Aditya never ran any propaganda to build a sense of unity among his citizens. His focus has always been to provide the best environment for his citizens where they can live without needing to fear any kind of racism, discrimination, inequality, or poverty. Since day one, this has been his goal, and he silently walked towards that goal.
This shared collective identity that every citizen had in their hearts came from all the good words that their emperor did for them.
One example of this can be seen in the fact that, among the original citizens of the Istarin Dynasty, not a single family failed to benefit from this transformation. There wasn’t a single family in the capital that did not benefit from the improvement in their financial condition.
Why wouldn’t they love this empire? This was the only place within the six continents, maybe even the main continent, where ordinary people were treated like humans and even given the basic level of respect that every living being should have.
Race, cast, gender, sex, religion, and cultivation were never really an issue or topic of debate, discrimination or inequality.
