Then she turned towards her family, her mother, father, elder brother and younger sister all looked nervous.

They looked at her like she was a stranger, a monster they did not recognise, she approached and they stepped back.

" Who..who are you, are you still my daughter?" Her father asked, Samantha stopped.

" She is inside me, I will release her now." She answered, her eyes rolled back, her iris disappeared.

Then she gasped and clutched her chest like she couldn’t breathe. " Mom, dad, it’s me." Said Samantha.

Her family relaxed, the voices were the same but they could tell this was the Samantha they knew.

" Samantha my baby, where have you been, what’s happening, what was that thing?" Her mother threw countless questions one after another.

" Honey, let the girl talk." Her father pulled her mother back giving her some space, Samantha sat down.

Her older brother brought her a glass of water and they all sat around her, she took a deep breath.

Then started narrating what happened, everything from going to that house to being possessed.

She even described how being possessed by an angel felt, " It’s cold and terrifying but #£#& tries to make it better for me."

Her family couldn’t hear an angels true name, not an angel of that level, it would burn their souls.

Her father sighed, he was skeptical but he’s just seen a demon and it wouldn’t be the first time he’s come across the supernatural.

" Alright, so what’s next? Is the angel leaving your body?" He asked, Samantha looked down but refused to answer.

" No no, they can’t do this, tell them to let you go, they can’t just take my daughter!" Screamed her mother.

" It’s she mother and I made this choice, she didn’t force me, I have to keep my end of the deal." Answered Samantha.

" She took advantage of you in your time of need, you said it yourself, You were being attacked by demons, you couldn’t refuse her." Said her brother.

Samantha didn’t argue that, " Either way I still have to do this, please, besides, it’s the only way I can you safe."

" What?" Her father asked, " What do you mean by that?"

" Well you saw the demon, according to the angel, thousands of them escaped from hell, they’re not too strong.

Well compared to the most powerful demons but compared to normal humans they might as well be gods.

That demon you saw apparently has enough strength to wipe an entire city protected by an entire army.

More of them will come when says, many more who are much stronger, so strong they can threaten the entire world by themselves.

She told me to find somebody, the one destined to bring the end, he can protect me and you." Said Samantha.

" You’re not making any sense, who is this person destined to bring the end and how are you supposed to find them?" Her brother asked.

" She says normally she would be able to sense his presence and teleport to him herself but she can’t right now.

She needs me to find him and that when I see him I’ll know as to where he is, she says I should start in Alguard, also, he’s not a person, he’s a wolf."

Every word she said just confused her family even more, so she just stopped explaining.

" Mom I need you to pack, we need to leave soon, a demon died here, the end energy will soon corrode this house."

" Sweetie you’re not making any sense, what end energy, what wolf, where exactly are we going?" Her mother asked.

" Mother please, just trust me, oh no, it’s too late to pack, get up let go." Before they could argue.

Chains of light bound their bodies and she ran outside, as soon as they left the house crumbled on itself.

" She protected it from the shockwaves but even she finds it hard to stop the End energy, we’re lucky it’s not as effective on living being with souls."

Samantha spoke to herself since none of her family members were listening anymore, this was their house.

" I have work tomorrow." Whispered her brother. " My laptop was in there, it had all my work." The guy looked depressed.

" Believe me, soon it really won’t matter if you have work or not, let’s go." She dragged them to her dad’s car.

" Did you bring your car keys?" She asked, he shook his head.

" You dragged us out so fast, I didn’t have time to grab the keys." Her dad answered so they took her brother’s car.

" Where are we going?" Her brother asked.

" Just drive." Samantha answered, she closed her eyes, the world around became one of different colours.

The ambient mana became as clear as mist to her, she was looking, searching for something.

’ There’s none close by.’ The car drove off the town and through a dark road running through a forest.

" Stop the car." She told her brother, the car screeched to a stop, she walked out and stood next to it.

Her eyes were fixed on the side of the road deep within the dark forest. ’ So that’s a shaggathan?’

The angel told her, ’ If there is one, there will be more.’ she waited to see what the shaggathan will do.

It watched her with its multiple eyes then turned back and stormed off, she sighed deeply.

Currently she was able to use the abilities of the angel to an extent but Samantha was still just a teenage girl.

She was scared of any fight let alone one with a monster bigger than she was. She got back in car and they drove off.

" Why did we stop?" Her little sister.

" Something was in the forest watching us, try to drive faster." The car sped up, by morning they reached a port.

" I heard there are ships here that lead to a certain island, we need to board one of them."

" How, we don’t have any money remember?" Said her brother.

Samantha opened her palm and a feather appeared on it, " I’ll say this, it contains the angel’s holy esper, it should go for a nice price."

She found an Espara nearby and asked him where she could find the organisation, Samantha herself understood none of this.

The angel was feeding her all the information about the organisation and the Espara.

The Espara directed her towards a tall building in the port, she went there, met the director and sold the feather for 15 Rei.

The ship arrived by nightfall, it cost 2 Rei for her entire family, the ship was quite fancy, it was more of a cruise.

It took three days to reach the island and soon as she landed she sensed it, " She can feel his presence here, we’re in the right place."
