Jenova grinned proudly, "I feel they’re stronger than typical mortals. I wanted to capture and train them; perhaps they could match the powerful Horned Race led by Esso. Hopefully, they’ll be of some use."

"And if you find them useless?" Li Ang suddenly asked.

The Primordial Beings were interrupted by his question and all turned to look at him.

"If they’re useless, just replace them. The new force surges through the world, even if a race is wiped out, a new one will emerge." Jenova said matter-of-factly.

"Have you ever wiped out a race?" Li Ang suddenly asked.

"Of course, easier than a breath." Jenova said with her one remaining arm akimbo.

"Alright, I understand now."

Li Ang nodded gently.

Jenova paused, her pale eyes locked onto Li Ang, squinting.

"What Dragon Race are you, looking at me contemptuously?"

"How else should I look?"

"You! Your race and you, I will utterly annihilate!"

The Marble Divine Spirit suddenly erupted in fury, her one arm swung forth like a phantom, dimensions and air shattered with a roar, her fist enveloped in the light of the Spiritual Casting Art, seemingly able to dismantle on a spiritual level.

That move was—

Li Ang had simultaneously entered the Divine Wisdom Transcendence state, countering with the Decomposition Beam. Clashing with the Spiritual Casting Art, waves of the Power of Destruction spread outward, Freyia screamed as she flew to the side.
