Fleeing from Konoha
Chapter 1261: Contact_4
Whether it’s force or thought, the role of the group cannot be ignored, but the enormous role of the individual within it cannot be completely overlooked either.
An individual leads the collective, able to better unite the power of the group. Because a group is difficult to spontaneously coalesce; it needs someone to lead to bring it together.
This is what we call governance.
“Is that so?”
Kaiza seemed to understand, but found more things he didn’t yet grasp.
“Yes. Besides, I would like to hear your thoughts about that book. For example, have you felt confused by anything in it?”
Ichihime looked expectantly at Kaiza.
She did not intend to test Kaiza’s ability to explain, as that held no significant purpose.
What she wanted was for Kaiza to pinpoint a critical issue within it.
Ichihime would base her judgment of Kaiza’s brilliance on his response to this issue.
It is not sufficient to merely know.
“Confused? To speak of confusion, indeed there is a bit.”
Kaiza thought for a moment and decided to answer.
After all, if he remembered correctly, the book’s author was Ichihime’s father.
The Minister of Military Affairs of the Land of Demons, Chiba Hakushi.
In the eyes of discerning individuals, hiding it would be pointless.
If he could gain the support of the Land of Demons, he could use it to better improve this impoverished country.
Ichihime sat quietly, saying nothing, awaiting Kaiza’s response.
Looking into Ichihime’s eyes, Kaiza paused for a moment then spoke: “That is the matter within the book, though it explains the so-called ideological liberation, its critical causation to personal, to the Ninja Realm’s productivity and means of production, and the establishment of civilian schools, considering education as one of the crucial methods of ideological liberation, yet it does not explain what the key premise of ideological liberation is.”
In other words, missing grounds, what needs to be done, what kind of soil is required, none of these are mentioned.
This is the issue he pondered repeatedly after multiple readings.
What are the fundamental conditions necessary for ideological liberation is the enigma Kaiza can’t unravel.
However, he believes Ichihime must surely know.
Even if Ichihime does not know, the person who wrote this book must surely know the answer.
Understanding what is required for ideological liberation, what kind of survival soil is necessary.
Ichihime finished listening, more satisfied with Kaiza’s answer, smiling: “Although not entirely correct, seeing that you can find this point proves you’ve read this book numerous times, otherwise this kind of doubt wouldn’t arise. Let me ask you just one question, in a human-dominated world, in what form should it exist? Should we maintain the status quo, or should we create a new pattern?”
Kaiza was slightly stunned.
He seemed to grasp something, yet felt he got hold of nothing.
In a human-dominated world, in what form should it exist?
Such a question is too lofty; Kaiza hasn’t pondered such a question.
“What, stumped?”
“Yes, Miss Ichihime’s question is too unpredictable.”
Kaiza said with a bitter smile.
“That’s because you have not yet seen through the essence of this world. Once you understand, you will know what you need to do.”
Ichihime said such words.
Kaiza frowned in thought, unable to grasp the intention behind Ichihime’s words.
In fact, he also doesn’t know the purpose Ichihime came with.
However, he likely holds nothing worth scheming over.
“Your doubt, I can’t solve it, but I think this country will certainly provide you with the so-called answer.”
Ichihime implied.
“This country… Are you referring to the Land of Waves?”
“That’s correct. As long as you do not succumb to destiny, you will definitely understand. Moreover, this time is not far from you. A person like you, unless you quickly distance yourself from the Land of Waves, otherwise you cannot leave this vortex center.”
Ichihime gazed intently at Kaiza, as if expecting something.
She had already foreseen that the future of this man named Kaiza will be accompanied by numerous storms of blood and turmoil.
