Chapter 443: Full Support
Inside the Golden Hall, all the officials shouted, "Long live the Emperor!" The golden light of the empire’s destiny had not yet faded.
Aiden stood with his hands behind his back, like a god descending to the mortal world, enjoying the highest honor of the Great Shaw Empire.
"Aiden!"
Just as the atmosphere reached its peak, a clear but terrified scream suddenly tore through the peace of the hall.
Everyone turned toward the sound. They saw the Second Princess, Kelsey, standing to the side. Her small body was trembling violently.
In an instant, all the light disappeared from her eyes. A strange black color swallowed the whites of her eyes, turning them into two dark, bottomless abysses.
A terrifying pressure burst out from her weak body. It felt ancient and timeworn, yet it carried an endless aura of destruction.
Boom!
The space inside the hall seemed to freeze in an instant. Even the fading image of the ten-thousand-foot Golden Dragon of National Destiny let out a low cry of fear.
"Kelsey!"
Empress Eira’s expression changed sharply. Her body blurred, and she rushed forward at once.
Aiden’s eyes narrowed. Chaotic magic surged through his body, and in a flash, he blocked Eira’s path.
"Step back. That isn’t her!"
Aiden’s voice was low as he stared hard at Kelsey.
At this moment, Kelsey was floating in midair. Her black hair moved without any wind, and the demonic energy around her seemed to echo with the aura from the deepest part of the Abyss.
She slowly raised her head. Her ink-black eyes stared into the empty air. Her lips moved slightly, and she spoke a sentence that made everyone present feel a chill run down their spines.
"It... is about to wake up."
Her voice was cold and hoarse, without the slightest trace of human emotion. It sounded as if it came from an ancient world of death and silence.
The temperature in the Golden Hall dropped to freezing in an instant. Many weaker officials were crushed by the pressure so badly that they coughed up blood and fell to the ground.
Buzz!
The next second, the black color in Kelsey’s eyes faded away like a receding tide. Her body went limp, and she fell from midair.
Aiden reacted quickly. He reached out and caught her steadily in his arms.
"Brother-in-law... Sister... I’m so cold..."
Kelsey weakly opened her eyes. They had returned to their usual clear look, and her face was full of confusion. It was clear she had no idea what had just happened.
Eira took her younger sister into her arms with a pained expression. A gentle power of national destiny flowed from her palm, driving away the cold inside Kelsey’s body.
"Take the Second Princess back to her palace to rest. Have the royal doctors watch over her day and night!"
Eira took a deep breath and instantly regained the dignity of an Empress. She gave the order in a cold voice.
Although her heart was full of worry, she knew very well that as the ruler of an empire, she could not lose control at a time like this.
"Yes!"
Several Mythic Rank palace guards took Kelsey with trembling hands and quickly left.
After this sudden incident, the atmosphere inside the hall became heavy and tense.
But Eira did not let it affect the bigger picture. She sat back on the dragon throne, her sharp eyes sweeping over the officials. Her voice rang out like thunder.
"Announce my decree!"
"From this day on, the treasury of the Great Shaw Empire will be fully opened to the Supreme God Temple!"
"Whatever the Supreme God Temple needs—rare materials, Mythic Rank equipment, or Class Change resources—all departments of the Great Shaw Empire must provide them at once and without question!"
"All intelligence networks of the Great Shaw Empire, including the Dark Guards and the Listening Wind Pavilion, will grant Supreme God Aiden the highest level of access!"
"With the full strength of the empire, we will help the Supreme God build his temple!"
Boom!
All the officials lowered their heads and shouted together, "We obey Your Majesty’s decree!"
This was the true full power of an empire, offered without holding anything back.
"Caleb, envoy of the Elephant Empire, greets the Empress of the Great Shaw Empire and the Supreme God who protects the nation!"
At that moment, a loud announcement came from outside the hall.
Caleb, dressed in fine foreign robes, entered the hall with a team of powerful Reclassers from the Elephant Empire. They carried several glowing treasure chests.
"Lord Aiden, after hearing that you are building the Supreme God Temple, my ruler, the Emperor of the Elephant Empire, specially ordered me to bring gifts of congratulations!"
Caleb’s expression was extremely respectful. He did not even dare to look Aiden in the eye.
With a wave of his hand, the treasure chests behind him were opened at the same time. In an instant, colorful light filled the entire hall.
"These are ten Epic Rank materials called Heavenly Elephant Divine Crystals, along with ten thousand tons of rare Diamond Rank and Platinum Rank forging materials!"
"In addition, we also offer three Abyss Passes from the private collection of the Elephant Empire. They can ignore the world barrier and send the holder directly to the middle levels of the Abyss!"
Caleb held up a golden token with both hands. It gave off a wild, ancient aura.
"My ruler asked me to tell you this, Supreme God Lord: the Elephant Empire is willing to be an ally of the Supreme God Temple forever and will follow your orders."
Aiden smiled faintly and raised his hand. The golden token flew into his grasp.
"I accept the goodwill of the Elephant Empire."
Aiden’s voice was not loud, but it carried a commanding authority that no one could disobey.
"Special envoy of the Azurecloud Empire greets the Supreme God Lord!"
"Special envoy of the Ironwall Federation greets the Supreme God Lord!"
