Chapter 3856: Immortal Transcendent 7th Realm

Alex broke through to the Immortal Transcendent 7th realm.

It took him 3 of the 4 years in total that he cultivated within the time formation platform. The final year, he spent consolidating his cultivation and working toward reaching the next cultivation realm.

Those 4 years on the outside for him turned out to be slightly under 75 years in total. Though it should have been 80 years, the formation was slowly losing its power and becoming slightly weaker now. Each year only expanded to become 19 years instead of 20.

Alex had made several minor achievements during this time, though the only ones that mattered were his Origins. He had now completely filled his Blank Canvas Pill Origin during this time and had pushed his other two remaining Origins, the Heavenly Clouds and the Voidgate, to a point where he could break through to the next realm if need be.

Going forward, Alex hoped to cultivate for many years again and hopefully fill another one of the two remaining Origins by the time he reached the 8th realm. That would make things much simpler.

Alex had to put most of his other tasks on the back burner as a result, which included the matter of Pillbugs, Pearl’s cultivation technique, and the Blood Origin. Though the last one was mostly because he didn’t want to pull the Blood God’s Manual out before Sunflare.

The Pillbugs themselves weren’t that hard to handle this time around. Though there were over a thousand now, without his Soul Space’s temporal formation active, they were very easy to handle. Most of them took decades to be born and centuries to mature, so things were simple on that front.

Alex had been considering continuing to cultivate this way for some time longer, but two things had made him change his mind.

One was the fact that most of the people inside his Soul Space wanted to leave again. Primarily, his father, the older Alex, and Emily were now all prepared to reach the Immortal realm, and none of them wished to accidentally do so inside his Soul Space.

Reaching the Immortal realm in a place where the Heavens didn’t exist was possible, but that made it harder when those people came back under the Heavens, since the tribulations they would have to suffer going forward would be harder.

His family needed to be outside so they could break through to the Immortal realm.

The other thing that made him stop right now was the fact that he was beginning to run out of sources of Qi he could use. He had long since run out of the various treasures and had been secretly relying on poisons now. But cultivating with poison just wasn’t easy at all.

The Qi that came off it wasn’t consistent at all. It all came at once and forced him to cultivate quickly before leaving him dry when it was all gone. So, while he could rely on it, it didn’t make for a proper cultivation session at all.

So, Alex needed to stock up on everything once again and then enter another multi-year cultivation session.

While those were the two reasons he had stopped around this time, the thing that actually made him stop was a simple message that someone else had come to see him. So the sooner he could leave, the better.

After a while, Alex realized that he needed to go see who exactly these people were that wanted to see him again.

Sunflare opened his eyes around the same time Alex put the formation plate away. The man looked toward him with an approving nod. "Congratulations on your breakthrough."

"Thank you, senior," Alex said as he walked out of the room.

Sunflare followed him outside and waited as Alex brought everyone out of his Soul Space. Almost everyone left his Soul Space, leaving behind only Whisker.

Ronron arrived around the same time.

"Is it true?" she asked the group. "Are you all ready to break through?"

The older Alex and Emily nodded.

Ronron clapped her hands loudly. "That’s great! I’ve set up a place for you to break through at the back of the palace. Should we go there right away?"

"There’s no time to waste," Graham said. "Let’s go."

Ronron smiled. She turned toward Alex. "Father, I was told to get you to visit Master when you can."

Alex nodded. "I got told the same. I’ll head over there shortly."

Ronron turned back toward the others and took them away.

Sunflare walked up beside Alex. "Would it be alright if we could see our God again?" he asked.

Alex thought for a moment. "That’s fine. Let me see what I’m being sought out for first. Once I’m done with it, I’ll ask Master to accompany you. Will it just be you, or will the other two seniors be joining us as well?"

"If possible, I would like it if you gave them the chance as well."

Alex nodded. "That’s perfectly fine. Let me deal with my stuff first."

"We’re happy to wait."

Sunflare had become so much more pleasant to have a conversation with since the day Alex had let him see the tree. The haughtiness that had been inside him had faded away, if only when he was around Alex.

If not for whatever oath it was that he had sworn, Alex would have likely learned a lot more from him by now.

Alex made his way out of the courtyard, heading toward the Sky God’s palace. But halfway through, he contacted the Artifact God instead. It would be a small detour, but it was one he needed to take since the feathers she would need to make his robe were now ready to be used.

However, when he messaged her, telling her exactly this, he got a simple message back.

"I’m in the Sky God’s palace. It will take a while before I leave here."

"Hmm..." He wondered what she was still doing there. Though, since he was going there anyway, he would find out soon enough.
