Label was growing more and more nervous. Her stomach churned constantly, and she felt like she might throw up at any second. But she remembered her father, the reason he died, and everything she had endured until now. She did not know if she was still inside a dream or not, yet one thing remained clear in her heart. She wanted to change her fate, her life, and her future.

She endured the strong urge to simply escape somewhere else and leave everything behind. Against her own nature, Label groaned and forced herself to stab the monsters. She managed to kill them, but right after that she screamed and vomited all over the place.

Riven sighed quietly, looking at her with a calm expression before gently patting her head. "Well done. One step at a time, Label. You at least did it. How do you feel?"

"Hmm... s-sorry..." she apologized in a small voice. "I must look so pathetic..." Label fidgeted nervously as she looked down at herself and the mess she had made on the ground.

"It’s fine," Riven said in a steady tone. "Do you feel alright? It’s fine to rest if you need to."

"N-No, I’m fine... I can keep going," she said, trying to sound braver than she felt. "I-I leveled up for the first time in a long while... I... I can’t waste this opportunity."

"Well said," Riven replied, remembering the many times she had helped him back in that future. "Let’s continue."

"Okay!" she nodded, feeling a bit more energetic now that her stomach was empty and the sharp pain had faded.

Riven first took out a clean handkerchief and carefully wiped her face so she would not look so terrible.

"After this you’re going to take a looong bath, okay?"

"Eh? Uh... do I stink— I do?!" Label panicked, her cheeks turning red. "I’m so sorry, this is embarrassing! Aaggh!" She pulled at her hair in frustration.

"Don’t do that," he said firmly but kindly. "And it’s fine... everyone smells after a day of hard work. Let’s continue."

Label nodded, kind of amazed by how kind he was toward her. It felt almost like the way her dad used to treat her.

They continued through Floor 1, hunting any monster that attacked them or tried to ambush them from the shadows.

Label’s level rapidly increased as she helped Riven take down the prey he carefully captured and weakened for her.

The Experience Points granted by the monsters were far greater than anything she could gain from potions after all.

In a matter of just one hour and a half, Label’s Level had climbed from Level 3 to...

"I’m Level 20?!"

She could not believe it. She had grown way too quickly. It felt completely insane. Her eyes widened as her hands trembled, and she started sweating all over again while staring at her own status panel.

"My Stats are... What?!"

She could not believe that either. While her physical stats remained relatively low, her Mana, Intelligence, Agility, Luck, and Charm had increased exponentially. All of them already sat within the tens of thousands.

"I-Is this normal?" she wondered, her voice trembling with pure shock.

"Having four stats over twenty thousand each? No, haha," Riven laughed lightly.

"Gah?!" She was even more shocked by his casual response. "Huh? W-What is this?"

[Congratulations, you have met the required level for Class Advancement.]

[Your Class: [Novice Mixer (Unranked)] has Ranked Up to [Mixer (G Rank)]!]

[Physical Stats have increased by +3,000.]

[All other Stats have increased by +10,000.]

[You learned the Class Skill: [Material Compass – Level 1]: You can easily find materials within your surrounding area and detect what they are and how to use them.]

"I feel stronger!" Label said as her aura surged outward with new energy. "Wow...! Wowowowow! Wait, Material Compass— Ah!"

Her eyes widened as she suddenly felt the presence of hundreds of items everywhere around them. Materials ready to harvest filled her senses. These were things not even Riven could detect on his own.

She ran past him in excitement, surprising him completely. She leaned behind a huge rock and grabbed a bright red herb, then slipped into a secret passage and brought back a bunch of dark black leaves.

Afterward she carefully moved some rocks and picked up small white bugs with skull-faced exoskeletons. Then she reached close to an underground river and returned with a handful of small black worms and clumps of green algae.

"Look, Riven! I can use all these ingredients for Potions, Medicine, Strength Tonics, and even Vitality Tonics!"

Tonics were incredible potions capable of increasing stats by a fixed number or a percentage. They were perfect for boosting someone’s power before entering a dungeon.

"Amazing. You’ll need this then," Riven said as he handed her a storage bracelet.

"A-A storage item?! Don’t these cost a fortune?!" she asked in complete disbelief.

"You can keep it. This is an investment, as I said. Make sure to make me proud," he replied while gently patting her shoulders. "Let’s keep hunting for now."

"O-Okay!" she nodded eagerly. "No wait, I think I can do something... can I bring some of my equipment?! My cauldron is fine!"

Riven nodded in agreement. Once everything she needed was stored safely inside the bracelet so she could carry it anywhere, she started cooking up potions as if she were possessed by dozens of recipes that suddenly came to her on their own.

"Here!"

In just a few short minutes she produced a batch of thirty Strength Tonics, thirty Vitality Tonics, and also several Bombs — bottles filled with explosive liquid that generated huge blasts and dealt elemental or poison damage once thrown.

"Amazing!" Riven said with genuine admiration. "All of this... with this quality... would likely go for millions."

"M-Millions?!" Label was shocked. "Really, Riven? Really?!"

"Hahah, of course," Riven nodded with a smile. "Let’s keep going."

They moved deeper into the dungeon, carefully avoided the new Tyrant, and then stepped onto the second floor. There they began hunting Myconids, which Label found to be powerful and fascinating sources of materials.

With the Myconids she could create even more potions, tonics, medicine, and even pills. She produced them as if possessed once she finished gathering everything she needed.

Another two hours passed, and her level quickly climbed all the way to forty. Once again the familiar message appeared.

[Congratulations, you have met the required level for Class Advancement.]

[Your Class: [Mixer (G Rank)] has Ranked Up to [Chemist (F Rank)]!]

Her Class continued evolving endlessly, and Label’s eyes shone with growing determination.
