"Issei Hyoudou, it’s been a while." Vali walked out from the space crack that Arthur had cut open and stood before Issei and the three blonde women. Or men? Who could even tell anymore?

"Greetings, everyone." Arthur greeted them with a slight bow. He was curious about Issei, since this was his first time seeing the legendary Red Dragon Emperor, but this time, his attention was focused on the three women around Issei. He couldn’t help but wonder how the fuck these three had become women!

"Vali Lucifer and Arthur Pendragon, what brought you here? Aren’t you afraid of being caught?" Riser stood next to Issei and spoke with a deep frown, pointing a finger at him.

They were in Kuoh Town right now, because this was the place where the peace treaty had first been signed. It was also where the two sisters of the Maous resided, where the leader of the Fallen Angels, Azazel, spent much of his time, where Serafall Leviathan often stayed, and where Yusuke Aoki resided.

The three factions had erected a barrier around the town to prevent any supernatural beings from infiltrating it. They had also stationed people around the outskirts of the town to guard the barrier.

Unfortunately, this barrier was weak against people like Arthur, who could simply cut through space with his Holy Sword Caliburn, or Kuroka, who was extremely skilled at manipulating space.

So, for Vali to suddenly appear here and risk being attacked by the three factions, Riser was very wary of this terrorist, who was also the destined rival of Issei.

Vali smiled at Issei’s tense expression. "By the way, I watched your last fight. It seems that you’ve grown stronger since the last time we fought."

Unlike Rias, Sona, and the others, Riser couldn’t participate in the Youth Devil Rating Game Tournament. He had been waiting for so long for Issei to grow stronger, hoping that he would eventually be able to give him a good fight. He had originally wanted to challenge Yusuke Aoki as well, but felt that it would be a bit too much for him right now, so he turned his attention back to his rival.

As for Yusuke, he would fight him when the time was right. For now, he didn’t want to get abused.

"So you really came here to fight me!" Issei grew tense. Honestly, he had no confidence in fighting Vali at all.

"Indeed, and you can’t refuse! If you refuse to fight me, I’ll halve the size of his... I mean, her breasts, and also the size of your ding dong!" Vali pointed at Riser’s large breasts and then at Issei’s crotch, declaring viciously.

"Very well, this place isn’t suitable for fighting. Let’s go somewhere else." Vali laughed smugly, starting to get excited.

’You dare to threaten me with my little Johnson and my oppais? Just you wait.’ Issei followed Vali through the space crack Arthur had created, clenching his fist as he thought viciously. He would teach this silver haired, handsome bastard the hard and thick meaning of regret!

The Time ability allowed the user to control time to a certain extent. It allowed the user to create a time barrier that could slow down or accelerate the flow of time within it. The barrier could also be expanded over a larger area, preventing enemies from escaping its radius.

Seekvaira created a barrier around the table and caught a small insect crawling along the window before dropping it inside the barrier. The moment she did, Yusuke suddenly noticed that the insect’s movements had become many times faster.

Being shoved away so rudely, Seekvaira’s face twisted, and the look in her eyes became incredibly dangerous. She stared at Rossweisse as if she were the person who had raped her dog, killed it, and eaten it. She clenched her fist, closed her eyes, and took a deep breath.

’Damn it!’ As soon as she thought of God’s name, a splitting headache assaulted her. She clutched her head and gritted her teeth.

"I would really like to." Yusuke patted the cute, silver haired Valkyrie’s head. This woman was really cute and clumsy despite being an adult. He wondered if she was only like this around him, or if she was always this way even though she was Odin’s bodyguard.

"Would you like to show me tomorrow?"

Rossweisse didn’t have any skills that were particularly impressive for Yusuke to obtain. She didn’t possess any innate abilities like Immortality, Destruction, or Time, which noble Devils possessed.

Because of that, Yusuke felt that between her and Seekvaira, he should prioritize finishing Seekvaira’s quest first.

"T-tomorrow? Is... is that a d-date?!" Hearing him, Rossweisse’s blush became even more intense. Smoke seemed to rise from her head as she swayed unsteadily, clutching her forehead.

’She is so innocent. Let’s hope she doesn’t turn into another Asia.’ Yusuke let out a tired sigh. He patted her head one last time before turning toward Seekvaira, deliberately ignoring the pair of eyes drilling into the back of his head. Penemue had been watching his every move since earlier.

’This is going to be troublesome.’
