Creepy Pharmacist: All my patients are scary!
Chapter 741: Silver Fantasy! The Final Twist
Time raced by.
The attacks falling on the Titan felt like mere tickles to him, giving no sign that he was even slightly flinching.
Gradually.
For the first time, he felt a sliver of despair.
Maybe he would not die, but he would certainly be left unable to recover for a very long time, his rule toppled—an outcome he absolutely could not accept.
A trace of madness crept into his eyes.
But he knew.
He still had another option: let the curse inside him run completely wild, allow the curse to seize his consciousness, and transform himself into a genuine, absolute chaos monster!
In that state, he could shamelessly go all-out with differentiation, no longer caring about the curse possibly devouring his self.
But was he really willing to do that?!Sacrifice his Self in exchange for hellish power!
Crack—
A tremendous sound.
The illusory space in front of him suddenly split wide under the Titan’s roaring assault.
The ferocity in his eyes grew larger and larger.
Crack—
More and more fissures began to appear.
Like the first crack in a ship’s hull, it meant the vessel had reached the end of its rope, ready to shatter at the slightest touch.
“Hurry! Big Brother Aiwen, Brain, push harder!”
Lynn gripped the heavy sniper, calmly relaying to teammates in the other sectors, his voice grave:
“Big Brother Titan is about to break his defenses. We must fully suppress the concentrated fire from those warships. The God of All Machines’ defeat is only a matter of time!”
No hesitation.
At this final stage, Colossus’s Brain and Sir Aiwen lifted their heads and immediately abandoned the plan to pull those warships in, turning all their efforts to annihilation.
For a moment.
The particle beams aimed at the Titan grew more sparse.
Outside, the Titan swung in raging fury, fragments of countless warships falling like snow.
The madness and grimness in the God of All Machines’ eyes deepened into pitch-black; dense, writhing chains, as if sensing his inner negative emotions, began to erode his entire consciousness.
Madness!
Crack—
It was when that fissure exploded again that the God of All Machines finally made his last decision.
The contortion in his eyes magnified completely; he would utterly release the curse from its restraints and fight the Titan head-on!
“Very well then! Let all-out war begin! In this hell, I want to see if you can make me fall again!!”
He threw his head back and howled.
All-out war was about to begin.
But at that moment, from a direction nobody had noticed—or rather, from a direction no one could have imagined—there came a beam of light suffused with Root power. It tore through the void, pierced that black mist, and suddenly struck the Titan Giant God’s neck.
Hum—
Terrifying light energy detonated across the Titan’s neck, the explosion shaking the surrounding space.
The silver-haired girl snapped her head around, eyes hardening.
Sir Aiwen furrowed his brow and instantly looked toward that direction.
Lynn seemed to realize something at the same instant; his whole body trembled as he spun to stare toward that direction.
Far away.
At the very edge of the Sight where the black mist churned.
At the top of a building that had not yet completely collapsed, a heavy sniper aimed at the towering Titan Giant God. Under the reflections of metal and machinery, the girl whose body pulsed with electricity slowly lifted her head.
Her shoulder-length silver hair fluttered in the wind, with no hesitation and no emotional tremor.
She leapt down from that high rooftop, bounding toward the battlefield. Her heavy sniper mechanically re-aimed, and she once again converted nearly half of her remaining energy into power, firing heavily at the Titan Giant God.
Boom—
That attack seemed to become the only echo in the black mist.
And the girl who charged calmly and fearlessly toward them.
Silver Fantasy!
In that instant.
Sir Aiwen’s expression shifted slightly, because he knew full well that during the earlier cooperation with the God of All Machines, in order to ensure the success of their Leviathan infiltration, both he and the God of All Machines had injected a fair amount of Root power into Lynn and Silver Fantasy respectively!
The two strikes she had just launched at the Titan Giant God clearly contained the same Root might she had been given back then!
And under the bombardment of those two beams.
The Titan, who had been furiously attacking the black hole, noticeably staggered; his movements began to slow.
“Not good!”
Sir Aiwen roared, immediately intending to fold-jump in that direction.
But it was clearly too late. The two Root-imbued attacks had consumed nearly all of Silver Fantasy’s remaining energy, and those strikes were already sufficient to shift the Titan Giant God’s hatred onto her.
She was using her own life to buy her father’s escape!
“Stop her!!”
Sir Aiwen shouted desperately. The silver-haired girl in the sky turned with killing intent, ready to rush and obliterate her.
But at that moment, Lynn’s voice sounded in their ears.
“No need.”
Lynn’s gaze fixed on the mechanical girl, who had run nearly dry of energy yet still approached with complete calm.
“It’s already too late.”
Because the moment those two attacks landed, the damage and hatred she had incurred from the Titan Giant God had already exceeded the total of the earlier diverted attacks.
She must have planned this.
So the energy levels of those two strikes were almost an all-out leakage of every bit of power inside her.
Rumble—
Under the God of All Machines’ trembling gaze, the massive Titan Giant God slowly turned. His huge, star-like, blood-red eyes looked toward the tiny silver figure far off in the sky.
Even he never expected that, at this final moment, the one who once emerged from his differentiation—the daughter—would take all the calamity upon herself for his sake.
“Good! Excellent!”
A towering laugh and roar burst forth.
Countless warships floating in the high air suddenly vanished into nothingness, returning to his body. The nearly shattered black hole abruptly recoiled, reforming into the massive mechanical dragon head wedged in the rift.
“We shall meet again in the future!”
With that savage bellow, he finally seized the opportunity and began to retreat with all his might.
