Again Akaza benefitted the most. And Ren also finally leveled up, his strength stat. While the others only felt a another slight, increase in their stats. Issei, turned to Laharl-senpai, and asked him, “Umm senpai? Can I have, Dante’s Jukebox, please?” Having seen, Laharl storing that very jukebox, Laharl turn to his perverted friend. With a wide smile, he answered to Issei, “Hell no. That jukebox, is going into my Theater Room. And I’m putting all sort of protections, and game themes into it.” As Issei gave Laharl, a look of despair and pleading, Laharl added, “Beside Issei, where on Hell are you gonna put a jukebox, in your parents’ house?” That shut Issei up. Reaching to his head, Issei scratched his hair, as Laharl had a point. His dad, might agree…but the real person in charge is his mom. Hyoudou Miki. Issei shivered, as he can imagined, his mom being angry, and telling him to get rid of the jukebox. So in the end, Issei sighed sadly. He looked around, looking for anything else that he could collect… But… There wasn’t anything, still in tact of the room. This made Laharl, Ranma, and Kiba laughed, at Issei’s expression. Regardless, they were still in a dungeon, so the seven of them might, check out the rest of this level. Heading to the front door of the shop, Ranma asked, “Hey guys, can I?” Kiba, Laharl, and Issei already knew what Ranma was thinking. While Gyutaro, Ren, and Akaza still didn’t have a clue, so they just watched. As Kiba nodded, Issei gave a thumbs-up, and Laharl made a “go-ahead” hand gesture. Ranma smiled. Walking up to the door, and delivering a powerful, straight kick.

DEVILS HUNTING DEMONS

A large, thick door, made out of wood. Was sent flying, right off it’s hinches. Smashing onto a random, parked car. Now they were in the city, that Dante once lived and operated on. The same, private spot and parking spot. With a garbage dump in the side, and a square area. Only one path, into the main city. Laharl suspected, that this dungeon is a lot larger, than in the game. As the scenery, seems to be around noon. At that moment, geysers of sands, burst out the ground. Seems that Laharl and his brothers, must focus on the spawning number of Hell Prides and Lust, then a new enmey also emerged. A more withered looking hell, with binding and chains on the shriveled limbs. A prisoner like mask, with a sown mouth and eye. But the most stricking feature it has, it’s the massive organic sack. Crimson, with some spikes, actually pulsating on the back of this demon. As it moaned and crying in pain. That sack explodes when dropped or damaged, taking out anything close to it. This is a Hell Wrath. Wraths are the most miserable of the seven Hells, it governs those who committed the sin of wrath. Luckily. Seems that like the actually game. These demon, only manifest either singular or in pair. Meaning that they wouldn’t be caught, lacking like sometimes in the game. Laharl, didn’t wait. He told Ren to blast away, the slower demon with the sack on it back. As it was the biggest threat, currently in this lot. Ren nodded. Spinning his smg-sickles, taking aim and started firing at the Hell Wrath. After a couple of green energy shots, the Wrath exploded in death. The blast zone taking out, a couple of Hell Pride and Lust. Leaving a large amount of red, blue, yellow, and orange exp-drops in the aftermath. Making it clear, that wraths give red and orange exp-drops. As more hells, start manifesting in this spot. All the while, Ranma, Akaza, Gyutaro, Laharl, Kiba, and Issei went straight into direct combat. As Ren focused on long-ranged support, while also focusing on any Hell Wrath that are manifesting into the lot. Slashes, stabs, smashes, strikes, and much more. The devils, they’ve took out all Hell Pride, Lust, and Wrath that come, after them. After some minutes. The three types of hells, have all been eliminated. Again Akaza leveled some of his stats. But now those stats are slowing down, as the gap is increasing in level. Akaza, he felt his power reaching another tier, and he is thrilled with reaching them. Making the fighting-devil, very excited. As he told the guys, that he wants more demons to crush. Making the other devils laugh, as Issei wrapped his arm around of Akaza. Telling Akaza, “Don’t worry buddy. There still a way to there.” as the Red Dragon Emperor, pointed to the horizon. At the humongous tower, the infamous Temen-ni-gru. The massive unholy structure, that erupts from the ground and acts as a gateway to the Demon World, in Devil May Cry. Issei, explaining that in Devil May Cry 3, that is the main focus, and chapters of the game. As it must be where the Boss of this dungeon level, which is most likely the DMC version of Cerberus. The three-headed demon dog, that commands ice, and guard the entrance to the demon world aka Temen-ni-gru.

