Chapter 11: The Impossible battle.Telekinesis?
“I believe you have chosen your answer, kid. And it’s one you’ll be regretting real soon…”
The Base Head voice rang out from behind the wall he was hiding.
Zeras seemed to have gone deaf as he keep shooting the wall where he was hiding.
He wasn’t a fool and wouldn’t be till he die. He was turned into a lab rat by the base and now they want him to join them. Joining one’s enemies. That’s probably the most stupid decision one could probably make in his life. .
Not only had he almost destroyed the base, he killed all their successful beast experimental subjects and also the entire guard units. There was no way they would easily forgive him for that.
So in the end, he made his decision. Only one will survive, him or the base.
Zeras moved around the place with speed repeatedly shooting destructive beams of light at the wall when suddenly the beam stopped shooting, meaning he already ran out of bullet.
“Shit…” Before he could think of his next move, the man immediately moved with speed as he appeared before Zeras his palm slamming forward with apocalyptic power.
The air was compressed madly from the pure strength behind the palm, making Zeras immediately fling the gun aside as his head moved to the side dodging the palm by an inch.
His head bent to the ground as he delivered the most powerful kick he ever threw in his life at the man’s jaw causing him to take three steps backwards while Zeras himself was blown away and slammed on the wall.
His face narrowed with disbelief as he was the one sent flying from kicking the man’s jaw. It was as if he rammed his leg on a mettalic wall.
Chris [The Base Head] was surprised by the kick as he couldn’t believe the kid could dodge his palm strike and even push him back with his counter attack.
“Seems I’ll have to get a little serious with you boy. But I also don’t want you dead as you’re my major prize so I’ll only be using 50% of my full strength. That should be enough to knock you out cold.” He said as he raised his hands upwards while closing his eyes.
Zeras’s mouth widened in disbelief as he watched something unbelievable happen.
All the materials in the room suddenly begun floating as they hung around Chris in the air.
Chris pocketed his left hand as he pointed his right hand forward causing the objects to move towards Zeras with horrifying speed immediately slamming on him before he could even move a single inch.
His body was nailed into the wall by the sharp objects while the large desk in the room moved towards him slamming his body Into the wall digging deeper as he coughed out blood.
Chris moved with speed towards Zeras as he threw out a punch on his head digging him further into the wall before jumping up and slamming his two legs on his chest as Zeras entire body smashed completely through the entire wall before landing on the other room.
Zeras rolled away on landing on the floor as blood dripped down his head.
A notification immediately appeared in front of him
[ -30Hp].
Looking around the place, he could it was a large room with great amount of space.
Chris slowly entered into the hole as he flashed a smile at Zeras.
“Oh, you can still stand after that?. Let’s see how long you can last.”
He immediately pointed his hands forward as different sharp objects floating behind him moved towards Zeras.
“Activate Dash.”
Zeras figure suddenly blitzed forward around the room dodging the projectiles while trying to get closer to Chris, but all his attempt were blocked by Chris who perfectly controlled the projectiles preventing Zeras from nearing him.
A system notification once again appeared
[Energy: 20/65]
‘I need to end this fast…” Zeras suddenly changing direction with speed. Landing on the wall, he jumped from where he stood in the next second towards another wall.
His body moved around in the room, bouncing from one wall to the other as he gathered all the momentum he could before bursting forward towards Chris.
Chris immediately turned his head behind him as he felt something soaring from there making him send all the projectiles towards that direction, intent on gravely injuring Zeras then easily capturing him, but his face changed in the last second as he saw it was only a metallic rod.
He rapidly turned his gaze backwards trying to quickly retreat but it seemed he was still to slow as a dagger pierced towards his neck with horrifying speed.
“PUUUUUCHI”
The sound of something being pierced rang out in the hall, as Chris held on tightly to Zeras hand which held the dagger to his neck, but Zeras didn’t stop there.
Piercing Chris’s neck, he immediately tore down his stomach vertically, blood spilling out before removing it.
His dagger immediately moved in in the next second towards Chris thigh as he dug his blade Into it repeatedly, tearing all his muscles.
Chris eyes widened in shock as he pointed towards where Zeras was standing. A sharp surgical knife immediately pierced towards Zeras’s head but he managed to dodge it as it pierced into his shoulder instead but he ignored it as if he couldn’t feel pain.
Zeras immediately bent to the ground as he slammed his leg on Chris feet making him lay horizontally on the floor before his dagger immediately moved towards his neck mid-air as he pierced it and slammed Chris body on the ground causing a small dent on the floor as the dagger was logged in Chris neck and nailed him to the ground.
Zeras slowly stood up as he stared at the horror expression on Chris’s face, before letting out a stale breath from his mouth.
Moving towards Chris’s dead body, he took off the wash as he pressed some numbers on the watch before waiting.
“Hello, this is the EIA speaking, what’s the emergency?.”
“I don’t know where…I…am. In some secret base where humans are turned to experimental subjects… Please try tracking down… It’s a big emergency… Be fas…” Zeras said as his body landed on the ground, blood spurting out from the wounds on his body.
His gaze was cloudy, as different notification rang out on his system but he was already gone as his consciousness rapidly descending into the darkness.
Even though the battle was almost impossible, he ended up winning.
Majorly due to the opponent’s understimation of his strength and trying to capturing him alive instead of outright killing him.
