Chapter 184: Aiden’s Idea, Of Course

Chapter 184: Chapter 184: Aiden’s Idea, Of Course

So far, Aiden had mastered four types of elemental arrows—gold, wood, fire, and earth.

He just needed the last one, the Water Elemental Arrow, to create the Legendary Rank skill, Elemental Arrow.

He had thought he would have to wait for a while before getting this very important Skill Book.

But he didn’t expect to find it at the auction tonight held by the Elephant Empire royal guild.

“Without meeting Miles, I would have missed this chance and already returned to the hotel to rest,” Aiden said with a small smile on his lips.

This was really an unexpected surprise.

As long as he combined the five Epic Rank elemental arrows into a Legendary Rank skill, his strength would be further improved, and winning the global Reclasser exchange competition was already a sure thing.

At this moment, Victor slowly walked up to Aiden’s side and whispered,

“Aiden, are you really going to hand over such a precious staff to the Elephant Empire royal guild for auction?”

“If someone from the global Reclasser exchange competition buys it, wouldn’t that just help the competition?”

“Maybe we should just give up.”

Victor was a bit worried. The global Reclasser exchange competition was different from the College Testing of the Great Shaw Empire, as it didn’t limit equipment.

An Epic Rank staff could definitely give a level 55 Reclasser a big advantage.

Aiden smiled and shook his head. He didn’t answer Victor’s question, but instead looked at the guild manager and asked,

“You said you would not charge any auction fee, right?”

The manager nodded wildly and answered without hesitation,”Yes! Our guild will not charge you anything. All we ask is that you let us auction the Iron Dragon’s Magic Staff!”

Aiden was very satisfied. He immediately threw the Iron Dragon’s Magic Staff into the manager’s hands and said calmly,

“Then I’ll leave it to you to auction.”

The manager was extremely excited. He carefully held the Iron Dragon’s Magic Staff, his hands trembling.

He quickly walked to the front of Aiden and his group, bowed deeply, and said with great respect,

“Please follow me.”

Soon, Aiden and his group followed the manager into a luxurious private room.

The manager quickly said, “Please wait a moment. You can order whatever you want in this room—various foods, drinks, and more.”

“Everything you order here will be free of charge.”

“Iris, you stay here and take good care of the guests.”

After saying that, the manager left the room, leaving Iris and a few other staff members inside.

“Dear guests, let me introduce the facilities in this room, as well as how the auction will work,” Iris said, looking at Aiden.

She had no idea that this young man, who looked so charming, could actually bring out an Epic Rank item for auction.

Victor was lying on a massage chair. He turned his head and looked at Aiden, raising an eyebrow.

Aiden casually picked up a fruit from the table, took a bite, and then said,

“Relax. The Iron Dragon’s Magic Staff won’t be taken by anyone else.”

Victor suddenly widened his eyes, sat up straight, and asked in confusion,

“That’s impossible. This is an Epic Rank staff. When it appears, people will fight over it.”

Vespera nodded, agreeing with Victor. But when she saw Aiden’s calm eyes, she instinctively asked,

“Do you have a way to make sure that happens?”

Aiden smiled and explained, “Of course. Since the manager just said they don’t charge any fees, you can just buy the Iron Dragon’s Magic Staff when it’s auctioned.”

Normally, when you send an item to an auction, there’s a big fee once it sells.

But now, the Elephant Empire Royal Guild isn’t charging anything. That means Aiden is just temporarily handing over the Iron Dragon’s Magic Staff to the guild in exchange for the chance to enter the private auction room.

“Me?” Vespera suddenly widened her eyes.

Where would she even get that kind of money?

Victor looked at Vespera and whispered, “Do you happen to be a secret rich woman?”

When Vespera heard that, she shook her head, saying she didn’t have much money on her.

“You don’t have it, but I do,” Aiden said calmly.

Vespera was taken aback for a moment. Her eyes flickered, and she quickly understood what Aiden was thinking.

She couldn’t help but ask, “Will that actually work?”

