Jeff froze when he saw the notification. 'This guy is actually a monster? The boss of this instance?'

But he quickly let out a piercing laugh.

"Haha, so after all this time, you're not a person, but an animal. I don't know what 'Emperor-rank' means, but a mere Type II creature? Die for me!"

Jeff raised his electromagnetic cannon, charged it to full power, and fired at Long Ming.

Long Ming dodged, moving like an afterimage!

The ground shattered.

At that moment, Long Ming leaped up, rushed toward Jeff with incredible speed, and slashed at him.

Jeff immediately put away his electromagnetic cannon and drew the blade at his waist to block.

But in that instant, Long Ming's scarlet eyes lit up. A terrifying, crimson blood breath erupted from his entire body as he forcefully increased his Power and pressed down.

Jeff's expression changed drastically.

In the next second, Jeff's neck was severed. His head flew into the air, eyes wide with utter disbelief.

Just then, An Jie and the others rushed over, arriving just in time to see this scene. Expressions of absolute terror appeared on their faces.

"Jeff was actually killed!"

Long Ming slowly turned his head to look at An Jie and the others.

An Jie and her group were terrified, turning to flee in a panic.

Long Ming tapped his toes on the ground and shot forward like an afterimage, swinging his blood-red blade in a wide arc.

In an instant, An Jie and the others were sliced in two.

After finishing them off, Long Ming let out a sigh of relief.

'It might have looked like an easy kill, but that was purely because Jeff had been too arrogant and careless.'

Along with a massive clap of thunder, Nova and Kafei looked up to see a figure with a red, skull-like head standing on the wall of the dead-end alley, its scarlet eyes staring down at them.

Nova replied, trembling.

Hearing this name, Long Ming's brow furrowed.

He was certain he had never heard that name before. 'It seems there are far more civilizations participating in Civilization Paradise than I imagined.'

Seeing Long Ming remain silent, Kafei and Nova grew anxious.

Just then, he suddenly took out two purple-grade gem necklaces and tossed them to the pair.

Kafei and his companion caught them, stunned.

"For us?"

"Yeah. There's an extraction point over there. Take it and leave."

Long Ming raised his hand and pointed them in the right direction.

Hearing Long Ming's words, Kafei and Nova were completely dumbfounded, their faces masks of utter disbelief.

They had more or less heard of monsters that could talk.

But a monster giving them items and pointing out an extraction point? That was something straight out of a fairy tale.
