Chapter 258: 258: Yanderes Are Not Weak

Although the passive skill Acting Skill was still only Lv1, its effect when Yusuke started acting was incredibly convincing. Coupled with the fact that he was genuinely angry, his performance looked completely real.

In the end, Sirzechs was someone willing to shoulder the burden of making every decision for the Devil Race. Unlike Yusuke, he didn’t have the luxury of acting however he pleased, "Very well, as you wish."

In reality, Sirzechs was already anticipating that something like this would happen and had decided to propose a divorce with Grayfia. It was just that he did not want it to be in this particular fashion, and definitely not in this kind of public situation.

Although he loved Grayfia, after everything she had gone through just to leave him and be with another man, no matter how much it pained him, he wasn’t a simp. He was man enough to accept it and move on, even if the process was far more difficult than he wanted it to be.

"[Beta!]" B2 said.

"Thanks." Yusuke ignored B2’s tactless comment and gave him a long look. In the end, he said his thanks and turned to Ajuka and Odin. "What are your plans now?"

Although he still disagreed with the way they were trying to solve this problem, since Grayfia’s issue had been resolved, he decided to let it slide for now. Next time, he would never stick his nose into matters like this again, even if they came begging him. They could solve their own shit in their own way.

"Ahem! Let’s find somewhere else to discuss this first," Ajuka coughed before speaking. Even with his exceptional mental fortitude, he was deeply shocked. This man called Yusuke Aoki had actually seduced Sirzechs’s wife, and not only that, but he had also seduced Serafall!

Was this the reason Serafall had asked him to make that gender change pen back then? If that was the case, then why was she clinging to him right now? Had he actually managed to straighten her out?!

"Indeed, this isn’t the best place to talk," Azazel agreed to his suggestion.

Although Yusuke and Fenrir had exchanged only a couple of blows, the destruction they caused was immense. Half of the large hall had been reduced to ruins. Furthermore, this discussion was far too important to hold out in the open in front of the young devils and the guards. Who knew if there was a spy among them?

Under the lead of Sirzechs, the owner of the building, everyone headed to a large conference room. Once inside, they all took their seats and began the discussion.

"Loki and Fenrir have been sent to a place far away and shouldn’t be able to do anything for at least a day. Sorry, everyone, but that’s the most I can do," Ajuka said, resting his elbows on the table with his fingers interlocked.

"So we only have a single day before he attacks us again. That is troublesome," Azazel said with a deep frown and a troubled look on his face.

Although Yusuke had displayed tremendous strength and might even be able to defeat Loki and Fenrir, Ajuka and Sirzechs could also deal with them if they fought seriously. But there were risks that had been mentioned before, especially Fenrir’s God Slaying ability.

Once any of them were injured, they could truly die.

Yusuke might be confident in defeating Fenrir because of his own skills and abilities, but Azazel and the others didn’t know the full extent of his power, so they weren’t willing to take that risk.

Yusuke was an indispensable ally to them. Risking his life and potentially losing him would be a tremendous loss for the entire alliance.

"I shall make a trip to Asgard to bring back a replica of Mjolnir to deal with Loki," Odin said in a solemn voice. "This is entirely my fault for not properly dealing with Loki. It allowed something like this to happen in the first place."

Mjolnir was the hammer of Thor, the Norse God of Thunder. Thor himself was an extremely powerful figure, likely the strongest in Norse Mythology and one of the Top 10 strongest beings.

Although the Mjolnir Odin spoke of was only a replica, it was still a Divine Weapon and immensely powerful. The cost of forging it was extraordinarily high, which was why they possessed only a single replica. As for the original, it naturally remained in Thor’s hands.

"What’s already happened has already happened," Sirzechs said, agreeing with Odin. "I just hope you can return quickly."

Traveling to retrieve Mjolnir would already take time. On top of that, Odin would likely have to convince the other Gods, many of whom might oppose his decision. The entire process could take far longer than expected, and there was even a chance he might not make it back before Loki was free again.

"Now the issue is who is going to fight Loki and Fenrir." He rubbed his forehead, feeling a headache coming on, before turning his gaze toward Yusuke and Grayfia, "What do you think?"

Yusuke glanced at him but didn’t answer. Instead, Grayfia, who was standing behind Yusuke, frowned and replied, "You already have something in mind, so just say it clearly."

She had been this monkey... I mean, this man’s wife for hundreds of years. How could she not see through him?

"Very well. I am planning to send the young devils to delay him until Odin returns," Sirzechs said after a long silence.

"Which ones?" Grayfia asked.

"Rias and Sairaorg," Sirzechs replied simply.