Aiden turned to look at Iris, who had been quietly listening while they were talking.

She was looking down at the floor of the room, pretending not to hear anything.

“Do you think it’s okay?” Aiden asked.

Iris slowly lifted her head and answered without hesitation,

“Of course. Not every guild can auction Epic Rank equipment, especially during this special time before the global Reclasser exchange competition.”

“You’ve given our guild this valuable chance to increase our reputation and popularity. That’s an honor for us.”

“Besides, any guest who comes to tonight’s auction can bid on any item without any restrictions.”

Iris answered while nervously watching Aiden.

She was telling the truth.

If Aiden had hesitated a little longer, the manager probably would have offered some kind of reward just to make sure that Epic Rank item showed up at the auction that night.

“However, sir, the people attending the auction tonight come from all over the world. Many of them are powerful and rich Reclassers,” Iris said.

“By the time the auction starts, the price of this Epic Rank item could go very high,” she added.

Aiden just smiled, not at all worried.

He didn’t even need to use all of his Epic Rank Demon’s Heart. Just a small part of it would be enough to help Vespera buy the Iron Dragon’s Magic Staff.

“By the way, check for me. What room was that guy named Miles in?” Aiden said again.

Iris didn’t hesitate at all. She nodded and immediately walked to the corner of the room, pulled out her phone.

Within just a few seconds, she found out which room Miles was in—room 33.

Aiden slowly stood up and walked to the big window of the private room, looking outside.

It wasn’t time for the auction to start yet, but the hall outside was already full of people.

A few minutes later, Aiden spotted room 33 across from him. And there was Miles, with his teammates.

Everyone else was relaxing, getting massages from the beautiful service staff. But Miles looked angry, his face dark.

The rest was easy. Buy the Epic Rank Water Elemental Arrow, and take as much as possible from what Miles wanted.

Just thinking about what Miles would do when he found out made Aiden smile.

Right then, Miles stood up and looked in their direction.

“Dear guests, due to the sudden appearance of a very valuable item, tonight’s auction will be delayed by half an hour,” a host in a red, revealing dress said suddenly, holding a microphone.

Immediately, the people below started to shout in anger.

“Half an hour? Are you serious? My time is very valuable!”

“Exactly! I have the global Reclasser exchange competition tomorrow. You’re wasting my time!”

“Come on, I can’t wait any longer!”

“Even if there’s a new item, there’s no way you can delay the auction start time. Your guild isn’t professional at all.”

Many people at the auction stood up, looking very impatient.

But no one left. They had been preparing for this auction for a long time.

The beautiful hostess bent slightly, showing a deep cleavage, and spoke in a very tempting voice,

“Dear guests, please calm down for a moment. A very important guest has just handed us a powerful Epic Rank staff for auction.”

“To give everyone enough time to get their money ready, we have delayed the auction by half an hour. We hope you can understand.”

“Shortly, the information about this item will appear on the big screen. Please take a good look.”

Suddenly, the whole auction hall became extremely quiet.

The impatient participants all opened their eyes wide, their eyes full of surprise and strong desire.

Someone whispered to their partner, “An Epic Rank staff?”

“Someone actually wants to sell an Epic Rank staff?”

“Yeah, especially at this special time. The global Reclasser exchange competition starts tomorrow. The players will definitely want this item badly!”

“Damn! All my money together is 1.5 billion. I wonder if that’s enough to buy it…”

“Sure, just close your eyes, take a nap, and you’ll be able to buy it in your dream.”

“You’re all wrong. If this staff is really strong, why would they sell it? I think it’s either broken or has big restrictions,” someone suddenly shouted.

Others heard this and immediately thought it made sense, nodding in agreement.

In their opinion, if you had an Epic Rank staff, you would never sell it!

It was an Epic Rank item! Even a country didn’t have many of them!

“Look! The screen shows something!”

At once, the auction participants in the hall, and the higher-ranking Reclassers in the private rooms, all rushed to look at the big screen.

They only took a few seconds to look, and then their eyes widened in disbelief.
