Raviah did not waste another day. By the time her luxury SUV glided back into the bustling metropolis, her mind was irrevocably set.

She wanted the northern valley. She was not interested in a partial lease, a joint venture, or a temporary contract. She required complete, absolute ownership of the entire twelve-hundred-acre expanse.

The following morning, her elite legal team assembled inside a soundproofed glass conference room on the forty-second floor of a financial tower. Raviah sat at the head of the table, methodically reviewing the thick stack of acquisition documents.

The purchase would not be registered under her personal name. Instead, she established a private shell corporation titled Sol Haven Agricultural Holdings and funneled her newly liquidated millions into its corporate accounts.

The arrangement was clean, fully compliant with tax laws, and discreet. The entity was publicly presented as an ambitious long-term sustainable farming and ecological research initiative.

Nobody needed to know that Raviah intended to convert twelve hundred acres of pristine countryside into an impenetrable doomsday fortress.

"Everything is legally prepared, Doctor Solomon," her chief corporate attorney said, sliding a silver fountain pen across the polished glass table.

Raviah picked up the pen, her dark eyes verifying every clause one final time before pressing the nib to the paper. The initial signature finalized the transfer of eight hundred acres of prime farmland.

The second signature completed the acquisition of the four hundred acres of timberland and mountainous hillsides. The final document officially handed over the deed to the historic, abandoned two-story farmhouse.

Raviah capped the pen with a satisfying click. "Complete the municipal registration immediately."

"Consider it done," the attorney replied, bowing his head respectfully.

Within forty-eight hours, the entirety of the northern valley officially belonged to her corporation. That very afternoon, Raviah stood on the grassy knoll overlooking her new domain, clutching the heavy property folder.

Her dark eyes swept over the endless emerald fields, the thick forest lines, and the winding streams. A faint, dangerous smile curved her lips as a soft breeze rustled her hair.

Now, the true race against the clock could begin.

Over the next several days, a handpicked team of specialists arrived at the valley. She summoned a high-end residential construction director, a master agricultural engineer, a industrial water-management specialist, and a tactical security architect.

Raviah gathered the men around a large folding table setup inside the dusty main room of the old farmhouse, unrolling a massive topographical survey map.

"We are dividing the entire property into several distinct operational zones," Raviah announced, her tone commanding total attention.

She pressed her palm onto the center of the blueprint. "This central sector will serve as our primary residential and administrative command hub."

She pointed toward the weathered timber walls around them. "This farmhouse will be entirely rebuilt to serve as my main residence."

The construction director crossed his arms, examining the sagging ceiling beams and faded wallpaper. "It will require an extensive structural overhaul, Doctor Solomon."

"I am well aware," Raviah replied smoothly.

"The electrical wiring is completely decayed, the plumbing is antiquated, the roof requires total replacement, and the primary support beams show severe wear," he listed off, shaking his head.

"Replace every single component that fails inspection," Raviah commanded without hesitation. "I do not want a superficial cosmetic restoration. I want this structure rebuilt from the ground up while strictly maintaining its modest, rustic exterior."

The director nodded, making a swift note on his tablet. "Understood. What about the surrounding open acreage?"

Raviah traced her finger across the western and southern quadrants. "The western and southern fields will be transformed into high-yield agricultural zones."

She marked the map with a red pen. "Drought-resistant grain crops here, nutrient-dense vegetables here, and fruit orchards along the northern ridge. Automated commercial greenhouses will be erected adjacent to the primary water wells."

She shifted her pen to the adjacent fields. "Livestock operations will be divided into isolated, heavy-duty enclosures, housing chickens, cattle, swine, and smaller animals in separate climate-controlled barns."

The agricultural engineer squinted at the map, stunned by the sheer scale. "Doctor, that is an enormous commercial farming setup for a private estate."

"It needs to be," Raviah said, her voice dropping into a stern register. "The ultimate objective of this valley is absolute, unyielding self-sufficiency."

None of the men dared to challenge her further. She tapped the eastern border of the blueprint, where the thick forest met the jagged mountain cliffs.

"The forest timber remains completely untouched," she instructed.

The security architect raised an eyebrow, adjusting his tactical glasses. "You aren’t clearing the tree line to widen your line of sight?"

"No," Raviah stated firmly. "Those hills and dense woods act as natural defensive barriers against external threats."

She marked three high-elevation points along the rocky ridge. "I want reinforced observation towers built here, here, and here, along with concealed long-range surveillance systems installed throughout the woodland trail network."

She then drew a thick black circle around the southern access road that connected to the distant highway. "This single entry point is our greatest vulnerability."

The security architect nodded in agreement. "Because it connects directly to public transport routes."

"Precisely," Raviah said, tapping the paper with her pen. "The primary gate will be heavily reinforced, featuring automated steel barriers, heavy vehicle traps, thermal imaging sensors, and emergency remote lockdown systems."

The security expert stared at her for a long moment, fascinated by her militaristic rigor. "You are designing an extraordinary level of physical defense, Doctor."

"I take safety very seriously," she replied simply, offering no further explanation.

She could not inform them that six months from now, conventional chain-link fences would be torn apart like wet paper by mutated beasts and chitinous Zergs.

By the following week, heavy construction vehicles and dozens of contracted laborers flooded the valley. The ancient farmhouse underwent an aggressive, round-the-clock transformation.

Workers stripped away the rotted roof shingles, gutted the dangerous electrical conduits, and pulled out rusted iron pipes. Heavy steel supports were quietly woven into the wooden framing to reinforce the foundation.

Raviah discreetly ordered blast-resistant steel doors and shatterproof reinforced glass windows, ensuring the upgrades blended seamlessly into the home’s rustic aesthetic. She refused to give outsiders any reason to suspect she was erecting a high-tech bunker.

Every defensive enhancement was masked as a high-end luxury upgrade or a modern eco-friendly renovation. While heavy machinery overhauled the residence, agricultural teams began tilling the rich soil across the expansive fields.

Raviah walked the vast perimeter every single morning without fail. She personally tested soil composition, inspected water filtration lines, reviewed daily construction milestones, and memorized every ridge, stream, and hidden forest trail.

This land would soon become her ultimate sanctuary, her home, her impenetrable fortress, and her new world kingdom.

One crisp afternoon, while Raviah was reviewing electrical blueprints near the temporary equipment sheds, an elderly local worker approached her nervously.

"Doctor Solomon?" the man asked, pulling off his worn leather work gloves.

Raviah turned from her blueprints, offering him her full attention. "Yes? Is there an issue with the foundation pouring?"

The worker wiped sweat from his brow, glancing cautiously back toward the stripped frame of the farmhouse. "I used to do maintenance work on this farm decades ago before the old owners went broke and walked away."

Raviah’s dark eyes sharpened with instant focus. "Did you notice something structural that wasn’t included in the original deeds?"

"There is something buried beneath the main floor of the old house, Doctor," the worker whispered, pointing toward the exposed stone foundation.

Raviah slowly lowered the blueprints to her side, her pulse giving a sudden, sharp thud. "Beneath the house?" 𝘧𝓇ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝘣𝓃ℴ

The man nodded solemnly. "A massive underground structure."

A heavy, expectant silence fell over the breezy valley as Raviah stared at the ancient stone foundation. "What kind of underground structure?"

The worker swallowed nervously, shaking his head. "I don’t know the exact details, but the old owner locked it up tight and never let anyone near it. There is definitely something down there."

Raviah’s eyes narrowed into cold, calculating slits as she looked toward the shadowed basement entryway. "Show me."
