Chapter 891: Chapter 891:- The Diary of Yeji: Part I
Chapter 891: Chapter 891:- The Diary of Yeji: Part I
“And finally, this….!!” It was a personal Diary of that Succubus.
The diary was bound in worn, red covers. Its rugged appearance bears the marks of years of use, suggesting that it was possibly thousands of years old.
As he flipped to the first page, a single name was written neatly in the center. The rest of the page was completely blank, leaving the name to stand out in stark simplicity.
“Yeji!”
[This is all information about some of the members of the Organization whom I have met and worked with.]
[This list is not complete. From what I have learned, the League Of Black Tombs is very big.]
[There are three kinds of members of the organization. The first are the outer members and non-official members. These are the least useful members of the organization. Hence, they don’t ever even get to visit any of the organization’s bases. The outer members don’t have the same privileges as the Inner members. Most of the time, the outer members act more like information gatherers or cannon folders.]
‘I already know all of this.’ But he kept reading, and maybe he would learn something new.
[Next are the inner members of the organization. 99.9% of the time, the Inner members are hand-picked by the core members of the Organization. I was lucky enough to be hand-picked by my superior, who is a core member.]
[As an Inner member of the organization, I wasn’t allowed to visit our Base of operation unless told to come for a mission. Most of the time, we don’t have to do any missions. We are free to roam around the Main Continent.]
[The Organization provides a certain amount of cultivation resources and gold coins on a monthly basis. We are allowed to do anything in our free time. And when it’s time for the mission, we must drop everything and come to the base of operation. Even among the inner members, there is a hierarchy. Since I had recently joined, I was at the bottom of this hierarchy. This means my understanding of the organization is still quite vague.]
‘So this Yeji is an Inner member of the organization.’
[Next are the core members. From my understanding, there aren’t that many core members. But the strength of each core member is no joke. For the sake of the mission, they won’t hesitate to sacrifice the inner and outer members of the organization.]
‘This is why you aren’t alive till now.’ Aditya thought in his head.
[From my understanding, every core member is allowed to have their own base of operation and their own team to complete missions and gather information. There are times when teams of various core members interact to exchange information or complete missions together.]
[Every six to 12 months, the operation base keeps changing. Beyond the Operation Base, which Core members control, there is the Headquarters. Only core members and the organization leader know the headquarters’ location.]
[Inner members and outer members aren’t allowed to visit the headquarters. I didn’t even know that the organization had a Headquarters until recently.]
‘Headquarter!!’
‘So if I want to know the location of the headquarters, I will need to capture one of the core members.’
‘And that man named Atlas definitely wasn’t the core member. He was one of the inner members. Maybe his hierarchy is higher than Yeji’s.’
[Since I am new here, I still don’t understand the purpose of this organization. But I can say the organization has existed for tens of thousands of years, maybe even more than that.]
[Even though I have been with this organization for years now, I still haven’t met every single inner and outer member of our group. But according to my estimation, our group has at least a few hundred members.]
[Each group led by a Core member is given a name. And the name of our group is Vega.”
“Honey…!!”
“I cannot wait any longer…!!” Lilith looked at him while holding his manhood with both her palms.
Lilith felt her whole body was on fire. Only he could extinguish the fire within her.
Looking at her face, Aditya was very tempted, but he had something much more important to do first.
“5 minutes…!!” With his speed, even a few minutes will be enough to finish reading everything in this diary.
Lilith pouted, but she understood the importance of reading this diary. “Alright!!”
…
Inner Members
1. Atlas – Among the Inner members of our group, Atlas stands at the very top of the hierarchy. Atlas is a Peak 6th-order powerhouse who is said to be capable of killing even Beginner 7th- order Mages.
Atlas’s most dangerous weapon is his sharp brain.
He’s a strategist through and through. He’s calm under pressure. No matter how crazy things get, he never loses his composure.
Atlas is like the mind of our group. Our superior trusts him a lot.
Atlas has a soft spot for beautiful women. I heard that he slept with many outer and inner members.
2. .Evan – Another leader, a half-dragon who values silence and possesses incredible power. He is as powerful as Atlas. Evan is one of those extremely rare exceptions who the Leader of the Organization directly recruited.
Evan was sent to work under our superior to gain experience.
Despite being a core member, Evan was sent to work under another core member. The reason behind this is unknown, but it’s rumored that Evan is being punished for a mistake. Evan has the same authority as other inner members. Atlas and Evan stand at the very top of the organization’s hierarchy.
It’s not known why Evan likes silence so much. Unlike Atlas, Evan is not actively involved in our group’s everyday activities. Evan likes his silence so much that he spends most of his time in an artificially created void.
3. Aine – She is A grimoire user. She was recruited by Atlas. She was an outer member when she was recruited, but Atlas liked her so much that she was promoted to inner member.
It is rumored that Aine and Atlas have a sexual relationship. However, neither of them confirmed their relationship. Both always appear to be extremely close.
