Chapter 2980: Chapter 170: Bringing Harrison Lucas Back (Part 2)

But Ben Lucas was absolutely not going to let Harrison Lucas get away.

No matter how heated the argument between them got, and no matter if they had already drawn the side-eye of the surrounding travelers.

To keep Harrison Lucas from running, Ben Lucas bent down and swept Harrison Lucas up into his arms in a domineering bridal carry.

"You, put me down... what are you doing... let go!" Harrison Lucas hadn’t expected this man to dare pull something like this even at the airport.

She refused to let him carry her; she wanted down.

But Ben Lucas’s movements were both overbearing and resolute, his iron arms locking her in hard.

Seeing her struggle desperately, the man even lowered his head to bite her ear in warning: "If you move again, believe it or not, I’ll kiss you right here."

"You..." Harrison Lucas wasn’t willing to compromise like this.

But just as she was about to struggle, Ben Lucas’s cold, sharply handsome features suddenly loomed large in front of her eyes, and his lips, rimed with frost, crashed down hard on her lips.

Harrison Lucas pushed and shoved with all her strength, only to have the next moment her head clamped down tight by the back of the skull in Ben Lucas’s hand.

He pressed her head into his chest; his kiss was scorching and fierce, and before Harrison Lucas’s mind could even start working, her little mouth was sealed by Ben Lucas, his tongue hooking her own, kissing her thoroughly, solidly.

"Pa pa pa—"

"Oh—"

The travelers who had been watching the two Eastern men quarrel, seeing the two of them suddenly fall into each other’s arms and kiss passionately mid-argument, couldn’t help but burst into cheers.

Harrison Lucas’s agitated mix of shame and anger was yanked back to reality by the crowd’s cheers; she suddenly realized what exactly she and Ben Lucas were doing right now.

They were actually embracing and kissing in public at an airport, in a place this crowded and lively, they...

"Mm... let me go..." Harrison Lucas forced herself to pull her mind back; she pushed hard at Ben Lucas’s broad shoulders, seizing the gap just as the man ended one kiss to speak.

"No." Ben Lucas’s arms around her only tightened instead of loosening; he held her closer, his deep, pitch-black pupils dropping to fix tightly on Harrison Lucas’s face streaked with tears.

Ben Lucas’s voice was low: "Debby, you’re crying."

He had rarely seen Harrison Lucas cry; in his memory, almost never. Instead, it was only in these recent days of being with him that he had started to see her tears.

Hearing him say that, Harrison Lucas bit her lower lip without realizing it. She didn’t want to cry, and even less did she want to cry in front of Ben Lucas; that would make her feel far too weak.

Seeing Harrison Lucas stay silent, just biting her lip and turning her head away, the depths of his black pupils dimmed slightly.

It seemed that, without him even noticing, a lot of misunderstandings really had piled up between him and Debby.

At least the Debby of the past had never dared defy him or hide things from him like this.

Ben Lucas said in a low voice, "Two choices: either we keep putting on a kissing scene right here for everyone, or you come back to the hotel with me and we sit down and talk properly."

"..." Harrison Lucas fell silent, her dark eyes shifting to the side.

Between those two options, Harrison Lucas didn’t want either one.

Ben Lucas: "Looks like you’re still savoring that kiss just now."

As the words fell, the man lowered his head and once again sealed Harrison Lucas’s lips.

This time, Harrison Lucas’s soft lips were covered by his thin ones, his kiss even more forceful and cutting.

Ben Lucas not only drank in her sweetness, he went so far as to bite her soft lips until they were red and swollen.

Harrison Lucas refused to let him have his way, even more unwilling to admit defeat like this; this time she clamped her teeth shut, not letting Ben Lucas go any further.

Harrison Lucas’s resistance and this inexplicable new distance in her attitude made a glint of cold light flash through Ben Lucas’s dark eyes.
