"{Primordial Dragon King System Art}: {Unique Skill Creation: Interdimensional Teleportation Gate}!"
RUMBLE!
The dragons of the world—both living and dead—stepped forward. Even those who had perished, such as Ran and her Sea Dragons, or Muspel and her Fire Dragons, existed within the Underworld. Here, souls could roam freely and manifest spiritual bodies.
"Mother?! Everyone!" Surtr smiled, realizing they were not truly gone. They were here now, ready to help.
"Grandma and my uncles!" Triton said in awe, watching the gigantic whale-like Ran swim forward alongside thousands of sea dragons.
"It’s my mother and my siblings!" Emerald cried as his mother and the wind dragons soared through the portals.
"E-Even my mother too?!" Celene gasped, seeing the Moonlight Dragons and Asga arrive on the battlefield. Through the portal, the moon’s surface gleamed. "Just how far can Drake’s portal reach?!"
"It’s Vana and the rest of the Nature Dragons! Is it safe for them in a place with so much Nether?" Root asked worriedly, watching his new family emerge. Vana herself resembled a giant walking forest.
"Grandma Asga and Jotun are here too! Let’s goooo!" Amethyst cheered, hyped as the Light Dragons and Earth Dragons arrived with their primordial mothers.
"Our grandmas!" Benladra exclaimed.
"They’re here!" Drakda roared.
"Heeey!" Kate cried.
"Awawah?" Yudra asked curiously.
The children rejoiced as Nifl and Svartalf stepped forward, spreading ice and darkness with their families. Both groups felt perfectly at home in this realm.
"{Primordial Dragon King System Art}: {Primordial Dragon King’s Divine Blessing}!"
Drake activated his newest Unique Skill again as the dragons poured in. He infused them with his power and the Rainbow Spark. Their strength surged, and their bodies began to transform.
Even the departed dragons received this upgrade. Through Drake’s incredible Divine Blessing and Helheim’s laws, which allowed souls to manifest, they temporarily regained solid form.
"Incredible! All right, my children—it’s time to show this bastard what we’re made of! Charge!" Muspel commanded. The Fire Dragons unleashed storms of flames and blazing breaths, scorching Oberon’s roots.
"Don’t let Muspel steal all the glory! We Wind Dragons are no cowards!" Alf declared, leading her dragons in devastating tornadoes and thunderstorms that ravaged Oberon’s branches.
"I feel power coursing through me! How long since we last fought?! Let’s make the most of this!" Ran roared. She created a Dominion of Oceans, allowing her Sea Dragons to swim freely around Oberon and strike his trunk-like body.
"Our champion and king fights for us! My dear son has blessed us with his divine spark. Do not waste this chance!" Nifl urged. The Ice Dragons froze vast sections of Oberon’s roots before shattering them, weakening him rapidly.
"This blessing grants us immunity to this land and incredible power! For Yggdrasil, give it everything!" Vana commanded. The Nature Dragons roared, summoning massive wooden roots, explosive fruits, and blood-sapping vines that drained Oberon’s strength.
"I’ve never felt this alive—and that’s saying something, since I’ve been dead for ages! Hahaha! Let’s rumble, kids!" Jotun laughed. Her Earth Dragons rolled forward like boulders, smashing weakened areas and breaking off large chunks that could no longer regenerate quickly.
"We’ve been gone for over a millennium, but with the Chaos Dragon’s fragments gone and my soul restored, power overflows within me—especially with Drake’s gift! Just as we once taught him to refine his soul, he now teaches us to channel our draconic might! My children, unleash your fury!" Asga roared. The Light Dragons bombarded Oberon with purifying beams that burned away the surrounding miasma.
"We never imagined returning to the surface after so long, but here we are! The future of our world rests in our hands. It’s now or never!" Midga declared. The Moonlight Dragons conjured protective Moonlight Mirrors, shielding allies from Oberon’s deadly Demonic Eye Lasers while reflecting the damage back at him.
"And here we stand at the final battlefront! Our great mother Tiamat passed the crown to my grandson! Our king commands us to fight for this world’s future. If I must fall again to aid him, so be it! Charge!" Svartalf roared, unleashing a devastating breath of darkness. Her children followed suit. Among them was Fafnir, Drake’s father.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Oberon writhed in agony. No matter how much his gigantic body expanded, relentless elemental assaults bombarded him, shaking his very foundations.
"S-STOP IT! YOU DAMN... YOU DAMN LIZARDS...!"
The aberrant tree’s growth slowed. Its mass diminished with each passing second as the dragons attacked without pause.
He roared furiously, swinging titanic fleshy tentacles that hurled hundreds of dragons away with every swipe. Yet they returned with even greater ferocity.
"Uncle, this is amazing! You’re their king?!" Helena asked in awe. "And you’re called Drake here? Not David?"