Aine is really good at dark spells and poisons.
4. Rigel – He joined the organization after me. Rigel is an expert at…..!!
In total, there was information about 11 members. Aditya only found Atlas and Evan’s
information the most interesting and valuable.
As for the rest, in his opinion, they were unimportant. They weren’t a threat to him. Neither of them had any value in his eyes.
…
“Based on what I have learned so far, this organization is much bigger than I initially
thought.”
Aditya felt a sense of urgency. He felt that he needed to head to the Main Continent as soon as
possible and start hunting down all the members of the Organization.
“Are you not done yet?” Lilith asked with the tip still inside her mouth.
“2 minutes…..!!” He gently patted her head with his other hand and then went back to
reading.
He flipped to the next page and there was information about the 12th member.
…
[12. Vega Hawthorne – Vega Hawthorne is the leader of our group. This means he is a core member of the organization and one of the rare few who knows the true motive of this organization and information about the mysterious Leader of the League of Black Tomb.]
[I first met Vega when I stole a rare herb from an auction for cultivation.]
[He defeated me in just two strikes.]
[My intelligence and power impressed him, and he offered me a position in his group.]
[Vega is really powerful. None of the inner members knew what Vega’s cultivation was. The only person who might have known about Vega’s powers is Atlas, who is really close to Vega
and Evan.]
[In total, I have met Vega three times.
The first time was when Vega recruited me.
The Second time was when he gave me the mission to hunt a man named Jack. As for why I was ordered to hunt Jack, to this day, I have no idea.]
[The third time was during this mission. He made it clear that failure wasn’t an option for
them.]
[As far as I know, Vega is very close to the Leader of the organization. He is in charge of everything related to the Goddess of Wisdom.]
…
“Hold on, The Goddess of Wisdom?” Aditya had to pause and re-read the sentence to make
sure that he read the written thing.
‘How is this even related to the Goddess of Wisdom.’ He wondered in his mind.
Even Lilith momentarily paused, hearing the name of the Goddess.
“Aditya, continue reading.” Now, even Lilith was interested. But she didn’t stop sucking his
lollipop.
…
[I heard from Rigel that the Vega group has been after the Goddess of Wisdom for over a century now. Previously, the whole organization was after the Goddess of Wisdom but later, the responsibility was handed to the Vega and his group while the organization began focusing on other things which even Rigel has no idea of.]
Aditya and Lilith looked at each other. Both of them looked shocked.
[A century ago, the organization caused the fall of The Lumina Centauri Empire.]
“Lumina Centauri Empire?” Hearing this name, Lilith stopped. She curiously looked at the
diary and confirmed what she had heard with her own eyes.
“Do you know about this Empire?” Aditya curiously asked.
Lilith nodded her head.
Among all Goddesses, he knew the least about the Goddess of Wisdom. Growing up, he never
really heard anything about her. And when he was young, he wasn’t the type who would spend hours in a library reading history books. So, it was normal for him not to be knowledgeable about the Goddess of Wisdom or her history.
“About a century ago, something terrible happened that caused the fall of The Lumina Centauri Empire. At that time, this was such huge news that it spread all over the World. This news spread even outside of the Main Continent. I clearly remember everyone talking about
this event.”
“Although the news spread everywhere like wildfire, to this day, I don’t know what exactly caused the sudden fall of such a powerful Empire.” After a while, Lilith just forgot about this matter and moved on with her life. Maybe if she was on the Main Continent, she would have learned the cause of their sudden fall.
Lilith looked at Aditya and said in a serious tone. “Under the Goddess of Wisdom, The Lumina Centauri Empire reached a new era. Her clever strategies and tactics eliminated all of their enemies within two years. Although she did not officially become the Empress, it was clear that her brilliant mind was running the entire Empire from the shadows.”
“At their peak, the Lumnia Centauri was said to be as strong as the Celestial Dragon Empire.
So you can understand the shock of the people when they heard that within one day, the entire Lumina Centauri Empire collapsed.”
“What happened to the Goddess of Wisdom then?” Clearly, she wasn’t dead. Otherwise, how
was she engaged to him?
“To be honest, I have no idea.”
“There was no news about her. Also, it’s very rare for any news to come out of the main
Continent. Unless it isn’t something really massive, the people of the Six Continents don’t show that much interest in it.”
“Aditya, you have to understand that the Main continent and the Six continents are like two
separate worlds. The Six Continents don’t really care about the Main Continent, and the
people of the Main Continent just look down on the people of the Main Continent.” Aditya nodded his head.
He had experienced this when he was on the Main Continent. He almost never really heard of anything from the Six Continents.
“She kind of disappeared, and people stopped paying attention to her. But the day you were
born, she appeared and came to visit you. Additionally, your father suggested that she become engaged to you, which she accepted.”
“This was such massive news that even people of the Six continents were talking about it.”
Really Thank you very much to all those who send support with valuable golden tickets and gifts. I hope we can keep it up!!!
