Chapter 570: Chapter 560: Only Two Moves 2
"Mo Wen?"
The moment this codename appeared, it immediately caught everyone’s attention. Mo Wen wasn’t a codename; it was his actual name. Or rather, his name *was* his codename. While that name might not mean much on the Third Level, on the second level, he was absolutely one of the most eye-catching figures. This was because he was the vice-Power Master of the second level’s strongest faction!
Having entered the Teleportation Gate, Mo Wen paid no mind to the discussions in the Outer Realm. Instead, he sized up Mu Chen with a scrutinizing gaze. Finding not a single trace of a threatening aura from Mu Chen, he chuckled and said, "I’d really like to know who gave you the nerve to mock the White Camp."
Mu Chen scoffed at his words. "What of it? I *am* mocking your White Camp. You don’t like it? Then we’ll have to see if you have any right to be."
Mu Chen delivered this line with genuine force, making it incredibly satisfying for the members of the Black Camp watching from outside. In their eyes, only a newcomer like Mu Chen would dare to say such things straight from the heart.
"Heh, good! Very good! I’ve seen arrogant people in the Inner Mountain, but never anyone as arrogant as you! It seems I really do need to teach you how a member of the Black Camp should behave!"
As he spoke, Mo Wen directly placed his bet. The number on the giant light plaque changed again, now reading one hundred and sixty-five days. Yu Lan, seemingly unable to bear their verbal sparring any longer and perhaps wanting to shut Mu Chen up, announced directly, "Settle all grievances in the arena. Both of you, prepare yourselves. In a moment, a crystal will fall from the sky. This crystal will serve as the match’s countdown. The instant the crystal lands and makes a sound will be the moment your battle begins!"
The moment she finished speaking, Mu Chen and Mo Wen both looked up at the sky. A crystal radiating a dazzling light was falling vertically. But in the instant just before the crystal was about to land, Mu Chen tapped his toes on the ground and shot backward dozens of meters in an instant, creating a huge gap between him and Mo Wen.
To the people in the Outer Realm, this scene looked utterly laughable. Just as everyone thought Mu Chen was retreating out of fear, the Mu Chen on the screen slowly raised his right leg. With a turn of his body, at the exact moment the crystal hit the arena with a crisp PING, he vanished from his spot with a SWOOSH.
Mo Wen’s eyes widened in shock at the sight. An incredibly terrifying surge of Primordial Power erupted from behind him. Before he could react in the slightest, before he could even release his own Primordial Power, a massive force slammed into his waist. Excruciating pain instantly spread through his entire body, and he was sent flying into the air like an arrow loosed from a bow.
And where Mo Wen had just been standing, Mu Chen’s figure appeared, his leg in the exact form of a Whip Kick. However, there wasn’t the slightest fluctuation of Primordial Power. It was obvious: the instant the crystal landed, Mu Chen had launched his attack, and he had done so using breakpoint control over his Primordial Power! Detecting it was simply impossible!
However, this was only the beginning. With a tilt of his chin, a streak of violet-gold Thunder burst from beneath Mu Chen’s feet with a FZZT, vanishing into the air in the blink of an eye.
A flicker of his Spirit, and Instantaneous Step activated. Mu Chen’s figure vanished again. Mo Wen desperately swallowed the blood that threatened to erupt from his throat, just about to release his Primordial Power to stabilize himself. But in that very instant, Mu Chen’s figure reappeared, accompanied by a colossal amount of Primordial Power, directly above him.
His fist materialized, and a massive surge of Primordial Power, like a Flood Dragon emerging from the sea, slammed into Mo Wen’s chest. With a sickening CRACK, Mo Wen’s eyes bulged, and he spat out a mouthful of blood! But because of the white mask he wore, the blood didn’t spray from his mouth. Instead, it seeped out from under the mask, running down both his cheeks. In the blink of an eye, it had thoroughly stained his white Concealing Garment.
Normally, with Mo Wen’s Martial Arts Realm at the Peak of Eight-Ring Martial Emperor, this kind of injury shouldn’t have been enough to knock him out completely; he should have at least been able to maintain a sliver of consciousness. But after taking the force of Mu Chen’s punch, his body shot uncontrollably toward the arena below. With a deafening BOOM, he slammed heavily onto the stage. The impact on his back, combined with the agonizing pain in his chest, directly shattered that last remaining shred of consciousness. His eyes rolled back, and he passed out cold.
THUD.
Mu Chen’s figure descended from the air. Without a second thought, he walked over to Mo Wen’s side, hoisted him up, and, without even a glance, flicked his right arm, tossing him directly off the arena. His posture, no matter how you looked at it, was exactly like someone throwing away a piece of trash...
This scene was displayed on the screen in vivid detail! It was hard to say if Yu Lan had intentionally wanted to see Mu Chen make a fool of himself, as the camera’s perspective on the screen had remained locked on him the entire time. As a result, Mu Chen’s every action was seared into the minds of the viewers! Facing a Peak of Eight-Ring Martial Emperor, he ended the fight... in just two moves!
