Yogesh became curious.

"Really? What kind of talent can help you this much despite having an F-Rank Dream Race?"

Liam smiled.

He had no intention of telling Yogesh his real talent.

His Reality Reversal was far too powerful and strange. If its existence became known to others, it could bring him a lot of trouble.

Instead, Liam decided to use another ability as an explanation.

"I got an S-Rank Talent called Familiar Calling."

Yogesh was surprised.

"Familiar Calling?"

"Yeah."

Liam nodded.

"It allows me to summon powerful creatures as familiars."

He decided to use the ability that allowed him to contract Sylvia as the basis for his explanation.

"With it, I was able to summon an A-Rank Vampire Baroness."

Yogesh’s eyes widened.

"An A-Rank creature?"

"Yeah. She’s helping me survive in the Dream Dimension. It also makes things much easier for me because I don’t have to worry about fighting everything myself."

Liam paused before adding,

"It also helped me pass the Tier Advancement Trial and evolve my race."

Yogesh stared at the phone for a few seconds.

Then he sighed.

"Damn, you’re so lucky."

"Even though you got a terrible race, you hit the jackpot with your talent."

Yogesh sounded slightly envious.

"Unlike me. I got an S-Rank Dream Race, but only an A-Rank Talent."

Liam scoffed.

"Bitch, only you would call an A-Rank Talent weak."

Yogesh laughed.

"Well, compared to an S-Rank Talent, it is."

"You’re seriously spoiled."

"Maybe."

The two of them laughed together.

Neither of them mentioned how dangerous their first Dream Trial had been.

For now, they were simply happy that both of them had survived.

After talking for a while longer, Yogesh asked,

"So, when are you going back?"

"Tomorrow."

Liam answered without hesitation.

"I want to see how much stronger I can become now that I can freely enter the Dream Dimension."

Yogesh nodded.

"Then I’ll probably do the same."

"Good."

Liam smiled.

"Let’s meet again after we both get stronger."

"Deal."

Yogesh paused for a moment before speaking again.

"Still, let’s meet tomorrow first and have a go at a real-world dungeon. The Frozen Crypt is nearby, and it’s only a Tier 2 dungeon. We should be able to level up quite a bit there."

Liam thought about it for a moment before nodding.

"Okay. Then let’s meet tomorrow."

Yogesh nodded.

"Alright. See you tomorrow."

The call ended.

Liam placed his phone down and looked at the system screen in front of him.

He nodded slightly.

’Tomorrow should be interesting.’

With that, Liam closed the system and went to sleep.

The next morning, Liam woke up to the delicious smell of his mother’s cooking.

"Damn, I missed this," he muttered.

He quickly got out of bed and went downstairs.

When he entered the dining room, he found the table already set with breakfast.

Liam smiled.

"Thanks for the food."

He said a short prayer before immediately digging into the meal.

His mother looked at him and rolled her eyes.

"Eat slowly. No one is going to snatch it from you."

Liam nodded while continuing to eat.

"Yeah, yeah. I know."

"By the way, show me your Dream Race," his mother said.

Liam nodded.

"Okay. I’ll show you after I finish eating."

His mother nodded and waited.

After finishing his breakfast, Liam stood up from the table and activated Dream Sync.

His body began to change.

His height rapidly decreased until he returned to his child-sized form. His body transformed into that of his current Dream Race, a cute, childlike Evil Eye.

His mother stared at him for a moment.

"Woah, you’re so cute!"

Before Liam could react, she picked him up and hugged him.

His cheeks immediately turned red.

"Mom!"

He struggled slightly, but his mother refused to let go.

Liam eventually sighed and gave up.

’I’ve accepted my fate.’

Only after cuddling him for several minutes did his mother finally put him down.

She looked at him with a smile.

"An Evil Eye, huh? That’s actually a good race."

"Evil Eyes may have low ranks, but they’re considered powerful races because of their unique Evil Eye abilities. Their abilities can even ignore the difference in rank in some situations."

She paused.

"The only major weakness of the Evil Eye race is their fragile bodies."

"I know," Liam replied.

He had already experienced that weakness himself.

"By the way, Mom, show me your status screen. I want to check something."

His mother nodded.

"Sure."

She activated her status screen and showed it to Liam.

Liam carefully looked at the information displayed before him.

’Let’s see what kind of Dream Race and Talent she has.’

He began examining her status screen.

Liam nodded as he looked at her.

"Mom, I’m going to help you become stronger," he said.

His mother looked at him, wondering what he meant.

Liam looked through her skill list.

’It’s a pity Mom doesn’t have that many low-level skills.’

He sighed as he looked through her skills.

The only skill he could safely use Reality Reversal on was her Transformation skill.

He activated Reality Reversal.

The skill level immediately increased from Level 3 to Level 7.

Several notifications appeared in her mind.

His mother blinked in surprise.

"My Transformation skill level increased so much!"

Liam nodded.

"That’s because the other skills you have are too strong. If you had weaker skills, I could have made you much stronger."

His mother showed a puzzled expression, as she didn’t quite understand what he meant.

’Shouldn’t having higher-level skills be much better?’ she thought.

He then began going through her status screen.

After seeing that there was nothing else he could use his talent on, he stopped.

Liam then took out five skill crystals and handed them to her.

His mother looked at the five skill crystals he was giving her.

"What am I even supposed to do with these?"

"Learn them," Liam said.

"And don’t say no. I have much better skills anyway," he added before she could even refuse.

His mother looked at him helplessly.

Liam smiled.

"I already have much better skills anyway."

His mother looked at him and realized that he wasn’t going to back down.

She reluctantly accepted the skill crystals.
