Chapter 2084: Immortal Monarch’s Supremacy

Chapter 2084: Immortal Monarch’s Supremacy

The Heavenly White Tiger Clan’s Leader swept the scene with a cold, calculating gaze, his eyes briefly lingering on Bai Ning before moving to Bai Xutao, who lay buried beneath a mountain of rubble and dust. Although Bai Xutao appeared to be a burned corpse, he was still alive.

Eventually, the Clan Leader returned to Yuan and spoke in an emotionless tone, "What are you trying to achieve here?"

Yuan braced for the Clan Leader to erupt in fury, certain he would attack in a blind rage over the devastation to his clan. But to his surprise, the Clan Leader remained unnervingly calm.

"I have two objectives here," Yuan said calmly. "First, to deal with Bai Xutao, who harmed my companion. And second, to acquire your Ancient Seal."

At the mention of the Ancient Seal, the Clan Leader’s eyes narrowed, his expression betraying nothing. However, the elders couldn’t hold back, their voices erupting in shock. "How does he know about the Ancient Seal?!"

The Clan Leader whipped his gaze toward the elder who had spoken, his eyes brimming with deadly intent.

"Shit!" The elder cursed under his breath, immediately clamping his hand over his mouth as he realized his grave mistake.

"There’s no use trying to hide it. I know you have it," Yuan said.

"Let’s assume we do have it, for the sake of this conversation," the Clan Leader said, his tone laced with mockery. "Do you really expect us to simply hand it over to you, after everything you’ve done here?"

Yuan paused for a moment, then casually gestured toward Bai Xutao. In an instant, Bai Xutao’s body was yanked from the rubble, soaring toward Yuan as though an invisible force were pulling him.

Seeing this, the Clan Leader raised his hand, instantly halting Yuan’s attempt to seize Bai Xutao with an unseen force.

"You’re quite foolish if you think you can act with impunity in my presence," the Clan Leader said coldly.

Yuan smiled, his tone unruffled. "It was worth a try. That said, I could kill him at any moment, and there’s nothing you can do to stop it unless you hand over the Ancient Seal."

"An empty threat." The Clan Leader did not believe Yuan for a moment.

"I don’t usually resort to threats," Yuan said with a sigh, "but your Heavenly White Tiger Clan has fallen so low that I simply don’t care anymore. If the Immortal Monarch were here, he’d be furious at how you’ve been running things."

"Killing your own children simply because their bloodline doesn’t meet your standards or they fail a trial? Even barbarians wouldn’t stoop so low."

The Clan Leader sneered. "Who are you to judge how our family operates? Unless you’re our ancestor, you have no right to speak on it."

"I may not be your ancestor, but I do have a connection with him."

"Hahaha!" The Clan Leader suddenly laughed out loud, his tone filled with mockery.

"Alright, enough of this farce. I don’t know who you are or why you’re truly here, but don’t think you’ll get out of here alive today."

The Clan Leader glanced at the elders, his voice cold and commanding. "Get lost. I’ll clean up your mess, but be prepared for punishment later."

The elders trembled under his gaze, too fearful to protest. They silently bowed and quickly withdrew, leaving Yuan and the Clan Leader alone.

The Eleventh Elder didn’t forget to carry Bai Xutao away as he departed.

Yuan watched them leave, his voice cold as he mumbled, "I’ll let you live a little longer."

Once they were alone, the Clan Leader unleashed his cultivation and, without a word, began his attack on Yuan.

Though the Clan Leader was at the seventh level of God Ascension, the Nine Heavens’ limitation kept him from being vastly stronger than the elders. Of course, he was also holding back, unwilling to completely destroy his own territory, and not seeing Yuan as a threat that warranted full effort.

As expected, Yuan was being pushed back by the Clan Leader’s overwhelming power. Yet, Yuan remained unfazed, his confidence unwavering as he continued to exude an aura of calm certainty.

Suddenly—

<Immortal Monarch’s Supremacy activated>

Yuan’s silver eyes suddenly blazed with intensity, glowing as if they had transformed into a silver sun.

[Immortal Monarch’s Supremacy]

[Rank: ???]

[Mastery Level: 1]

[Description: A mysterious power bestowed by the Immortal Monarch’s Bloodline. When activated during a battle against a beast, your overall prowess will increase by 50,000%]

The Immortal Monarch’s Supremacy functioned similarly to Heaven’s Supremacy, but it only activated when battling beasts. This unique skill had been awakened within Yuan after he consumed the Primal Monarch’s Blood Essence and unlocked his bloodline. However, until now, he had never been able to fully utilize it, as his cultivation wasn’t strong enough to activate its true power, and his bloodline before consuming the Primordial Phoenix’s Blood Essence was also lacking.

Yet, despite its overwhelming power, Yuan could sense that he was only scratching the surface of its true potential.

The instant Yuan activated Immortal Monarch’s Supremacy, his previous disadvantage vanished, and he stood on equal footing with the Clan Leader, their battle now burning with renewed intensity.

Though the Clan Leader’s expression remained barely altered, he was inwardly shocked by Yuan’s sudden increase in prowess.

Realizing that he was beginning to fall behind, the Clan Leader’s expression darkened, and he began to unleash more of his power, determined to reclaim control of the fight.

Meanwhile, the Eleventh Elder hurriedly transported Bai Xutao to the innermost, most restricted area of the clan’s territory—accessible only to those of the highest authority. There, they immediately began working to heal the grievous injuries he had sustained from Feng Yuxiang’s flames.

However, they soon realized that even with their most precious and valuable treasures, healing Bai Xutao would not be an easy task. Despite their personal disdain for his character, they knew they had no choice but to spare no expense in saving him, as the future of their clan relied on his bloodline.
