111 Qian Wumei
Yuan Chunhua was irritated all over the place as she lost her cool and decided to attack Qian Wumei.
With a soft kick to the ground, she propelled herself forward, ready to strike at Qian Wumei.
Meanwhile, Qian Wumei merely stood still, showing no sign of intention to dodge the attack.
After all, Yuan Chunhua couldn’t even get close to her when Jiang Ming suddenly intervened and forcefully dragged her back.
“What are you doing, Jiang Ming?” Yuan Chunhua asked angrily.
She was clearly out of her character and seemed to be acting abnormal. The current Yuan Chunhua was like a werewolf that had lost all its senses, attacking everyone on sight.
“Calm your nerves,” Jiang Ming said, dusting her with some white powder.
A few seconds later, Yuan Chunhua’s complexion returned to normal as she held a confused look.
“What just happened?” She asked..
“You were infected by a poison called Seven Filtering.” Jiang Ming explained. “Seven Filtering is a type of non-lethal poison that directly invades a person’s nerves and causes a change in their behavior.”
“A behavior change?” Yuan Chunhua raised an eyebrow.
A moment later, she tilted her head and stared at Qian Wumei. She was the most likely suspect of her being infected by the Seven Filtering.
Meanwhile, Qian Wumei held a slightly shocked expression as she glanced at Jiang Ming, seemingly surprised that he was able to detoxify the poison she had scattered.
“You are very interesting,” Qian Wumei said melodiously. “May I have the honor to know your name?”
“The name’s Jiang Ming, and you are a pretty ruthless woman.” Jiang Ming smirked.
“Instructor Yuan Chunhua currently holds the highest commanding token and authority in the Imperial Soldiers. Yet, you still have the guts to poison her.”
“Jiang Ming, right? I don’t think you should go around accusing innocent people like that. When did I ever poison your commander?” Qian Wumei acted innocently, raising her hand up to show that she had nothing hidden in her sleeve.
Jiang Ming narrowed his eyes, clearly wondering what the woman was up to.
As for Yuan Chunhua, she had just regained a bit of her consciousness and was still a bit dizzy.
“Jiang Ming, when did she poison me?” She asked.
“Around the time when she was flaunting her two large assets.” Jiang Ming shrugged his shoulders. “When she was squeezing her breast, it released an invisible odor out and you sniffed it accidentally when you were trying to figure out the Lavender smell.”
“Hmph, to openly attack a commander assigned by his majesty, you must really want to taste the Imperial Prison lifestyle.” Yuan Chunhua scoffed coldly. She couldn’t believe that she was the only one that got harmed and needed to be saved by Jiang Ming.
As the highest commander, not only did she fail to detect Qian Wumei’s move, but she had also lost her mind in the process. Thus, to save her from embarrassment, she had decided to take it out on Qian Wumei, the culprit.
“Aiyah, Commander Yuan should really relax a bit. There’s no evidence that I have made a move. Everything was just speculated by that little boy over there.” Qian Wumei giggled aloud, causing her breast to bounce up and down.
The attractiveness of her was so immense that even Qizhi Shun was having a nosebleed.
“QIZHU SHUN!” Yuan Chunhua shouted right next to his eardrum.
Qizhi Shun felt like his ears were about to rupture by that one shout from Yuan Chunhua.
“I’m sorry, Commander Yuan.” Instead of getting angry at her action, Qizhi Shun knelt down and pleaded for mercy.
“Scram!” Yuan Chunhua snorted coldly, directly kicking Qizhi Shun’s butt, causing him to fly out.
After that, she turned around and stared at Jiang Ming, clearly trying to see if he had a nosebleed or not.
“What are you looking at me for?” Jiang Ming raised an eyebrow. “I know I’m handsome, but please, let’s do the official business first.”
“Hmph, at least you are somewhat a decent man.” Yuan Chunhua said. If Jiang Ming was nosebleeding like Qizhi Shun, then she was going to give him the same treatment.
Sometime later, Qian Wumei yawned softly as she shook her head. “Well, I’ve had enough fun for now, so I’m going to head back to my room.”
“Stop right there!”
Bzzt!
Just when Yuan Chunhua tried to stop her, a card went flying at godspeed, shooting straight toward Yuan Chunhua.
Yuan Chunhua squinted her eyes as she quickly circulated some of her spiritual qi to her hand, catching the card.
She gave a brief look at the card and her face quickly turned ashen white. “How do you have this kind of card?”
“Heh, why wouldn’t I have that kind of card?”
“How did you cross the Deadly Sea to come here?”
Qian Wumei flashed a mysterious smile, “That doesn’t concern you at all. Just know that I’m untouchable unless you have hard evidence to pinpoint I’m the culprit.”
With that said, Qian Wumei gave a final glance at Jiang Ming before turning around and returning to her room.
Once her presence was gone, Jiang Ming asked, “What’s her identity?”
He wanted to know what kind of powerful background she had that would even deter Yuan Chunhua from acting. After all, she didn’t even give a damn to the powerful 6 clans, so what was so special about this Qian Wumei.
Meanwhile, Yuan Chunhua showed a bitter smile as she handed the card for Jiang Ming to see.
Jiang Ming grabbed the card with a confused look.
“Do you understand now, Jiang Ming?”
“Umm, no, not at all. What’s special about this broken card?”
Yuan Chunhua was dumbfounded. “You don’t know the identity of this card?”
Jiang Ming shook his head. “Nope, I’ve never seen this card before, so how would I know the meaning?”
“Sigh, the card is produced with a special metallic material that’s only available in the Eastern Continent. The faint spiritual imprint on the card as well verified that the qi belonged to those in the Eastern Continent.” Yuan Chunhua explained.
