"Thank you, sir," he said, though his voice didn’t sound thankful at all.

"Sighh... That dude was surely more than just pissed," I said to myself, shaking my head. I carried the food bag to the dining table in the hall and placed it down carefully.

"Nope! Few more minutes!" she shouted back from inside.