"Yeah, that’s my name now," Drake replied. "Call me whatever you like, Helena."
"Y-You’ve brought everyone! So many dragons of every color!" Helena said joyfully. "We’ll win this! There’s no way that thing can hold out now!"
"I wouldn’t be so sure. That bastard is trickier than you imagine—forgive my language. It’s been a while," Drake apologized.
"No, it’s fine! He is a bastard!" Helena nodded, her powers surging. "But Uncle, you said I should hide? I can fight, you know?"
"I know, but go greet your friends first," Drake said, teleporting Helena to Fuyu. Lucia and Chris stared in shock as she appeared.
"Helena! You’re alive?! Oh my god!" Lucia cried, hugging her tightly.
"You’re back!" Chris said warmly. "I’m so happy you’re safe, kid!"
"Uwaaahh!" Helena sobbed, enveloped in their embrace. "I-I’m so happy to be back, but...! Where’s Jake?"
"Jake’s..." Chris murmured.
"He..." Lucia couldn’t finish.
They glanced toward the ship’s center, where a floating sphere of rainbow ice held Jake.
"J-Jake?!"
Helena ran to him, finding the young man unconscious—or rather, dead. His body and soul were in stasis, frozen in time.
"He’s dead. Your uncle couldn’t revive him. Oberon stole his Concept of Life, inflicting ’Absolute Death,’ as you can see," Skadi explained bluntly. "We’re trying to find a way to save him."
"A-Ahh..." Helena touched the sphere, tears streaming down her face.
She wept quietly as Belle glared at Skadi.
"How could you tell her like that?! Don’t you have a heart? I thought you were the Venerable of the Righteous Path!" the vixen snarled.
"I’m simply being honest. The more we hide the truth, the harder it hits," Skadi replied calmly. "She needed to know immediately."
"I... I see..." Helena sighed, gazing at Jake. "Is there a way to save him?"
"If your uncle defeats Oberon, perhaps," Benladann stepped forward. "Hi, I’m Benladann... your uncle’s wife. And... well, it turns out Jake was kind of my brother."
"Eh?" Helena blinked in surprise. "H-How?"
"Long story short, I’m his father’s daughter. I reincarnated here when I died," Benladann summarized. "We can talk about it later. Don’t worry."
"O-Okay..." Helena nodded, sighing. "Then I have to fight. I can’t just watch..."
"And you think we enjoy watching?" Yuki asked. "We were battling thousands of monsters until your uncle wiped them out."
"We should help the dragons. Oberon’s resisting far too well!" Miranda urged.
"Yeah, I was about to say that," Drake agreed, stepping forward with his second body—which had also transformed.
"Uncle?! Are you here too? Huh?!" Helena stared into the distance, spotting the other Drake battling Oberon’s monstrous humanoid forms sprouting from his body. "How?"
"I can divide my body and share my soul between them," Drake explained. "Although we could fight individually with my blessing, there’s something greater we can create with Fuyu, Charlotte, and everyone else."
"Eh? What?" Charlotte asked.
"What else but this giant mech?" Drake smiled. "I’ll bless everyone again. This time, even non-dragons can receive it. Enjoy!"
Drake spread his arms. Sparkles of every color rained down. Charlotte and the others felt dragon power awaken within them.
"With this, you’re all honorary dragons!" Drake roared. "Channel your strength and follow my lead! Roar!"
Those who weren’t dragons glanced at each other in wonder as they transformed into Dragonoid forms—even those who had never developed scales from Drake’s blood, including Skadi and Ruby.
The impulse to roar came as naturally as breathing. Through Drake’s presence, everyone unleashed their voices.
"RAAAAHHHHH!"
RUMBLE!
Fuyu’s entire body trembled as everyone rushed inside, pouring their power into the core—Charlotte and the new secondary core, Kate.
By combining Kate’s power with Charlotte’s, the Dracosea Captain evolved further, growing larger and stronger.
Skadi and Belle couldn’t believe they were part of this, but they had no choice. They joined the fray, merging their Auras.
"W-What is this power now?!"
Oberon’s countless eyes glared into the distance. He desperately tried to reach Yggdrasil’s roots, slowed by the dragons’ relentless assaults and Drake’s constant attacks.
Then he saw a towering pillar of rainbow light surge afar. A titan of divine steel manifested—upgraded and far more powerful than before.
The Dracosea Captain had evolved. His silver-and-gold form gleamed with colorful jewels across his body.
The dragon head on his chest grew larger and fiercer. Additional dragon heads appeared on his shoulders, legs, and helmet—each representing a different elemental dragon.
Massive mechanical wings sprouted from his back, blazing with multicolored flames. Everyone felt connected through this incredible construct, reinforced by Drake’s Unique Skill.
