Chapter 496 -328: Let Me Properly Educate Her Majesty the Queen
“Your Majesty, what is it?”
Su Xuan’s eyes twinkled with anticipation, wondering what the Elf Queen could possibly want to discuss with him in private.
“Follow me for now. I’ll show you to where you’ll be staying tonight.”
The Elf Queen began to walk with light steps, leading Su Xuan to the room prepared for him.
“Alright.”
Su Xuan replied, quickening his pace to keep up.
The Dark Elf Queen, however, hesitated for a moment before deciding to follow.
Her gaze remained fixed on the Elf Queen, sizing her up. As the Elf Queen’s former evil thought, she had once been the Queen’s greatest nightmare.
But now…
Before long, Su Xuan had followed the Elf Queen to the door of a bedroom.
He pushed open the door, and a resplendent, magnificently decorated room came into view.
Though the Elves embraced Nature and lived frugally, this bedroom was a clear exception. It seemed even more luxurious than the Elf Queen’s own bedchamber.
“You will both be staying here tonight,” the Elf Queen said softly as she glided into the room.
“Alright… ‘Us’?”
Su Xuan was about to speak when he suddenly realized something was off.
‘He and the Dark Elf Queen… sharing a room?’
The Dark Elf Queen looked just as astonished. The Elf Palace was massive; was there truly not a single spare room to be found?
‘Impossible!’
“Because aside from myself, the other Elves are unaware of her existence,” the Elf Queen explained, glancing at the Dark Elf Queen. “So, we didn’t have time to prepare another room. Besides, the bed is quite large. You’ll have plenty of space.”
“Alright then…”
Hearing this, Su Xuan could only accept the arrangement.
Fortunately, the Jade Bed in the bedroom was more than spacious enough; it could easily fit three people.
“And now…”
With a light wave of her hand, the Elf Queen sent the door swinging shut.
She gracefully took a step closer to Su Xuan and murmured, “We should get down to business now.”
The words had just left her lips when, as if on cue, a soft, silvery moonbeam streamed down, blanketing the Elf Queen. It made her already transcendent aura of Holiness shine with an even more dazzling brilliance.
GULP.
Su Xuan couldn’t help but be captivated, his Adam’s apple bobbing as he swallowed.
He asked, “What is it?”
“Why, it’s about…”
The Elf Queen’s lips parted in a sweet smile, but behind that smile, a barely perceptible chill flashed through her deep eyes.
Immediately after, a burst of multicolored Magic Power erupted forth.
This Magic Power gradually coalesced into a phantom replica of the Elf Queen, which shot toward the Dark Elf Queen with a fierce momentum.
“What!?”
The Dark Elf Queen was shocked. She had never expected the Elf Queen to suddenly attack her!
But she no longer possessed the power she once held as the Elf Queen’s evil thought—the power to fight her on equal footing.
Before she could even prepare to counterattack, the phantom of the Elf Queen sent her flying, slamming her heavily against the wall.
“What do you think you’re doing?!”
The Dark Elf Queen gritted her teeth, demanding an answer from the Elf Queen.
She was no longer the Elf Queen’s evil thought, but a member of the Su Xuan Guild.
For the Elf Queen to suddenly attack her was a blatant overstep!
As Su Xuan opened his mouth to intervene in the sudden confrontation, the Elf Queen winked at him and put a finger to her lips, silently telling him not to interfere in the feud between her and her own evil thought.
The Elf Queen then gracefully turned and walked over to the Dark Elf Queen.
She demanded coldly, “Do you know what you did wrong?”
“What wrong have I done?”
The Dark Elf Queen’s delicate brows furrowed. She couldn’t understand what the Elf Queen was getting at.
“You don’t?”
The Elf Queen’s voice was like ice. A moment later, she slapped her.
SLAP!
The crisp sound echoed through the room. A crimson mark immediately blossomed on the Dark Elf Queen’s right cheek.
“You!”
The Dark Elf Queen glared, her eyes burning with rage. She gritted her teeth, seething.
“Do you know now?” the Elf Queen asked again, offering no explanation.
“Tinas! You had better not give me an opportunity! I will make you wish you were dead!” the Dark Elf Queen hissed, her face a mask of fury. The anger in her eyes was like a Flame, about to ignite the Magic Factors in the air.
“It seems you still don’t understand…”
The Elf Queen frowned slightly, raised her hand, and slapped her again.
The crisp sound echoed through the room once more. A bright red handprint now stained the Dark Elf Queen’s left cheek as well.
The crimson marks on her flawless skin only made the Dark Elf Queen’s beauty more enticing.
“You!!!”
The Dark Elf Queen’s fury erupted, yet she was unable to break free from the Elf Queen’s restraint.
She could only vent her rage by glaring daggers at the Elf Queen, her dark Golden pupils burning with hatred.
Having done all this, the Elf Queen’s lips curled into a satisfied smile.
It was as if she had finally done something she had wanted to do for thousands of years.
“How satisfying,”
The Elf Queen said with a radiant smile, turning her gaze to Su Xuan. “Rest well. Good night.”
With that, the Elf Queen turned and left the room.
This left Su Xuan standing there, stunned. ‘Could it be that the ‘business’ the Elf Queen mentioned… was just to take her anger out on the Dark Elf Queen?’
‘Then again, considering the Elf Queen had been tormented by her evil thought for thousands of years, it seemed… pretty reasonable, didn’t it?’
The moment the door clicked shut, the Dark Elf Queen was released from her bonds and fell from her position against the wall.
“Tinas!”
Freed, the Dark Elf Queen could not suppress her rage and moved to hunt down the Elf Queen for revenge.
But she quickly calmed down.
