Chapter 503: Master of Space Management
Chapter 503 -331: Master of Space Management
At that moment, Viora’s gentle voice sounded by his ear, drawing his attention.
“Master, are you feeling better? Does it still hurt?”
“Viora?”
When Su Xuan saw Viora’s Natural Domain, he finally understood.
To his greater surprise, colorful flowers were sprouting from Viora’s head.
It only served to accentuate the Little Deer Maiden’s pure and adorable charm.
“Thanks~”
Su Xuan smiled, reaching out to gently stroke Viora’s antlers.
The gentle caress brought a blissful smile to Viora’s face. Her four deer legs kicked restlessly, an expression of her excitement.
A moment later, Su Xuan’s attention returned to the Spatial Illusion Beast in the distance.
Thanks to Mira Orri’s Life Thunderbolt, the Spatial Illusion Beast’s Space Law had been completely transferred into his soul.
The Spatial Illusion Beast’s once-plump body instantly shriveled after losing its Space Law, becoming a desiccated husk.
As the last wisp of the Power of Space Law was absorbed by Su Xuan, a message popped up in his vision:
[You have obtained the Super Rare Player Trait—’Master of Space Management’!]
“?”
Su Xuan froze for a second, his brows knitting together.
‘How did my Power of Law turn into a Super Rare Trait?’
‘And what the hell is this [Master of Space Management]?’
[Master of Space Management: Your learning aptitude for Space Magic is increased by 10,000%! You are immune to the effects of any Space Magic! You have obtained the Secret Technique—Space Magic Ring!]
“Ten thousand percent?”
Su Xuan couldn’t help but feel a little shocked as he read the description for [Master of Space Management].
It was the first time he had ever seen a five-digit percentage boost. Moreover, the Secret Technique, Space Magic Ring, greatly intrigued him.
Secret Techniques were a special class of abilities that existed independently of any Magic Level.
Simply put, their effects might not be powerful, but their resolution priority was definitely at the highest tier!
Even a tier higher than Forbidden Magic!
Just as Su Xuan was marveling at the power-up from the Space Law, a Teleportation Gate suddenly appeared behind him.
Immediately after, a man with the air of an artist—dressed in a casual shirt with messy, long hair—stepped out of the Teleportation Array.
“Damn it! Who are you people? Why are you here?”
Seeing Su Xuan and the others, the man was instantly overcome with rage and panic.
“So, you’re their Guild President?”
Su Xuan turned to face him.
In his eyes, a Guild President who used his own Adventurers as fuel for a Space Magic ritual was no different from an animal.
The man, however, ignored Su Xuan. When he saw that his space magic device had been destroyed, he flew into a rage. “My art! You bastards! You’ve ruined everything!”
“Kill him!”
Su Xuan couldn’t be bothered to waste words and directly ordered Mare Rhine to kill him.
Although Mare Rhine was still sulking over Su Xuan’s closeness with Mira Orri, she obeyed his command without hesitation. She immediately unleashed a blast of Dragon Breath, tinged with endless fury, at the man.
But just as the Dragon Breath was about to strike the man, a jet-black snake tail suddenly emerged from the Teleportation Array. It effortlessly swatted the Dragon Breath aside and launched an attack at Mare Rhine.
“What is that thing?”
Mare Rhine retreated rapidly, dodging the snake tail as she unleashed another jet of Dragon Breath.
But the moment the Dragon Breath touched the snake tail, it was as if it had plunged into the Abyss, vanishing without a trace.
“Fall back!”
Su Xuan immediately shouted to Mare Rhine, telling her to get away from the tail.
Mare Rhine wasn’t reckless; she immediately fell back to Su Xuan’s side.
At that moment, the snake tail coiled around the enemy Guild’s President, retreated into the Teleportation Array, and vanished completely.
Once everything fell silent, all eyes were fixed on the same spot.
Everyone’s expressions were incredibly tense; even the Elf Queen and Lucia had been prepared to act.
“What… was that?”
Terror was written all over Fuli and Flora’s faces. When they tried to use their Perception on the snake tail, all they found was dead silence.
“If I’m not mistaken, the one who just saved the enemy Guild President must have been the Undead Monarch,” Su Xuan explained to the group.
According to the Elf Queen, the Undead Monarch is a Snake-man.
The snake tail that just appeared was more than enough proof of its identity.
Furthermore, the power it displayed far exceeded Su Xuan’s estimations. He feared it was truly a match for the Elf Queen.
“Mm~ Your guess is correct!”
The White Elf Queen nodded slightly in agreement. “But that wasn’t the Undead Monarch itself. It was most likely just a part of its body.”
“A part of its body? What do you mean?” Su Xuan asked, curious.
“Exactly what it sounds like. That was just one of the Undead Monarch’s tails, not its main body,” the White Elf Queen continued to explain. “I fear that the Undead Monarch has dismembered itself, splitting its body into several pieces.”
“Why would it do that?” Su Xuan asked, confused by the White Elf Queen’s theory.
“That, I do not know~”
The White Elf Queen shook her head and then said, “In any case, the device that powered the Space Magic ritual has been destroyed. We should leave for now.”
“Right.”
…
In the blink of an eye, Su Xuan had led the group back to the Guild.
The very first thing he did upon returning was to report the news to the Elf Queen in the Elf Kingdom.
He informed her of everything in detail—that the crisis had been averted, and that the Undead Monarch had made an appearance.