Then, one envoy after another entered the hall.
These nations had once been enemies of the Great Shaw Empire. Some had even tried to kill Aiden. But now, their envoys acted like obedient lapdogs, rushing forward to offer treasures.
The envoy from the Azurecloud Empire was trembling all over. He was terrified that Aiden might kill them with one slap because of what had happened with Miles and Calvin.
"I founded the Supreme God Temple to wipe out the Abyss and protect Earth."
Aiden looked down at the envoys from different nations, people who were usually proud and untouchable. His voice was cold.
"Those who follow me will rise. Those who stand against me will die."
"Do you understand?"
Thud!
The envoys from every nation dropped to their knees at the same time. Their foreheads pressed tightly against the floor, and their voices trembled.
"We... swear to follow Supreme God Lord to the death!"
At this moment, Aiden’s reputation on Earth reached its absolute peak.
The Supreme God Temple had not even been officially completed yet, but its name already stood above all nations.
"Hahaha! Aiden, I’m not too late, am I?"
Suddenly, a rough, loud laugh came from outside the hall.
Red Dwarves Forge Master Brock strode in with dozens of short, strong Red Dwarves craftsmen. Each of them gave off a burning hot aura.
Behind them were more than a dozen huge Earth Dragons, carrying countless rare ores from the Abyss.
"Brock."
Aiden smiled and personally walked down from the hall to welcome him.
"I heard you’re going to build the Celestial Imperial City here on Earth as the foundation of the Supreme God Temple," Brock said, slapping his chest hard. "Even if I had to sell everything I own, I would still bring my people here to help you!"
"Don’t worry. We Red Dwarves Clan are best at forging and mechanical craft. Leave the design of the Celestial Imperial City to us!"
"We will use the hardest Bone-Penetrating Blackgold from the Abyss to build you a war fortress that will never fall!"
The officials of the Great Shaw Empire stared in shock, completely speechless.
Among all the races listed in the Abyss myriad races rank, the Red Dwarves were known as the most hot-tempered and the hardest to control.
Yet they were so loyal to Aiden?
Aiden’s true strength and background were simply impossible to measure.
After court was dismissed, in the back garden of the Supreme God Mansion.
Eira had taken off her imperial robe and changed into a simple, elegant white dress. She leaned against Aiden’s chest, but there was still a trace of worry between her brows.
"Are you still worried about Kelsey’s strange illness?"
Aiden gently smoothed the frown from her face.
Eira sighed, nodded slightly, and said in a soft voice, "Aiden, the truth is, I’ve been secretly investigating Kelsey’s illness."
"But every clue points to one place... a place that should be absolutely impossible."
Aiden’s eyes narrowed slightly. "Where?"
"The Golden Great Wall."
Eira’s voice trembled a little. "According to the ancient records of the Great Shaw Empire royal family, the Miko Wraithshard inside Kelsey’s body has some kind of symbiotic connection with the energy waves of the Golden Great Wall."
The Golden Great Wall?!
That was the ultimate barrier that stopped the Abyss Demons from invading Earth!
Aiden’s heart shook. A memory from the inheritance left to him by the Supreme Miko suddenly flashed through his mind.
Among those broken images, there was a record about the Golden Great Wall—
[The core of the Golden Great Wall does not belong to Earth. It was formed from the divine body and laws of an ancient god after its fall. Its central hub is sealed deep within the Ancient Battlefield...]
"Ancient Battlefield..."
A sharp light flashed in Aiden’s eyes. He felt as if he had grasped something important.
"Lord!"
Just then, Luke suddenly appeared outside the garden. His face was more serious than Aiden had ever seen before.
"What is it?" Aiden asked in a deep voice.
Luke quickly stepped forward and held out an urgent intelligence scroll with both hands. A faint smell of blood came from it.
"We just received a report from our scouts hiding near the edge of the Abyss."
"The secret realm known as the Land of Fallen Gods... is showing violent space fluctuations. It is about to open again!"
Luke took a deep breath, then said each word clearly.
"And this time, from the deepest part of the secret realm, there are faint immortal sounds and visible signs of the Laws taking shape."
"According to the rumors... the Floating City, which was built by the gods and lost during the ancient war ten thousand years ago, is inside!"
Boom!
Aiden suddenly stood up. His fingers brushed across the old scroll, which still carried a faint scent of blood. A cold, ancient aura rushed from his fingertips straight into his mind.
"Floating City..."
He murmured the name. A sharp, frightening light flashed in his deep eyes.
Luke took a deep breath and forced his racing heart to calm down. Then he stepped forward and explained in a serious voice.
"Lord, it was the ultimate weapon of war created during the ancient war ten thousand years ago. The human sages gathered the power of a hundred gods to build it!"
"A Mythic Rank giant artifact—the Floating City!"
"It is not only a city-sized fortress that can float high above the sky, but it is also equipped with the ancient God-Killing Cannon, which can absorb the Force of Laws."
"Once it is fully charged, its firepower is strong enough to instantly kill any living being below level 100!"
"Even a Great Venerable would be nothing more than an ant before it. It is a true moving war fortress!"
Aiden’s heart shook slightly, but a proud and domineering smile appeared on his lips.
Anything below level 100 could be killed by it.
