Shi Lan held back a laugh and went over to help.

The daughter’s nickname was San San, and her full name was Shi Mingyue. A female’s physical traits were generally inherited from the mother, so it was impossible to tell who the father was just by looking. Because there was an imperial throne to be inherited in the family, Ye Ming suggested they take the child for a genetic test.

The test revealed that the daughter was, in fact, Ye Ming’s child.

Upon hearing the news, not only was the whole family happy for San San, but Mr. Lu Sr. and the Dean also rushed over, overjoyed. They both held each of the children, but the Dean was especially reluctant to let go of San San, holding her for a long time.
