Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 1758: Caroline’s Stand!

Chapter 1758: Caroline’s Stand!

Without wasting another moment, Jessica turned and rushed deeper into the cursed forest. Max followed beside her, while Nancy kept pace slightly behind them, her silver eyes constantly scanning their surroundings.

The path Jessica chose was not a straight one. She led them between twisted white trees, around pools of dark green liquid, across cracked wooden ridges, and through narrow gaps between broken stone altars.

From time to time, cursed roots twitched beneath the ground as if preparing to attack again, but the lingering black flames around Max’s body forced them back before they could emerge fully.

As they moved deeper, the pressure inside Witch God Valley grew stronger.

The mist thickened until even ordinary sight became almost useless, and the air carried a strange sweetness that made the mind feel heavy. Faint voices echoed from the trees, sometimes sounding like crying elves, sometimes like laughing demons, and sometimes like someone whispering Max’s name from behind him.

Nancy frowned several times, clearly affected by the illusions, but Max’s Dimensional Sovereign Body continued sensing the true path through space, while the Heavenly Luminance Divine Bloodline within him burned quietly, keeping the cursed influence away from his mind.

Jessica glanced back once and saw Max’s calm expression.

Her heart became even more complicated.

This young man was truly Caelira’s son.

The bloodline proved it. His power proved that he was not an ordinary human. His coldness toward the second faction also proved that he already carried hatred toward the ones who had destroyed his family.

Yet the more Jessica thought about it, the more unsettled she felt. The son of Divine Queen Caelira had returned, and he had returned with strength far beyond what she could understand. Whether this was a blessing or the beginning of an even greater storm, she could not tell.

But for now, she only needed him to save Caroline.

After several minutes of high-speed movement, a violent explosion suddenly shook the forest ahead.

Boom!

A pillar of golden light rose into the sky, tearing through the cursed mist and illuminating the nearby trees. Almost immediately after, a second power descended from above, a radiant spear of judgment that carried sharp suppressive force.

Then came a third force, silent and pale, cutting through the light like an eclipse blade before vanishing again into the mist.

Jessica’s expression changed.

"We are here."

Max’s eyes sharpened.

The three of them rushed through the final layer of trees and arrived at the edge of a wide battlefield formed between several enormous branches of the Witch God Tree. The ground here was cracked and scorched everywhere, and several ancient stone pillars had already collapsed into broken pieces.

Golden light burned across one side of the battlefield, pale eclipse shadows twisted on the other, and above everything, the cursed mist churned violently as if even Witch God Valley itself was afraid to approach the battle taking place there.

At the center of the battlefield, Caroline was fighting alone.

She looked similar to Caelira in a way that made Max’s eyes turn cold instantly. Her long golden hair was disheveled, her white battle dress was stained with blood, and several deep wounds marked her arms and waist, but her back remained straight.

Her eyes shone with bright golden light, and the Heavenly Luminance Royal Bloodline within her continued burning around her body like a sacred flame refusing to go out. She held a slender golden sword in one hand, while light gathered around her other hand, forming shields, arrows, chains, and blades that moved with graceful precision.

Facing her were two elves.

Seraphine and Fin.

Seraphine stood in the air above the battlefield, her long golden hair floating behind her, her expression cold and dignified. Her body was wrapped in radiant armor formed from light, and behind her, a vast golden path had manifested, filled with pillars, scales, chains, and countless shining eyes that looked down upon Caroline like judges sentencing a criminal.

This was her Pseudo Cosmic Path, the Radiant Judgment Path. Every time she raised her hand, beams of light descended from the path like divine punishment, suppressing Caroline’s movements, burning through her defenses, and trying to seal her bloodline power.

Fin moved differently.

He was almost silent.

His pale-gold hair and white cloak seemed to fade in and out of the mist, and around him spread a strange Pseudo Cosmic Path of dim light and shadow. The Pale Eclipse Path twisted perception, swallowed sound, and distorted distance.

One moment he was in front of Caroline, the next he appeared behind her, his sword cutting from impossible angles with pale crescent-shaped light that looked gentle but carried deadly sharpness. If Seraphine was judgment descending from above, then Fin was execution hidden in silence.

Caroline fought both of them at once.

A golden shield appeared above her, blocking Seraphine’s radiant spear, but the moment the spear shattered, Fin’s sword appeared near her back. Caroline turned instantly, releasing a burst of golden light from her body.

The light formed dozens of thin blades around her and forced Fin’s figure to fade back into the mist, but before she could breathe, Seraphine pressed one hand downward.

"Radiant Judgment, Chain of Conviction."

Golden chains descended from the path behind Seraphine and wrapped toward Caroline from all directions. Each chain carried suppressive power that targeted her bloodline directly, and the moment they approached, the golden light around Caroline’s body flickered violently. Caroline gritted her teeth and thrust her sword upward.

"Heavenly Luminance, Breaking Dawn."

A pillar of pure light erupted from her sword and shattered several chains at once, but not all of them. One chain wrapped around her left wrist, another caught her shoulder, and for a brief moment, her movements slowed.

That moment was enough.

Fin appeared behind her like a pale shadow.

His sword stabbed silently toward her heart.

Jessica’s face turned pale. "Caroline!"

Caroline’s eyes flashed, and a pair of golden wings made of light suddenly appeared behind her. She twisted her body at the last instant, causing Fin’s sword to pierce through her side instead of her heart. Blood scattered across the air, but Caroline did not cry out. She gathered light in her palm and slammed it toward Fin’s chest.

Boom!

Fin was forced back several steps, but his body dissolved into pale eclipse light before the attack could fully injure him.

Seraphine looked down at Caroline coldly.

"You are still struggling," she said. "How pointless."

Caroline pulled Fin’s sword light out of her wound with a trembling hand, and golden light immediately covered the injury to slow the bleeding. Her breathing was heavy, and her face was pale, but her eyes remained bright with defiance.

"If you want to drag me back to the Elf Prison," Caroline said coldly, "then you will have to break every bone in my body first."

Fin appeared beside Seraphine, his expression calm and indifferent. "That can be arranged."

Seraphine raised her hand again, and the Radiant Judgment Path behind her became brighter.

"Caroline, you are the last symbol that keeps those remnants loyal to Caelira. Once you are captured, the third faction will finally understand that hope is dead."

Caroline’s eyes turned colder. "You can only wish for that."