Hearing about Cerberus. Akaza’s smile was more excited, and honestly more bloodthirsty. As the fighting-devil is eager to face, the three-headed demon hound. Honestly when Laharl, first played DMC 3; Dante’s Awakening. It was a awesome, true first Boss. As the Hell Vanguard, it became a mid-boss class enemy, after the first encounter with one in the game. Regardless, they wasted enough time there. Since this was real life, and not a video game, that magically skipped distance for the player, so he doesn’t have to walk a lot. They have a whole city to walk through, in order to reach the base of Temen-ni-gru, and face the Boss of this level. So they started making their way, deeper in this dungeon level. Unlike the game, the city was way larger, Laharl figured that this would happen. As destroyed, damaged, and abandoned streets, shops, and vehicles of a modern city. Is all around them. Issei whistled in surprise, as this was a rare chance to see a small glimpse of Devil May Cry-verse. But all the shops, and buildings are completely random. None of these shops, have anything from the actual reality. No product, that interest them. Or worth taking, aside the cars and bikes, but everything is wrecked, so nothing is worth taking. It was kinda of depressing, in all honesty, the scenery they’re looking at. Just as they passed another block, hells started emerging, from the ruins. Hell Lusts swarming forward, in a erratic motion, while the Hell Prides walked in, closing in around the guys. Then the sound of clinking, hissing, and pinging, echoed around the ruin street. Ranma, and the others that, have experience with DMC 3, they were immediately in high alert. As they recognized that sound. That sound, normally comes from demon statues, called Enigmas. Enigmas are mysterious looking creatures, in Devil May Cry. A greenish multi-faced and lived statues, that feature only one red eye, on top of their head. As they’re pure archer type of enemies. Firing upon their enemies, using their six arms to create blue energy bolts. Since these Enigmas, act as snipers. Issei turned to Ren, telling to the hunter turned devil, “Hey Ren!! Hear that pinging? Those are some weird, statue things, that shot energy bolts. Show them, who is the best shooter!!” Giving his friend, a happy-go-lucky smile. Making Ren smile, as well. Just as the Mistral styled devil, was about to go, Gyutaro chuckled, saying he’ll help him, deal with the archers. As the two of them, rushed ahead, searching for these “enigmas”.

Leaving Laharl, Akaza, Kiba, Issei, and Ranma to deal with the Hell Prides, and Lusts. Gyutaro and Ren, avoided these lesser demons with ease. The two of them, leaped onto a pick-up, that was crashed badly onto a lamppost. Jumping off the crashed pick-up’s bed, so they can easily reach a high roof. As they landed on said roof, having a clear view of the street. Gyutaro used his keen eyesight. To track down, these Enigmas…things. That’s when Ren warned Gyutaro to, “Gyutaro!! Look out!!!” As nine, blue and indigo colored bolt of enegy, the length of javelins. Were soaring at the recently, promoted King. Gyutaro looked at the energy-bolts, completely unimpressed. Saying out loud, “Don’t get cocky now.” As the veins on his arms, bulge and he used his…”defensive” technique, saying the name of said technique, “Blood Demon Art: Rampant Arc Rampage.” Gyutaro, he starts to flail around his kama haphazardly and creating a dome of sickle-shaped blades of blood. Easily deflecting…or better said, destroying the energy bolts, without issue. Gyutaro glance over his shoulder, looking back at Ren, saying to him, “Don’t worry man. That can of attack, is nothing to me, beside…(pointing at a roof of another building)…I already, found our prey.” As he smiles, displaying his sharp, jagged teeth. Ren nods to Gyutaro, and walks forwards to stand beside to the sickle-devil. Gyutaro told Ren, that he spotted three red one-eyed things, in three different spots. Ren walks onto the ledge of the building, crouching down. As he told Gyutaro, “I’ll deal with the farthest one.” and Ren leaped off the building. While Gyutaro chuckles, and also jumps off. The two devils, split up. Tracking down their targets. All the while, the enigmas, started relouding and taking aim at their targets…Ren and Gyutaro. The three multi-limbed, demon statues. Began firing at their targets.

Gyutaro ran and leap across the distance. Easily slashing, or sending flying blood sickles. To intercep and break all the energy-bolts, fired at him. With predatory smile, spread across the devil’s face. As he got closer, and closer to his targets. While Ren used his enhanced Semblance, Tranquility EX. So he can mask himself, as he rush across the distance. When he did this, not only the third and farthest enigma, but all other enigmas. They lost all traces of him. Making all enigma, turn and solely aim at Gyutaro, which wasn’t any problem to the sickle-devil. Back to Gyutaro. He blasted upward to the roof of a destroyed convenience store, which has a greenish, multi-limbed, demon statue. It’s red eye, locked at Gyutaro, as it scrapped back. Trying to escape from Gyutaro, but it was futile. As Gyutaro already on top of it. Slashing it apart, and then finished it with a powerful kick. Sending the statue demon, smashing it to piece. Leaving pieces, along with floating cyan and blue orbs. Not stopping. Gyutaro rushed ahead onto the second enigma. Meanwhile, Ren he reached the building, that his target is snipping from. Leaping onto a fire-exit, and rush up the stair to a open third floor. As a hole, from what appears to be a apartment building, there is a unsuspecting enigma. Already starting to create more energy-bolts, most likely, readying to fire at Gyutaro again. A easy target for Ren. As he delivered a powerful, straight kick to the statue demon on lower part of the thing’s head. Blasting the demon off the ground, and smash onto the roof. Breaking into the upper floor apartment. Ren dropped his demonically, evolved Semblance. Chasing after the enigma. That crashed through a random apartment, as Ren started unleashing slashes and kicks onto the demon. His assault killed the enigma, as it blasted into pieces. Leaving behind cyan and blue exp-drops. And because Ren, was extremely close to the exp-drops. He unintentionally absorbed them, taking a deep breath. Ren turned around and left the apartment to rejoin the others. At the same time, Gyutaro found the last enigma. That took snipping position on top of a movie store. It was completely destroyed, from another spot. Gyutaro started slashing and sending Flying Blood Sickles, at the Enigma. A brutal barrage of blood sickles, and demonically enhanced poison. Killing the lesser demon. Like the other enigmas, it burst into pieces and leaving behind cyan and blue exp-drops. Smirking, as he spotted Ren rushing over to him. Ren saw Gyutaro, nodding to him. As the two devils, started returning to the others, still fighting against the hells. They were tearing up, all the demons that come at them. Hell Prides, Lusts, and a couple of Wraths, were all slain by Akaza, Ranma, Issei, Kiba, and Laharl. As Ren and Gyutaro are rushing back…
