.
Alchemist Ren hurriedly stood still, looking like a special force soldier responding to their commander.
Chau Zhimen also stopped chatting with his elder sister as he stood next to Alchemist Ren. After today’s incident, it was clear to him that he had severely underestimated the capability of Jiang Ming and his knowledge. His face held a revered expression as he waited for Jiang Ming’s instruction.
As for Chau Heung, she quickly walked toward Hong Ling’s location and calmly waited. They were just spectators, so they didn’t have to stand still like Alchemist Ren and Chau Zhimen.
Meanwhile, Jiang Ming exuded a cool and chilling aura as he inspected their pill bottles. With just a casual sniff, he could already determine their purity and the quality of the pill.
Although it was just a few minutes, those minutes were like the death countdown for Alchemist Ren and Chau Zhimen. They are confident in their skills of refinement, but they still couldn’t help but be nervous when it was time to be graded.
It was like attending an examination and the instructor started to grade their test papers. The anxiety and nervousness were immense.
Time slowly passed by, and Jiang Ming finally stood in front of them.
“Not bad! In just less than 7 hours, you two managed to produce a decent result.” Jiang Ming commended them for their effort.
However, before the two of them could smile happily, Jiang Ming continued his speech.
“Though I’m still a bit disappointed in the quantity result, considering the two of you having a Celestial Soul Rank technique to assist you. If this were in the past, then I would have already expelled the two of you.” He said coldly.
Sweats could instantly be seen trickling down the two of their forehead as they dreaded the next moment.
‘Please don’t be me that he wants to scold…’ Chau Zhimen prayed silently.
‘It has to be this newbie. How can it be me that failed in quantity?’ Alchemist Ren exclaimed inwardly.
