Chapter 6823: Rule Violator

Primal Eagle didn’t expect Goldsilver to be so reckless, splitting himself for a sneak attack.

“Activate!” He hurriedly pulled his blade back to stop the attack. Alas, this only had sixty percent power because of the lack of preparation.

As for Goldsilver, he had already burned his lifespan despite not having much left. It seemed he was ready to go down with the opponent.

“Bam!” The eagle, smashed from behind, fell to Golden Lamp, creating a crater with cracks emanating everywhere.

Fallen overlords feared Golden Lamp’s dao heart. When he crawled back out, he couldn’t stand straight due to the dao heart’s illumination. Black smoke oozed from his body as his own dao heart resurfaced.

He never felt anything like this before when he was part of Golden Lamp.

“Suppress!” Goldsilver fused his two forms again and channeled more power, smashing the eagle with his dao power.

The latter couldn’t block in time and vomited blood from the direct hit. Chains manifested around him, not allowing him to leave.

The eagle didn’t expect anything like this at all. He came into this battle thinking Goldsilver Tree was already dead.

“Bam!” He couldn’t stand up this time.

“Dark Desire!” He roared, conjuring a massive dark law.

“Down!” Goldsilver intensified his power and smashed the eagle’s chest, crushing the manifesting dark law.

“Devour!” He roared but couldn’t overcome the suppression from the land.

In this crucial moment, it tried to release as much Dark Desire as possible. This included rage and greed.

This invoked Dark Desire in all the attacking demons as well. Their dao came from his so they had no choice but to resonate with his wish.

“Clank!” Although he was trapped, the other demons were still free to move. Thus, their own dark laws dragged them toward him.

“Ahh!” They screamed because the final destination was his open mouth.

“Damn!” Goldsilver became alarmed but it was too late.

Once the eagle swallowed all the demon birds, his Dark Desire became stronger than ever. He escaped the suppression and flew back into space.

Once outside, he was connected with Stygian’s dark power again. The tree’s chains could no longer stop him and were torn apart.

“World Slicer!” He swung his saber again, spilling the tree’s blood successfully this time.

Nevertheless, he didn’t pursue for a kill and returned to Frenzy City. As he breathed in dark powers, his dark flames and laws coiled around him like dragons.

“I’ve changed my mind, no one shall live past today.” He declared.

He had nearly lost his life due to being reckless. Fortunately, his descendants gave him enough energy to escape the suppression. Now, his murderous intent reached a new height.

Goldsilver lamented the development, having been one step away from ending this foe.

“No, you have broken the rule. It is time for punishment.” Someone suddenly spoke.