From his assessment, Rias and her peerage had grown very strong recently. Even though it was somewhat risky, it shouldn’t be a problem for them to hold Loki off for a while, especially since the majority of them possessed the ’Immortality’. It would also serve as valuable experience that would help them grow stronger in the future.

As for Sairaorg, he had long been proclaimed the strongest of the younger generation. He was already stronger than many High Class adult devils and could even rival Ultimate Class Devils at times.

Bang!

"Impossible! Do you have a death wish?!" Yusuke stood up and slammed his hand on the table as he roared, "You want to sit here while sending youngsters to fight in your place?! Then what’s the point of having people like you?!"

"Yes, she is my sister and the next heir of the Gremory House. That is precisely why she has to contribute more than the others," Sirzechs replied, seemingly unfazed by the outburst. He might be a siscon, but that didn’t mean he would become overprotective and hinder her growth.

[Calling them youngsters when you’re younger than all of them.] B2 snickered.

"Bullshit! I won’t allow that to happen!" Yusuke didn’t care about his high sounding excuse. He wasn’t a goody two shoes like Sirzechs. To him, even if the world burned to hell, there was no way he would allow any of his women to get hurt.

"I will do it."

At that moment, the door opened and Rias and Sona, along with their peerage, walked inside.

"Rias, Sona?" Sirzechs turned toward the door. "You heard everything?"

"Yes, Onii-sama," Rias nodded. She then smiled at Yusuke. "Yusuke, we are not as fragile as you think. Don’t worry, nothing is going to happen to us. Besides, everyone else and I want to test our abilities against someone strong."

"Isn’t that right?" She turned to her peerage and asked with a confident look.

"Of course!"

"I will roast that stupid guy!"

"Beating a god sounds like something I can brag about."

Rias might not be as sharp or smart as Sona, but she has strong charisma and a natural sense of leadership. She could easily make people follow her. Not to mention, all the girls were yanderes, and they wanted to show their best in front of their man.

They were yanderes, and yanderes were anything but fragile or weak. If anything, it was others who should be afraid of them when facing them. Just ask anyone who had fallen into their hands, like Katerea.

"We will go as well," Sona adjusted her glasses and spoke.

"So-tan," Serafall stood up from her seat.

"Yusuke-kun, Onee-sama, I also want to try fighting a god. You don’t have to worry about us," Sona said as she looked at the two with a gentle smile before adding, "I am confident that nothing bad is going to happen. And even if something does happen to any of us..."

She smiled warmly at him, "You’ll save us, right, Yusuke?"

[What is with this stupid drama? You could’ve just gone yourself and finished that trash off. Why make such a big deal out of this?! All of you are so nauseating! I feel like throwing up!] B2, who, as always, knew exactly how to ruin the mood, spoke in his mind with her irritating tone.

"...Haah, alright, do what you want." Yusuke let out a long sigh. He couldn’t bring himself to crush their enthusiasm like this. Fortunately, he had Instant Transmission and could teleport to them at any moment to save them if something happened.

He turned around and silently walked out of the room without bothering to say another word to any of them.

’Should I just go and kill Loki right now?’

According to B2, his strength already ranked among the top three, but that wasn’t his absolute limit. Although he couldn’t increase his stats anymore, he still had 17 free Skill Points that he hadn’t used yet.

He had been saving them, trying to raise his skills through training instead. But if he used them to push some of his skills to their limit, his strength would certainly surge, and dealing with Fenrir and Loki would become even more easier for him.

’I’ll let them be for now.’ After thinking it over for a while, he decided against it.

Watching him leave, Rias, Sona, and the others didn’t follow him. Instead, they remained in the conference hall to discuss the details with the leaders alongside Grayfia.

Yusuke wandered around the building for a while before finding a quiet, empty spot with a balcony. He leaned against the railing and stared into the distance, thinking about everything that had happened.

Honestly, he wasn’t really upset, only disappointed. He felt that these leaders were far too conservative and, at times, even useless. They seemed to enjoy making things far more complicated than they needed to be.

Even though they were genuinely trying to make the right decisions, he couldn’t help feeling disappointed by their approach. Most of them had lived through long wars and should have understood that sometimes being passive and soft wasn’t going to solve anything.

Tap! Tap!

The sound of high heels echoed across the floor, pulling him out of his thoughts. When he turned around, he saw the beautiful blonde nun dressed in a fashionable black dress with a high slit, a pearl necklace around her neck, and fishnet stockings covering her long legs.

"Yusuke..." Griselda bit her lip as she clutched the hem of her dress.
