Chapter 2183: Don’t Die
Chapter 2183: Don’t Die
-----
"How are you even going to repent if you die?" Drake sighed, facepalming. "Okay... I was too hard, I’m sorry... I’ve been going through a lot but even then, that doesn’t justify it. I shouldn’t had been so mean."
"Oh dear... there’s nothing to apologize for," Svartalf smiled, grabbing Drake with her big claws and kissing his body several times. "I love you so much, my dear grandson... you’re so nice and kind, so good and thoughtful... you’re an incredible person! Mooch, mooch!"
"Ugh...! S-Stop! Stop kissing me! Agh!" Drake groaned, pushing Svartalf’s gigantic lips away from him. "That’s enough please...!"
"Hahah..." Amethyst giggled a little as she saw the scene, realizing just how cute they were together.
"Haaah... Damn son, he really scared me..." Fafnir sighed. "Ugh, I’m not made for these scares, almost had a heart attack!" he grasped his chest. "Phew..."
"There won’t be any point on you repenting if you die, grandmother," said Drake, becoming a little more serious again.
"Then what do you suggest I could do?" Svartalf asked. "I will try to do anything I can..."
"Nothing much, just... when someone like Umbral ever appears again, don’t leave them alone," Drake said. "Don’t just think that they’ll get over it on their own... sometimes people really need someone else... someone else to be by their side, to help them confront their fears, and overcome them. And well, above all, so they don’t feel alone anymore."
Drake glanced at Amethyst, as the young dragon girl smiled lightly, feeling moved by his words once more.
"That’s it? Well, of course, I’ll do whatever I can," said Svartalf, nodding. "I promise you... Ah, please, take this at the very least!"
Although she wasn’t going to offer her Dragon Soul Heart, the core of all her being, she still gifted Drake with a lot of Primordial Energy.
FLUOSH!
He felt the surge of power once more, his "super form" briefly appearing, this time for a couple of seconds longer... Drake was beginning to grasp what it could be, but not yet.
Ding!

"Woah?! T-Two hundred?! Grandmother, isn’t this too much?!" Drake asked, feeling a little guilty.
"No, it’s fine, I’ve got plenty of reserves," Svartalf said, kissing her grandson once more, well, a couple of times. "I love you soooo much Drake! You’re so amazing, you’ve opened my eyes as well! Thank you for talking these things to me, for confronting me like nobody would ever dare... it really helps, it has made me realize things much better, so I can try to become a better person."
"It’s nothing... really," Drake said, laughing a little. "Thanks for the great help, grandma."
"Of course, ah, well, if you don’t mind an old lady like me... anytime, just tell me, alright? And I’ll make sure you have a great time~" Svartalf winked at him.
"Eh?" Drake kind of knew what she meant, but he didn’t want to go into details. "Definitely not!"
"Aw... Well, I tried, fufu," Svartalf giggled.
Dragons had much different morals than mortals... things such as incest were very normal and common, but Drake wasn’t into any of that as someone that was born as a mortal and grew up surrounded by them.
"T-This is the first time I see my mother offer herself..." Fafnir facepalmed. "I guess my son is truly the Dragon King, he can even seduce his grandmother with ease. Even if unwillingly..."
"Eh... I-I don’t know what to say right now so I’ll just don’t think about it," Amethyst muttered.
"Are you interested on my son, young lady?" Fafnir wondered. "He’s a great man, and honestly, you probably will never find another man as amazing and kindhearted as he is, you would be missing out if you ever reject the idea... I would recommend you pursue him, the more grandkids the better after all, we dragons need to repopulate the world, and that’s a responsibility we all have. Even I, an old dragon, still had a child recently."
"P-Please stop talking about stuff like that!" Amethyst cried, covering her face in embarrassment.
"Huh? Ah, sorry..." Fafnir muttered. "My bad, I was just being honest, you do look like the age where you already have matured for a few years..."
"My body is mine and I get to decide what I do with it! Ugh, uncle, you’re a pervert!" Amethyst cried.
"EEEH?!" Fafnir, an old-fashioned dragon, was shocked by the innocence of the young dragon generations, who were so shy about all these things.
Drake descended, not without Svartalf giving him another gift as a farewell, a large glowing black crystal shaped like a roaring dragon head with black and red flames coming from it.
"Take this, it’s a very rare Soul Treasure that appears in this Realm everyone thousand years, it’s called the Soul Onyx Dragon Diamond, it’ll be good for your Ascendancy Law, as I’ve heard you need materials for it, dear," she said.
"Oh! Thank you, grandmother! I really needed more treasures," nodded Drake.
Although Jotun had not given him much aside from the energy, which was plenty by itself, Asga had also gifted him something, a giant tree with blue bark, glowing golden and red leaves, and fruits resembling stars, an ultra-rare Soul Treasure named "Golden Starry Soul Tree", which he was also going to use.
"Then, shall we go back or...?" Amethyst wondered.
"No, not yet, let’s go to the Ice Dragon Realm while we are at it..." Drake said. "I might be able to get another boost from my mother."
