Chapter 676: Breaching The Eye Of Storm
The heat and pressure cut him like a thousand knives.
The swirling winds of condensed spirit energy dragged across his bare skin like coarse sandpaper, but Sol didn’t even flinch. Maybe it was the quiet, invisible work of that midnight compass resting deep within his consciousness, or perhaps the sheer stubborn fury driving his blood.
Whatever the cause, his Layer 3 Peak body began to glow with a brilliant, molten golden aura, backed by the unyielding density of the Great Badger.
His muscles swelled beneath his skin, his broad chest locked tight, and with a brutal, unyielding charge, he smashed straight through the outer vortex of the essence storm without slowing down for a single heartbeat.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity of tearing through a tempest where every cubic inch of air was packed with razor-sharp spiritual friction and countless superficial cuts opened and closed across his skin, Sol breached the inner eye of the storm.
He hit the shattered ground right beneath Veylara’s hovering form with a dull, heavy thud.
The air here was so thick with molten essence that it had lost all semblance of ordinary breath. Every inhalation felt like dragging liquid fire straight into his lungs, searing his throat and turning the blood rushing through his veins into boiling oil.
The supercharged spiritual pressure clawed at his chest cavity, threatening to rupture his lungs with every agonizing gasp, but he refused to yield.
He stood tall, planted his feet into the fractured ground, and looked at Veylara.
She was suspended two feet above him, her naked body shaking violently, her eyes rolling back into her head as the white tiger above her head shed its fur, on the verge of total collapse.
"Not on my watch, Veylara," Sol growled, the words vibrating through his teeth like ground glass.
He reached out with both hands, his calloused fingers wrapping around her bare, trembling ankles.
ZAP!
A violent shockwave of pure, volatile essence surged down into his palms like a bolt of electricity, threatening to blast his flesh from the bone and turn his hands to charred ash.
But Sol’s grip remained strong. He didn’t pull her down; instead, he violently unlocked the floodgates of his own core!
The golden radiance of his essence erupted from his core, traveling up through his shoulders and pouring straight down through his hands into Veylara’s legs!
It was a direct, brutal spiritual injection.
He didn’t use the delicate, flowing channels of a traditional healer.
He drove his unbridled vitality into her body like a battering ram, forcing his essence up through her calves, through her thighs, and directly into the lower furnace of her core where his seed still lingered!
The moment his essence touched her core, the chaotic sea of essence inside Veylara froze.
The stagnant, choked energy found its master.
The lingering traces of his seed deep within her womb reacted to the touch of his hands like dry tinder meeting an open flame. The alien vitality flared up, wrapping around the fractured, half-formed fifth layer, acting as a massive, unyielding mold that forcibly squeezed the wild essence into place!
Above them, the dying White tiger let out a sound that tore the clouds apart.
ROOOOOAAAAR!
A bone-shaking, thunderous roar that reverberated off the jungle and rattled the canopy of the weeping willows. As Sol’s golden essence surged upward through Veylara’s spiritual channels like an unstoppable tide, flooding straight into the phantom beast’s towering form, the blinding white fur didn’t just mend... it violently transformed.
The pale, frosted coat of the massive beast burned away in a sheet of golden fire, replaced by a deep, terrifying metallic luster that gleamed like polished solar bronze.
The once-translucent stripes across its ribs turned pitch-black, rimmed with broad, razor-sharp crimson streaks that tore across its shoulders and flanks, mirroring the blood-red authority of the shattered heavenly boundary.
Its front paws widened into slab-like weapons of bone and muscle. The ivory claws slid forward, turning into thick obsidian hooks long enough and sharp enough to cleave the spine of an ancient beast with a single swipe.
Along its brow, the ancient three-pronged tribal marking flared violently, warping until a jagged crown of white-hot solar fire erupted proudly between its ears!
The beast was being forcibly rewritten from the soul out!
The shallow ceiling of the ancient Veynar bloodline... limited for thousands of winters to the frozen valleys of the northern basin... was shattered into dust from the inside, overwritten entirely by the terrifying origin density of Sol’s alien intervention.
The tiger’s phantom bulk expanded at terrifying speed, swelling until its muscular, bronze-and-crimson silhouette completely swallowed the sky above the clearing.
Its massive jaws snapped shut with a hollow crack that blew away the remaining mist, looking down with cold, apex supremacy.
Down below, deep inside Veylara’s chest, the Fifth Layer of her core found its hard anchor.
CLANG.
The sound echoed through the hollow like the hammer of a titan striking the forge of creation.
The volatile, chaotic pool of compressed essence inside her tummy locked down into an unyielding, unbreakable crystalline shell.
The fifth layer of her sun core formed in a single, instantaneous snap... not a fragile, thin coating, but a dense, impenetrable crust of sovereign gold and crimson fire that wrapped tightly around the existing four foundations.
It locked straight into her center with absolute, unyielding perfection, anchoring the ocean of swallowed power into permanent, sovereign stability.
The threshold had been breached.
The invisible, suffocating ceiling that had held down every warlord and ancestor in the Great Orrath since the dawn of the tribes shattered like brittle slate.
In that same heartbeat, the agonizing resistance that had been tearing Veylara’s flesh to shreds vanished without a trace.
The burning friction in her channels, the brutal ache in her ribs, the feeling of drowning in molten iron... all of it dissolved, replaced in an instant by an intoxicating, ocean-like flood of pure, unbridled power that tore through every vein, sinew, and capillary of her body.
