Chapter 276: Chapter 276: Teleporting to Great Chu

Hearing Cang Tianxing’s words, Yi Xiaoyao’s mind reeled. ’Does this mean that with this Azure Heaven Order, I can command the entire Chaotic Alliance Domain?’

At this thought, a fervent look appeared on his face.

Cang Tianxing noticed Yi Xiaoyao’s expression and chuckled. "However, kid, you’ll need sufficient strength of your own to use the Azure Heaven Order."

Yi Xiaoyao nodded. "Of course, I understand that."

’If I’m not strong enough myself, which of the experts who followed Cang Tianxing would ever listen to the orders of a weakling?’

At that, Cang Tianxing smiled faintly and pointed a finger, sending a stream of information flooding into Yi Xiaoyao’s mind.

It was the cultivation method for the first five stages of the Nine Transformations Nascent Soul Technique.

The Cang Tianxing before him was only a remnant soul. After imparting the Nine Transformations Nascent Soul Technique to Yi Xiaoyao, his form grew even more indistinct, looking as if it could vanish at any moment.

"Senior, are there any other goodies?" Yi Xiaoyao asked with a cheeky grin.

"Other goodies?" A strange look crossed Cang Tianxing’s face as he was reminded of the time in the Black Mountain Ancient Tomb when he had given Yi Xiaoyao the Eight Desolates Heaven-Burning Finger.

Then, he said in an odd tone, "I could give you some more powerful Celestial Tier Spiritual Skills."

Yi Xiaoyao was overjoyed, but Cang Tianxing’s next words were a bucket of cold water.

"However, I have very little power left in my remnant soul. If I give you Celestial Tier Spiritual Skills, I won’t have enough energy to help you escape this Void-Trapping Array." At this, Cang Tianxing smiled. "So, do you still want them?"

"I’ll pass, then..." Yi Xiaoyao sighed helplessly.

’What’s the use of an even stronger Spiritual Skill if I’m trapped here?’

Cang Tianxing let out a few hearty laughs. "This stone chamber is a Teleportation Array. I will now use the last of my power to send you out."

With that said, his remnant soul sank directly into the ground.

Immediately after, Yi Xiaoyao saw the arcane patterns that already existed on the ground beneath his feet light up all at once. A profoundly mystical Array appeared and began to hum to life.

A flash of white light later, the stone chamber fell silent once more, and Yi Xiaoyao had vanished.

After the flash of white light, Yi Xiaoyao felt a wave of dizziness. When he opened his eyes, he found that his surroundings had completely changed.

"A Teleportation Array?"

Yi Xiaoyao muttered in confusion. He had clearly never heard of such an Array.

He had no idea that in the blink of an eye, he had been teleported thousands of miles away.

’But where am I now?’

Yi Xiaoyao surveyed his strange surroundings. He was actually inside a mansion.

Soon, several men who looked like guards spotted Yi Xiaoyao. With a shout, they quickly surrounded him.

"Who are you? How dare you trespass in the Princess’ Mansion!"

The guards released their cultivation auras, holding their drawn blades as they circled Yi Xiaoyao.

’Foundation Establishment Realm?’

Yi Xiaoyao looked at the men before him and, after sensing their auras, muttered with a peculiar expression.

Ever since he’d been to the Great Xia and the Chaotic Alliance Domain, it was rare for him to even see a low-level Golden Core Realm cultivator, let alone someone in the Foundation Establishment Realm.

And now, seeing a group of Foundation Establishment Realm guards again naturally left him utterly bewildered.

The guards, however, overheard Yi Xiaoyao’s mutterings, and smug looks appeared on their faces.

"Hmph! Scared now, are you, boy?"

"We’re the elite team that protects Her Highness the Princess! Every one of us is at the peak of the Foundation Establishment Realm. A wet-behind-the-ears punk like you dares to trespass in the Princess’ Mansion right in front of us?"

"Speak! Who sent you? If you don’t come clean, we’ll cut you down where you stand!"

The guards shouted menacingly, pressing their longswords against Yi Xiaoyao’s neck.

Yi Xiaoyao glanced at the longsword on his neck, his brow furrowing.

The next moment, the cultivation aura of the Nascent Soul Transformation Realm erupted from him.

THUD, THUD, THUD...

In that instant, the surrounding guards dropped their swords and fell to their knees in unison!

A series of retching sounds filled the air...

As everyone violently spat up mouthfuls of blood!

Under the oppressive aura of a Nascent Soul Transformation expert, how could mere Foundation Establishment cultivators possibly lift their heads?

At that moment, the guards’ faces were ashen, their expressions twisted in absolute terror.

The moment the young man released his aura, they felt as if countless massive mountains were crashing down upon them. The terrifying pressure made their blood run cold; they couldn’t move a single finger, let alone breathe.

Yi Xiaoyao let out a cold snort and withdrew his oppressive aura.

"If you don’t want to die, answer my question. Where is this?"

His indifferent voice reached the guards’ ears.

Normally, a young man speaking to them in such a manner would be courting death.

But now, the guards listened as if they were hearing an imperial edict, not daring to lift their heads as they remained prostrated on the ground.

"Th-this is the Great Chu Dynasty... the mansion of Princess Chu Fei’Er..."

The guards answered, their voices trembling with absolute terror.

"The Great Chu Dynasty?" Yi Xiaoyao raised an eyebrow. He had actually been teleported here.

A moment ago, he had been in a cavern beneath the Chaotic Alliance Domain. Now, he was in the Great Chu Dynasty, thousands of miles away.

This made Yi Xiaoyao marvel at what a truly miraculous and powerful thing a Teleportation Array was.

"Chu Fei’Er..." Yi Xiaoyao smiled faintly. He certainly remembered the princess of the Great Chu Dynasty.

’Since I’m here, I might as well check in on the old friends I made back at the Black Mountain Ancient Tomb.’

A moment later, the guards fearfully raised their heads to take a peek, only to find that the young man in black who had been there moments ago had vanished.

"He’s gone?"

"Phew! Who in the world was that!?"

"He may have looked like a young man, but the aura he just released was countless times more powerful than even His Majesty King Chu’s!"

"Yes! I’m sure of it. That young man could have killed all of us with a single thought, without even lifting a finger!"

The guards muttered amongst themselves, still shaken as they lay on the ground.

The next moment, a sudden realization struck them. "This is bad! The Princess is in danger! We have to notify His Majesty King Chu!"

The guards scrambled to their feet and ran off in a panic.

Meanwhile, Yi Xiaoyao’s figure flickered, reappearing in the air above a room.

At that moment, the sound of things being thrown and smashed came from within.

"Let me out! I want to see my father! I want to go to the battlefield!"

It was the voice of Chu Fei’Er, shouting from inside the room.

Outside, a young man in armor stood with a deep frown. "Princess Fei’Er, you cannot go to the battlefield! It’s too dangerous!"

Just then, the armored youth’s expression changed. He was stunned to find that a figure in black had appeared behind him at some point, and in the blink of an eye, had opened the door before him and walked inside.

"Who are you!" the armored youth roared, rushing forward.

But Chu Fei’Er, who was inside the room, saw the newcomer, and her face lit up with delighted surprise.

"Yi! How can it be you?"

Chu Fei’Er froze, her arm still raised to smash something, and asked in disbelief.

The next moment, she hurriedly pleaded, "Yi, please, you have to help us! The Great Chu Dynasty is on the verge of collapse!"
